Administered by Field to Allow Parent NameKey
We would like to have the 'Administered by' field searchable for not only Staff but also by Parent name. We occasionally will have a parent administer meds in school.
Parent names would also be available to choose from not limited to Staff.

Maybe consider adding a Reason Dose Not Given code of "Parent Administered". It will zero the quantity out, but you can change it back if you are tracking inventory. I would prefer to document that I did not give it versus documenting someone else's name as giving it on my account.
