Give check box option for preferred name in reports
My teachers have the option to display the preferred name (other name from the general tab) in their grade books. When they print reports the student's legal name shows. They would like a check box in the report templates to show preferred name for students. With more and more students preferring a different name that legal and state reporting we want to use the other name field and not change the student key.

Ability to Mass Delete templates by date for Report Cards/Progress Reports
I have so many Report Card/Progress Report Templates that must be deleted and i have to delete each one. I have one for the report card, one for the upload to the portfolio for RC, one for Progress Reports and one to mass upload to the portfolio. That is possibly 4-6 per year for all 40+ campuses.

In Future Scheduling, Request Processing to allow Multiple Course Requests of the Same Course
We have students who take multiple courses of the same course in a year. For example, Advanced Ag Mechanics, Developmental Instruction, Online College, etc. When building their schedule, it would be great if it allowed you to request the class more than once. Since it doesn't you do get the desired accuracy out of Auto Scheduler.

Add Provider field to Entry by Student Browse, Student Intervention View
Staff that are designated the Provider for the Students Intervention need to be able to easily locate their students to update their intervention records. Currently they would need to run a report to identify their students and locate them in the Browse. If a new column could be added for Provider, they would easily be able to filter the students they are responsible for.

For the Oct 1 Child Count, if a student is NOT being counted due to different placements and another school is claiming them, it would be nice to have an "Exclude" button in entry/withdrawal similar to the "Exclude from 3rd Friday Count" button.

Earned Industry Certification
"Earned Industry Certifications" was added to the "Vocational Ed" tab on the student profile, but this field isn't available in Data Mining. So we can't pull a list of student's who have it. Can we get this added to Data Mining?

State Reporting Extract Should Report SE Exit with Program Code
All Student Special Ed information including Program and Disability should report in the collection following the student's SE Exit.
This is required by the State Of Michigan.
Currently this information must be manually added to the Maintain area or directly in MSDS.
Please expedite this change.

Please consider adding the ability to filter and add stage information in the Verification Area for Online Registration. WS\FA\FM\OR\VS Currently, we have three different spreadsheets to track not having proof of residency, needing specific proof of residency or under review due to alternate proof of residency. The ability to track all information in Skyward would be helpful.

Counselors would like to be able to include the students administrator and counselor when they send out emails from the student profile schedule screen. Currently, only the teachers show up. Need to have a counselor and school admin field added to this email name selection view screen?

Starting grade for Standards Based Gradebook
Standards based grade books should have the option to transfer in a starting grade like the secondary grade books allow. Many of our students transfer in from schools that do not use standards based report cards. It would be VERY helpful to allow teachers to enter a starting grade so parents have an ACCURATE idea of what their child's grades are. (My district uses both standards and a final percentage in our standards based report cards.)

Vision Screenings - It would be helpful if the students previous Lens Code would appear each time a new screening is added.

Total College Credit Hours for students
Currently, our counselors are calculating by hand and by looking at the transcript to determine if a student has enough college hours for an Associates upon high school graduation. It would be helpful if these course hours could be data mined out (current and historical classes) or have a report in Skyward that can be used to get this data.

Interactive Scheduling Board Export
It would be super helpful if I didn't have to choose my options every time that I want to export my interactive scheduling board to excel. We use this for our master and I have to go in and click the same things every single time. It's very frustrating and time consuming.

Precoded attendance show on attendance worksheets for substitutes
It would be helpful if attendance that has already been coded like field trips, on campus testing, etc would appear on paper attendance for substitutes. This would save attendance clerks lots of times having to go back and forth to see who is really absent and who isn't.

Automated emails
Automated email options to include changes to Health Condition in addition to IHP. There may be conditions that need to be noted but do not necessarily have a treatment attached to them requiring an IHP.

Be able to select multiple teachers to print their schedules
When working on scheduling it is helpful to print a teacher's schedule. I sometimes want to print more than one. It would be helpful to be able to choose what teachers' schedules I want, rather than having to print more than one report.

Automated e-mail for addition or change of indicator
It would be helpful to set up an automated e-mail that would be triggered when a student indicator is added or changed. For example, when a Parental Consent indicator is added or edited an e-mail would go to the teachers of the student and the administrators.

Mass change default FamilyAccess Calendar display
I would like District Calendar Configuration to make changes to the Calendar in Family Access. I want to be able to change the default colors for events in the Family Access calendar, without having the guardians to manually change those on their own.
