    Allowing guardian to be able to edit an New Student Online Enrollment form after it has been denied. That way if they haven't entered the right information or included required documents they still can.

  2. Add Email Column to NSOE "Enrollment Application Processing"

    There needs to be a Guardian Email column in the "Enrollment Application Processing" screen. Currently, you can only capture the email address AFTER the application has been processed. If you need to communicate to applications in a Work In Progress status, you have to open each application individually to get the email address. For example, if you have 50 applications in a WIP status and all the parent is missing is a birth certificate, you could email just those applicants about the missing BC once you export the list to Excel, perhaps.

  3. Mail Merge Data Mining into an Email

    It would be excellent if we were able to mail merge our data mining into an email home to parents. Right now it will only allow you to mail merge it into a template that must be printed. It would save the districts a lot of postage and man hours spent stuffing envelopes.

    I would like to see a place in discipline coding for Office of Civil Rights discipline coding. Our setup is for state reporting and OCR is much more detailed than what we have setup.

  5. Attendance Letters

    When utilizing the attendance letter scheduling and updating the parameters for them, it would be beneficial to have the ability to eliminate class periods from which to count. Example: we would like to only count periods 1 and 3-5 for the automated letters.

  6. Limit the screen to only so many records

    Right now in Office Visits it is displaying all years including historical visits on one page. For those students who see the nurse 3 times a day it takes forever to load the page.
    By limiting the number of viewable records on one screen and then allowing the user to page to the next 'x' number of records it would allow the pages to load quicker.

  7. Adding/Reordering Skills

    It would be nice in this area if there was an easier way to move skills. One option would be to select a task and then click add which would add a new task after the selected task rather than having to move up or down. Another option would be to have the icon to drag the task to the location you want it rather than using the up or down arrow one space at a time. This would save time when adding or changing skills to a list.

    Would like this utility to include a "preview" with the ability to remove records from the preview prior to running the actual process.

  9. Editing alternate teacher transaction dates.

    To improve the accuracy of PIMS StudentStaffSubtest template I would like to see your software allow for editing the teacher effective date ranges for alternate teachers. As it is now when adding an alternate meet to the course master the effective date defaults to the beginning of the school year. Unlike the primary meeet pattern alternate meets should not be required to have a teacher represented for an entire school year.

  10. Creating Groups in Gradebook

    Our district has a need to create groups in the gradebook that can be changed throughout the year. It would be beneficial to us if when a student is marked "No Count" for an assignment it would not show in student or family access. Currently the only way to group students locks them there all year. That is not the case for us.

  11. Deselect all in the individual course selections

    Instead of having to go back in and uncheck all boxes it would be beneficial when setting up certain course items to be able to deselect all courses and start over. Working in CTEERS right now and I am going in multiple times as I set up the state area. I won't have to going forward in CTEERS but I would think there are other times that this would be beneficial.

  12. Block out grade entry for ranges of students

    We are looking for a way to isolate teachers from being able to enter any grades into their grade books for a range of students. We have students of all grades within classes and coming from a variety of schools. At the end of each year we get notice from our sending schools when they want grades for their senior students as well as when they want their underclassmen grades.

    We have a concern regarding the All Health Condition Report. We need a document that we can quickly generate to send with EMS personnel when a student is being transported to the hospital. The All Health Conditions report would work if there was guardian/parent information that would also be an option to report. Our form must contain Student Info Guardian/Parent Info Health Conditions Medications.

  14. Sort Events by Category

    Currently events in the standards gradebook cannot be sorted by category (only by due date). Based on how elementary teachers are using categories to track competencies in different areas it would be ideal to be able to sort by event category. I would like to see this option added to the Event Display options in the standard gradebook.

  15. Standards Grading: Listing Events

    Currently events are displayed by date. When you have multiple events and multiple skills the screen is hard to read.
    We would like to see events grouped together with their skill and date. If nothing else an option to view it his way would be another option.

  16. Increase field length for Key Concentps

    While other areas in the Curriculum map can be set to have a short and long description the key concept area is limited to 100 characters per entry. This is not long enough for out needs and some items are getting cut off. The reason why our entries are so long is that we are using a UBD curriculum map format which requires us to type in what a student is expected to understand not just a simple topic name.

    We would like to have the 'Administered by' field searchable for not only Staff but also by Parent name. We occasionally will have a parent administer meds in school.

  18. HOURS FOR SENIORS

    I am submitting this in hopes that something can be done. We use hours on our certificates for seniors when they graduate (example 1200 out of 1485 hours completed). These hours are calculated by the amount of days they are enrolled minus any unexcused absences. (2.75 hours a day = 495 hours a year for 3 years) This is done for each shop they were in if they happen to change shops.   20. Ed-Fi Setting for Future Entry/Withdraw dates

    Could we have an Ed-Fi config setting that allows us to set how many days in the future Ed-Fi will sync records?
    For example, before the school year starts, winter break, spring break etc. we have families tell us they will withdraw or enroll in the future. Currently, if we future withdraw or enroll, we get more conflicts and errors on reports.
    I would like to only send future E/W records if the date is 3 days in the future, otherwise the record should not be sent. Other districts may want to set it to 5 or more days.
