  1. EA+ - Ability for teachers to search students by Other ID in gradebooks (My Students)

    EA+ - Teachers receive emails regarding students by using the other ID, instead of student names to keep things confidential.

    In all other areas of Skyward, the other ID can be used to look up students. Is it possible to have a search option or display the students other ID in EA+ Teacher Gradebooks > My Students that will allow this?

  2. Include Other ID in 1804

    Please include student Other ID in the 1804 - Summer Membership report. While the report DOES calculate a unique number of students enrolled and the number of resident enrollments, we partner with community sites to offer numerous programs (that aren't in Skyward) and we have to combine their data with ours to get these totals. For the most part, community sites gather the students ID with their registrations so that we don't have to add it; however, with it not currently on the 1804 we STILL must add it to our report, usually with a vlookup, which is tricky because…

  3. Update Physical Restr/Time Out Fields - PRTO now RTO

    The State of Illinois discontinued batch uploads of Physical Restraint and Time Out data. We would still like the tab updated to match the state required information. We have multiple school buildings but state data for the PRTO (now called RTO) is being input by the district office. The most efficient way for our district to communicate with buildings is through the tab. The building puts the data into Skyward tab then we have a data mining scheduled task reporting "yesterday" data to the district office for input to the state.   4. Do Not Report Report as Primary School to Ed-Fi

    I have beef with the "Do Not Report as Primary School to Ed-Fi" checkbox in the entry record. I would like to exclude these students in entity counts, when mass scheduling fees, and when mass scheduling students. There are several reports I would like to exclude them from as well. Having this option would be very helpful, thank you!! ;)

  7. setting to always drop and never delete courses

    Could there be a setting to restrict end users to always drop and never delete a course when changing a students schedule? Deleting a course rather than dropping it causes problems in several of our outside programs and it still happens even though we have tried to educate people to always drop and never delete.

  8. Mass Change Billing Detail Dates

    Under Administration > Fee Management > Setup > Utilities > Mass Change Billing Detail Dates we need the ability to select multiple Bill Codes to change the Due Date. Currently you can only select one code at a time.

  10. Add a No Show Automated Email

    Indiana Districts are required to report one-day mobility. The easiest way to create this enrollment/withdrawal record is to use the No Show tool. This ensures that staff are following the directive setup by the district with the No Show option to ensure a withdrawal date and schedule adjustment is processed correctly every time. This part of the puzzle is perfect. The enrollment records that are created with the No Show will not trigger an automated email. They are not processed as a withdrawal.   11. Partial Schedule Report

    It would be helpful if the Students with Partial Schedules Report printed with Student Key or Other ID or linked up to a processing list option. This would allow the ability to send a direct message to students and parents and open the Arena Scheduling window back up once holes were identified during the future scheduling time frame.

  12. Resident District/ Address Master

    Would it be possible to tie the Resident Enrollment field on the entry withdraw to the address master? So once the District for that address is identified it stays with that address no matter who moves in. It would eliminate having to research that address every time someone moves in.

  13. Offense Level as a Column to view in certain Areas

    In the Entry By Incident Area - OF-DI-DI if there could be a column labeled Offense Level for Major/Minor .
    Then in the Add Offense area if instead of having drop down box with Offense/Referral that if could be a drop down box for Major/Minor. She said that would work better. Is there anyway this could be setup.

  14. Gradebook Combination

    "We need a work around for the Combine Classes feature. Currently, it only works for courses with the same code. I (and many teachers at my school) have co-taught courses which are split into two grade books per period (half regular education course code, other half special education course code). I am unable to combine them, even though they are the same period/section. I assign the same material to both and grading is really difficult and time consuming because I have two sections of kids for each period I teach.

  15. Course Requests Configuration by Grade Level

    In the Course Request Configuration in Student Access, we can choose the option to Use Course Request Time Periods to Determine if a Window is Open, and set up the time period by Grade Level. This option is helpful, but we need to also Limit the Number of Requested Credits by grade level. Sometimes the request windows can overlap.

  16. Add student PA Secure ID to Keystone Exam Report

    In order to upload info into the PGT Act 158 Portal, student ID is required. The keystone exam report, under test score reports, only gives the student name. I tried data-mining, but the format of the Keystone Exam Report is much closer to what is needed.

  17. Mass add tests with a default value using a processing list - WS/OF/CA/TS/UT/MU

    Would like to be able to mass add tests with a default value using a processing list. As students pass their IL and US Government tests (required), it would be nice to be able to mass add these by their Government class or by processing list with a default value of "Pass".
