A WAY TO CHECK FOR HOLES IN THE STANDARDS REPORT CARDS
Can we look at finding a way to look for holes in the Standards Gradebook like we do with the Secondary Gradebook? We have both gradebooks in our district and we are closing out the end of the school year and I want to make sure that every student has a grade for each skill/subject. It may not help for this year, but next year would be great.

Requesting update to report in this path WS\OF\CA\GR\RE\SE?
It would be helpful for this report to have the option to print the Student's Other ID on the report (not just the NameKey). The Other ID is a main id that counselors use when reviewing information about students on various other reports and documents.

Message Center - allow TIME to be included when posting to Student and Family Access Message Screen
When creating a message in the message center, there are 2 options, include in Student / Family Access and email. With the email you can specify a date AND time when it will be sent. But with Posting to Student / Family Access you only get a date.
Please allow the same TIME option to be included for WHEN it will post to the student / family access page too. We might send an email at 6 pm and we do not want "early" notice also being posted to the message wall in Student / Family Access. The messages should…

A module that would allow schools to print ID cards using a created template.
The ability to upload a created template into Skyward where we can print student ID's (including creating a bar code).
Unless there is already the ability that I do not know about.

Transcripts posted to portfolio
It would be nice if transcripts could be posted to the portfolio tab the same way report cards do.

Special programs reminder on entry/withdrawal
Currently, in the entry/withdrawal, if a student has a special program tab, it prompts us to add or drop when a student is adding or dropping. There are two new tabs under the Special Programs that do not have this "reminder". It is the SAAP and the Method of Instruction. It would be nice if it would automatically que us to remember to close out those records.

Add Additional Column to Course Master-Details View for Teacher Conferences
Add an “Allow Teacher Conferences” column to the Course Master - Course Details view to avoid having to expand each course or run additional reports to see which courses are set to allow teacher conferences and which are not.

Allow for sorting by other categories when posting daily attendance by name.
Allow for sorting by other categories (such as student indicators) when posting daily attendance by name. This way, teachers that are conducting classes in-person and virtually at the same time can sort quickly.

Add Effective Date on Staff Maintenance
Hello: We often get communication from our HR Department indicating an employee exit with a specific date. Typically that date is in the future. It would be extremely convenient if and effective date could be added to the Staff Entity Maintenance area to flag the exact date that the staff member should be flagged to Inactive. This would eliminate having to "Save" HR notifications and then remembering to inactive or activate the staff member based on information from HR.

Sort Mailing Labels by Student Last Name or Student Demographic Fields
The Family Census Report where you can run Family Mailing labels does not have the ability to be sorted alphabetically by student last name.
You also cannot run mailing labels based on basic demographic indicators.
For instance, we want to run all free and reduced students mailing labels and organize them by student last name alphabetically.
Data mining is NOT an option that can be used for this because our secretaries do not have security access to enter the food service password to run these reports.
There are multiple times a year when the nurse needs to send out notifications…

Add the ability to filter on special codes in the gradebook progress reports or missing assignment reports
I have several teachers that have requested a way to track late assignments. They use a special code of Late for this but there is no way to print a report for only students with late assignments. They would like this for RTI purposes .

Message Center Individual Email
In the virtual world we currently now all live in we have found a need to be able to complete mail merge letters with select information that just applies to that individual and we then want to be able to send this information via email to students and/or guardians. Like a process where I can pick students I want and attach a document that only applies to them and send it to them individually from a list. EX: Class list that would supply individual students with their login information and password for a project specific to them

The length of the student middle name field needs to be bigger
We have students with two or more middle names and/or two or more last names. The DOE wants their middle name reported as it appears on the birth certificate (last name, and first name as well) I have a student now who will always fail my STN report because his middle name won't fit. Can we add a character or two to the length of that field?

Add a checkbox that could be unchecked if the alternate teacher should not be reported on the DOE-CP.
We have to add staff as an alternate teacher on a class meet for various reasons: para responsible for taking attendance, substitute teachers who need access to digital resources, other staff members and/or teachers needing access to digital resources. When pulling data for the DOE-Certified Positions, all staff members who are added to the meet appear on the report. A checkbox that could be unchecked when the staff member or teacher should not be pulled on the CP would prevent them from appearing on the report and prevent all the "missing responsibility code" errors that appear on the DOE-CP report.…

Automatic Email Setup when Fee Activity Changes (in Fee management configuration)
We currently use the automated emails for new fees by bill code. The problem is that we cannot configure what the emails say by entity. It would be great if you can configure this by entity and not district wide only.

Data mine assignments synced from LMS
Currently, you can only data mine information about online assignments built in Skyward—not assignments that are synced over from an LMS such as Canvas. Our district needs the ability to generate an Excel report of listing all students' assignment scores and submission dates. I appreciate you can generate assignment detail and progress reports that list assignments reports via Educator Access Plus, but the print format is not usable.

Interactive Scheduling Board Display-Column 1/Row 1 Displays
When looking at the Interactive Scheduling Board, the top row and the first column are repeated. It would be extremely if we can have the option to lock them, just like you can in Excel and they will scroll with you instead of repeating.

Please add MOI as a field for setting recipient ranges in Message Center. There are many times where we have different messages for virtual vs in person students, and it would be immensely helpful to be able to designate recipients according to their MOI.

Processing List added to the Attendance Template for State Reporting in IL
I am requesting a processing list button to be added to the State Reporting Attendance template for my Attendance upload. This processing list button would be VERY HELPFUL to upload students that are attending under the learning option of Full Remote. Our student have had the option to attend hybrid or remote so I would have two different processing list and that button would make this process MUCH MORE efficient. Thank you and please advise. :)
