A "Received Note" button like the "Parent Notified" button in the Attendance Edit Screen.
This would allow us to mark received excuse notes. Along with this be able to pull a report for those who have actually submitted an excuse note.

Report showing Letter Grade vs. Percentage
We would like this report because we have ran into times where teachers do grade changes after terms have ended and when Admin accept these changes there are times that the percentage and letter grade do not match up. This would make it easier for us to identify the students who's do not match.

DOB on Medicaid Form
The service providers have asked that the students date of birth be on the Medicaid Consent Form. Can this be added?

SPO/SRO module
I am reaching out on behalf of our School Police Officers. They were wondering if there is a module in Skyward in which our School Police Officers can document their interactions with students (similar to guidance notes) as well as documentation of charges that have been filed on students. They are looking for a module that they can use as a police reporting system to create templates for filing charges and such. If there isn't a module that is separate for this, where would you suggest that School Police Officers house this information in Skyward? Thank you!

Mass importing the student pictures on an IHP
On our IHPs for students, there is a merge field for the student picture. Because new pictures were uploaded mid year, when the nurse prints this plan now, no picture shows up on the plan. They can go in manually on each plan and "reimport" the merge field but with some schools having over 100 plans this can be a tedious process since they have already done this beginning of this year. Is there a way to "mass" update a merge field so school/nurse can see the student's picture?

Add Mass Deny/Cancel Utility to NSOE
We need a utility that allows us to Mass Deny/Cancel Applications by either Date Received or Expected Enroll Date. I’d want to see it with an option to mass deny by either one of those date options because some are simply outdated, and others are dated incorrectly by expected date of enrollment. So, the utility would need to be able to run on either option. Right now, I literally delete (deny) hundreds of applications one by one, by having to assign it and then deny it by hand using copy/paste for the reason. Lastly, this utility would also require a…

Check-In
Please change the ranges available in all Student Check-In areas (Attendance, Clinic, Discipline & Guidance). It is currently wide open. Meaning, you can choose enter any student who has ever been enrolled in the district. I was able to check-in a student who graduated in 2008 and never attended that particular campus.

Prevent Duplicate MARSS numbers in the system
We would like skyward to block individuals from adding a student if the MARSS number is already assigned to someone in the system vs just sending a warning to not proceed. We have seen in increase in MARSS #'s duplicated on students. As well has duplicate profiles because this message is either being ignored or missed. This would be very helpful!

Customer Meal/Payor Balance Statements should be printed in student's home language. We are required to provide any documents submitted to families in a translated version if requested. At the very least, statements should be able to be translated to Spanish.

Scheduled Letters under Attendance Letters - Discipline
We would like the possibility to select whether the discipline entered for the student through the Scheduled Letters is an Offense or a Referral. We utilize this for tardies and once a student hits a certain amount of tardies no action is assigned and the Assistant Principal needs to call the student in. This should be categorized as a Referral and not an Offense since I'm not assigning an action.

Email Failed Notification User Specific- Message Center
It would be very helpful if users could receive a notification if their email failed to send. Or users could see the status (pending, sent, error) of their specific email being sent in Message Center. Currently, there is only a district wide configuration which will send an email notification when any email fails to send. It would be helpful if users could see when their specific email failed so they do not have to wait on sysadmin or question whether the email went out successfully.

Career Plans
Allow the ability to have the Course Key in the career plans to differentiate between S1 and S2 / regular, honors, or ap course, etc. Our course key tells us that information at a glance and would be helpful to have on the Career Plan screen.
