Health Conditions Codes
When new health condition codes are added into the system, they do not automatically create a health flag/student indicator for the student.
You have to go into advanced features and adjust the health student indicators at each entity to get the new conditions to flag.It would be great if any new health condition code that gets added, would automatically create a health student indicator.

Allow Customizations to the student "mobile ID" within the Skyward app.
It would be great if schools could customize the student “mobile ID” within the Skyward app. Some examples of customizations include adding the school logo and adjusting the fonts (making them larger).

I would like to suggest that there be an addition of running Mass Generate Family Permissions/Passwords (WS\FA\FM\PS\UT\PP) by Processing List. Our school district turns off web access to families who have any type of residency exception each year until updated documentation has been turned in. Our current process is to manually call up each necessary student profile then navigate to the web access tab and then edit the family access to uncheck Allow Family Access. Exclude Zero Balance Due from Indiana Statements but Include Credit Balance statements
When printing the Indiana Statements it would be helpful to exclude ONLY the truly Zero Balance Due statements. If I un-select the Option "Print statements with zero balance" it does eliminate those, but it also then does NOT print statements for accounts with a Credit Balance. If I run the report wide open, I get Credit Balance statements and a ton of Zero balances. Currently I'll have to run 2 sets of statements. 1. For just regular balances >= .01 2. For credit balances <= .01

We would like to propose the addition of a directional field as a suffix for the addresses in Q. It is crucial for users to have this suffix field since they need it to match the SIS with the E911 files provided by the counties. Without the directional suffix field, they are unable to achieve an accurate match.

Add a delete utility tool to delete orphaned courses and sections. This is available in Qmaltiv but is needed in SMS.
Add a delete utility tool to delete orphaned courses and sections. This is available in Qmaltiv but is needed in SMS. We had a new staff member delete a course and because this utility tool is not available it continues to come up as a fatal for our Peims submissions.

Service call emails
It would be helpful if service call emails contained the conversation. Currently, if there have been a few responses it can be difficult to remember the context for the last answer given by support.

Endorsement Earned Freeze
The ability to "freeze" earned endorsements for graduated students in order to update and change curriculum codes without having to update 10 years worth of courses.

CARRY OVER COURSE MASTER CHANGES TO NY COURSE MASTER
We create NY courses in December, then if we make DOE/DEX necessary changes to CY, we need a button to also add to NY course master OR the ability to only clone courses to NY by individual course!

Display all parent phone numbers on the Profile info page
Currently the student profile info page only displays the primary 1st guardian phone number. You need to click on the parent/guardian name to view their second phone number. It would be helpful if the profile info page would show all the phone numbers for the parent/guardians.

Teacher Access - IEP Forms
We created an IEP form that would be used as both a summary of a student intervention, as well as a tool for progress monitoring. The form is similar to the internal form that can be created in the RTI module of Skyward.
The form can be created by the IEP case manager and tailored to the student's needs. It can also be viewed in educator access plus by the teachers; however, we are unable to give teachers editing access to this form so that they can easily put in data for progress monitoring. (Texas) Add Course Service ID to Endorsement Progress Screen
With the addition of needing to have the programs of study, endorsements, and IBCs align with the correct PEIMS codes, it would be very helpful to have the PEIMS codes for courses on the Endorsement progress page of skyward. With it just having the local course code, it requires that we go back into the transcript if there is a course that we are unsure of the PEIS code to make sure the alignment is correct. It would same an immense amount of time to have all the pertinent information on one page.

Having the option when printing a student transcript to add any comments with the Award
I spent a great deal of time putting all of the student activities into the system for each student over the years that they participated in. WIth that I also added the individual awards for that activity. Within the award template there is a comment section, which I used for various things like 1st Place, 2nd Place, Gold, Silver, Bronze etc. But after doing all of that I realized that it isnt't an option in printing a students transcript to include that comment anywhere. It should be listed as an option to print on the transcript. Please consider adding this…

Arena Scheduling Required Forms
I would like the option to require parents to complete/submit a custom form (liability waiver for summer school) before they can click the "Submit Schedule" link in Arena Scheduling. This will eliminate the need to chase down parents after they submit their schedule to collect the signed waivers

Ability to check all classes when adding an assignment
For teachers with a lot of classes it would be helpful if there was an option to check All Classes when Adding an Assignment. If they class is grayed out do to it not matching with length or category the check all classes would skip them and only select matching classes.

Ability to hide previous ended classes in Add Assignment with gradebook.
Ability to hide previous ended classes in Add Assignment with gradebook. With teachers that have a lot of classes such as semester, tri or quarter their can be a lot of classes that have ended on the Add Assignment screen and they have to scroll down to be able to view all classes and check the boxes for the current classes if they want to add an assignment to them as well.

Data Mining - File Name match Data Mining Report name
It would be helpful and less confusing for our users if, the name of the Excel file we download would be the same as the Data Mining report name rather than something like SKR1857952J3N3827. When users look in their Downloads folder, they have to open each file to see what the data is.
It also makes it difficult to remember which Data Mining report was actually used to generate the file.

Health options in Skydoc
To be able to pull All health information from the student profile in Skybuild. This would make pulling for SHARS much easier and cleaner for Texas Districts

Endorsement Option Sort Order
Update the following 3 areas to use the endorsement option "Order-Num" column for the display sort order similar to how the tabs display in Endorsement Maintenance. If this is not an option them at least make them sort alphabetically.
Family/Student Access > Endorsements > Add
Student Profile > Grad Reqs > Endorsements > Update Declaration
Student Profile > Grad Reqs > Endorsements > Add under the Endorsements Received section
