Attachments
Because there are a variety of areas in which to attach it would be extremely beneficial to have ALL attachments populate under the attachment tab regardless of what category/area they were attached under. if we can get the ability to attach things in a more specific manner that would greatly enhance the ability to appropriately document/scan/file things (and subsequently find them again quickly when needed). For example: the ability to attach to a specific injury or the ability to attach to the vaccine entry area (for maintaining Conscientious Objector forms) and the ability to attach a referral response in hearing/vision/scoliosis.

Schedule Tracker to update real time/more often
It would be helpful if the tracker would update real time or could be set to update periodically throughout the day - since it only updates once a day as they are updating and correcting things they are not seeing a true picture of the status of students via the Widgets/Tracker.

CTE Reports for Student's Vocational record
Would like to see more reports available to print or customize for student's CTE records. For example I would like to be able to print a report for each senior student in our CTC that list the industry credentials they received for their whole CTC education - they may have received credentials during each year of their enrollment here. Need a way to show all their credentials to keep as part of a permanent file for the student who may request it for SOAR credits.

Teacher Acces to view Hearing and Vision Screening
At this time Skyward does not allow for a classroom teacher to be able to view their classroom roster's student health screenings. (Yes they could see ALL students in their building if we add them as a Student Management Security Group; however our Superintendent and the Deputy want it to be limited to the teacher's roster only).
Our School Nurses and Teachers hope Skyward will be able to be configured so the teacher can view this information at the teacher's view of the student profile from within Educator Access. They would like the same view as the parent has at…

adding a blank or asterisks for default
On student Profile when entering the student key social security number or other id if the student does not fall in the range would like it to default to a blank or asterisks screen instead of first student in alpha.

Add Variable Date option on attendance reports
The goal of this update would allow campuses to set these reports as scheduled tasks therefore saving time so that personal can concentrate on other attendance This would allow attendance clerks to concentrate more on other aspects of attendance instead of running these reports and providing them to individual teachers each week.

Data Mining Reports posting to Family Access
Security setting in Data Mining reports posting to Family Access. We are requesting a warning and confirmation page when someone runs a data mining report that will get posted to Family Access. Currently if someone is not sure what they are doing they can post information to Family Access without realizing it. This can be done either by them marking Family Access in a data mining report they built or simply by running someone elses data mining report (to see what it is pulling) and not realizing the report is set to print on family access. Special Programs- Reports/Transactions
- Have all special programs (including but not limited to: foster care homeless immigrant military connected PK PRS LEP and Title I--- Sped At Risk and 504 are already listed there) listed under the Student Services Tab. This would give the ability to view the students in a browse list who have the coding.
- Need the ability to view and report on all coding /history and change logs for those special programs.
- Need the ability to run special program reports from the Student Services tab instead of relying on data mining.

Ranges for Student Entry Resubmission
From the Student Check-In screen under Office Visits users are currently able to look up students that are Inactive. When in a specific entity users are also able to look up a student that has never been enrolled in that entity. This can cause issues for a district if the student keys in the wrong number.

Customer Meal Statement Deposits Posted First
On the Customer Meal Statement report I am requesting that all deposits are reflected first and then the purchases for each day. When viewing a Customer Meal Statement customers look like they are in the negative more often than they actually are because the programming currently has all the purchases for the day posted first before the payments for the day are posted. This makes it hard to do a quick analysis of a customer to see how frequently they are actually in the negative. Add Edit Scores Option to Test Scores Tab
Attached is a small tutorial with screen shots outlining an option I'd like to see added to the Test Scores tab. If you work with test scores you know that the import option is best. However if you're using demographic information to load or if you have a number of kids that cannot be imported you have to find some sort of assembly line method to make it work to be efficient. Save Descipline letters to Student records
Currently Discipline Letters cannot be saved to the student record. Attendance Letters are but not Discipline Letters. We would like to be able to save these letters to the Student record in Skyward.
Add the capability to save Discipline letters to the student record as Attendance Letters are. Provide a Letters button in the Student Profile Discipline tab to allow users to view any Discipline Letters sent.39 votes -

We are trying to implement the teacher score card and have gotten feed back from Administrators that the words scorecard is like we are scoring them on something. Its seems harsh to some. We are requesting that a name change be like "Classroom Statistics" or something like Grade book Statistics

Add Ability to Select Multiple Individual Students
It would be helpful to have the ability to select multiple individual students on the PIMS Extract screen just like you can do for other reports. Right now I can enter a Student Key range ultimately allowing me to run a PIMS extract for one kid at a time. However I'm thinking it'd be helpful to be able to select Range or Individual. Custom forms /Advanced custom to family access
The goal for this enhancement is to be able to have the option to post advanced and custom forms to family access. Not all custom forms should post to family access only ones specified.
A negative impact of not having this enhancement is having to printing these reports for parents when they would be able to view this information online.
