Family Access Schedule Entity Configuration, create an option to choose specific year to change current or future schedule viewing options
Under Family Access Schedule Entity Configuration, create an option to choose a specific year in order to change current or future schedule viewing options so that, for example, if we choose to 'hide teacher's name on class', for our students' future schedules, we can do so without affecting their current schedule.

Attendance Tab - Add the option to select specific days of the week for reoccurring absences during a specific hour(s).
If a student has an appointment during 7th and 8th hour every Thursday for three consecutive weeks, we have to choose each date, add in the attendance, save and then choose the next date. Being able to isolate specific class periods for specific days of the week within a date range, would make for a smoother process.

Display all parent phone numbers on the Profile info page
Currently the student profile info page only displays the primary 1st guardian phone number. You need to click on the parent/guardian name to view their second phone number. It would be helpful if the profile info page would show all the phone numbers for the parent/guardians.

Select Family Member/Emerg Contact shows Family names and Emergency Contact names in alphabetic order. Unfortunately the nurse does not know which is which. Is there anyway to add a relationship column to this screen. This would help the correct person be contacted in a appropriate amount of time.

Comment section in nurse check in
We are trying to improve the communication between teacher and nurse, especially with the littles at primary.
When a teacher sends a student to the school nurse, they fill out a skyward form and it gives a very brief explanation of why i.e. "arm", "head", "leg", etc... Is there any way we could add a comment box to allow for more details to send to the nurse and maybe so the nurse may inform the teacher of further instructions?2 votes -
parent entered request
Add the functionality to change the status of a Parent Entered Request in Attendance. Once a request is approved/denied, the request status can no longer be changed. It would be helpful to have access to change this status as needed.
This button is found in a couple of different screens. Here's one area where it exists. Office > Attendance > Entry by Date. The button is located on the right side of the screen.

CROSS ENTITY REPOPRT TO VIEW HOW MANY SEATS ARE SHARED WITH OTHER CAMPUSES.
Create a report that will show how many seats have been shared with other campuses that have cross entity. It would be so useful to know how many seats are shared and send that report instead of having to go back into the section to see this information.

Please add additional staff types in the Designations field in the Staff Information area. The Teacher checkbox controls a ton of functions and access in Student Management, so I would ultimately like to make this a required field using Skycoder. However, I cannot make this a required field unless we have at least an 'Other' option for staff members.
The current checkboxes are Discipline Officer, Teacher, Substitute, Counselor, and Career Center Counselor or Administrator.
Here are some suggestions for additions to this field: Secretary (or Admin Assistant), ParaPro, Coordinator, Principal / Dean, Support Staff, and Other.

Parent approval for student requested courses via Family Access
When a student enters their course requests, to have it go to the parent in family access for approval, before it goes to the school. Instead of having to print the course request sheet and send home for signature, allow the parents to sign in and approve the course requests via Family Access.

scheduling constraints - specific section
I know that we have the option for scheduling constraints for a student and a specific class/teacher. It would be amazing if that could be expanded to specific sections or other students. We are having more personal conflict issues that we need to separate students in classes. Much of the information is private/legal and can't be shared so often, inadvertently, one of us in the department changes a schedule and the students end up in the same class. This has been causing some serious issues. Please consider this idea in both SMS and Q.

Enrollment Dashboard
It would be great to have an enrollment dashboard screen that would show a grid of current enrollment by grade/gender. This would be helpful when needing some quick enrollment numbers, rather than needing to run a report or use Student Browse.

Option to include future transactions in graduation requirement progress
Our district uses future transactions to drop or add a course at term or semester break because the ability to edit the terms on courses creates many other issues with our third party exports, state reporting for membership, attendance, etc. However, when future transactions are used, a course that will be added or dropped is not included in a student's graduation requirements. This makes it difficult to determine which students are actually deficient in credit for graduation. It would be great to have the option to include course credit in the graduation requirements when the course will be added or…

Endorsement Option Sort Order
Update the following 3 areas to use the endorsement option "Order-Num" column for the display sort order similar to how the tabs display in Endorsement Maintenance. If this is not an option them at least make them sort alphabetically.
Family/Student Access > Endorsements > Add
Student Profile > Grad Reqs > Endorsements > Update Declaration
Student Profile > Grad Reqs > Endorsements > Add under the Endorsements Received section

Add the generation code field to the Student Registration/Emergency Form Maintenance
We have used this report for years to finalize seniors demographic information before final transcripts are completed. I don't remember this being a problem before but the generation code is not printing on this form.

Active Only Filter for 504 & LEP in EA+ for teachers
Teachers need a prebuilt filter to show Active Only 504 & LEP students under Teacher Access. It seems there are prebuilt features for SPED, GT and At Risk. There should be filters for all programs under Teacher Access.

move grades to different course utility
When using the "move grades to different course" utility, we need to be able to select which grading period/bucket we want to use, instead of it selecting all the grades periods/buckets. For instance we want to only select RC1 instead of RC1,2,3,S1.
Also within this utility there is a need to pull in grades from another campus within our district as well. We can see those other campus grades, send them to the teacher and they do not post them.
Can this utility be put on the grades tab for quicker access?

CARRY OVER COURSE MASTER CHANGES TO NY COURSE MASTER
We create NY courses in December, then if we make DOE/DEX necessary changes to CY, we need a button to also add to NY course master OR the ability to only clone courses to NY by individual course!
