Survey edit error reports option to print error decriptions at the end of the format and export function to Excel
Error reports are lengthy due to printing each error description and overwhelms school staff. If they could export to excel they could manage the reports better and sort and view by error numbers. Plus putting the error description sheet separately so they can choose to print it or not.

Have GLO mass change unique to entity
When using mass add to change the GLO for student records it's changing it for all enrollment records, not just for a specific entity. With needing different GLOs for EC, EE, PS, etc. it would be helpful if you changed the GLO for only that entity record, not all. If you ran it from 000 it could/would change the GLO for all records. Having to hand change all records to EE or EC or HK on individual enrollment records it time consuming and a hassle to be compliant with ed-fi.

This is self explanatory. All student reports in Skyward should be standardized with the ability to print Other ID#.

Discipline widget
Can a widget be created to show on the home screen when an office managed discipline referral has been created? It would be like Employee Access when a staff member requests time off, a widget can be turned on for the approver to see the requests on the home screen. This would be helpful in the event that automated emails aren't working correctly, the principal would always get to see referrals upon logging in to skyward.

Career Plan – Curriculum Quick Entry
When adding Curriculum > click on “Maintain” > “+ Add Curriculum” at the top of the year column > type the “curriculum key”, counselors are requesting the option to press enter and have it execute the same code as if they clicked on “Save and Add Another” button. Counselors have the curriculum codes memorized and it really, really, really slows them down when they have to stop and click the button every time. This would function similar to the “Request Quick Entry” when scheduling a course under current scheduling.

Can you please make the following fields mandatory in Educator Access Plus under the teacher to add a new discipline referral? We would like the Location, Time, and Motivation marked as mandatory fields. Teachers are not filling in this information, and it is very important to us that they enter that information so we can track where incidents are happening the most in the building and their reasons for it. That way if we have to place more teachers in a certain area of the building at a certain time of the day that would be helpful to know.

Student Educational Milestones screen set up to view like the Career Plan screen. Grade columns 9 - 10 - 11 -12 with educational milestones listed under the grade column. Detail milestone code, short description, Required to Grad? Y or N, date completed.

In need of a report that shows the date/time a gradebook was updated.
It would be helpful for our Principal to be able to run a report that shows the last time/date a gradebook was updated. There are reports in Skyward that show times/dates for Parent/Student access and the last time/date Attendance was updated for each class. This would help to ensure all gradebooks are up-to-date and grades being reported are the most current.

Ability to have individual custom forms emailed to a specific person once the form it completed in NSOE or back to school packet. As of now I think it can only be done when it is put out to families as separate form.

Offense Time Not to default to 12:00 A.M.
When entering an Offense within the Student's Profile or Discipline section (not from teacher's Gradebook), offense time should be blank and require user to enter time instead of defaulting to 12a.m. Alternatively, at least default to system date if blanking out and making required isn't doable.

Adding State-EDE number (STN) to teacher Security Group
Adding State-EDE number (STN) to teacher Educator Access Plus Tab. A majority of our testing software utilizes the student State-EDE number (STN). It would be beneficial if we could have the State-EDE number (STN) placed in another spot or allow access to ONLY the State-EDE number (STN) in the IN/NCLB tab or student profile. Teachers have access to the student's other ID and internal ID but not the STN which doesn't make sense. We do not allow teachers access to the IN/NCLB tab due to student SSNs being attached to that area.

Transfer attendance to different course in the same period
I would like to be able to transfer attendance between different courses that are offered during the same period when I do a schedule change, the same way I can do when switching sections of the same course. We offer combined classes that are regular and honors for a course, and students switch at the end of the semester to the honors section, and we need to transfer attendance although these are two different courses.

Ability to automate an import in Test Score Import Wizard
Since STAR scores are imported multiple times a year, it would be helpful and more efficient if Skyward had the ability for users to automate the import process in the Test Score Import Wizard.

Family Access Food Service and Fee Management Paid By (parent name)
Please add the parent name to the paid by, it just says 'Via Web'. We have split families and both parents have equal rights for the children, they want to see that they paid for food service or the fees. Even on the receipt it doesn't show who paid for it.

Nowhere in Food Service does it say who made a payment. It only says Via Web. It does in Fee Management Fee History: Webstore Payment made by (parent name). In Food Service it doesn't say that in the history. Please add this to the history.

Letter generation system for the health records area of Skyward
This request was submitted to me by our health staff. "We need a letter option for dental exams. Skyward already has the ability to run reports, we just need to add the letter option. The dental report is located under Office-Health records-Reports-Dental.
An example of this can be found under Office-Vaccinations-Report-Vaccination. There you can see Skyward has templates for Legal Letters. We use these templates constantly."

Security settings in SkyDoc Tutorials
When giving tutorials or instructions on how to set items up, it would be nice to be given directions that some user securities may need to be changed. For example, when setting up the HGSS, in order for Teachers to enter the scores, their security settings in their security groups need to be changed to allow them access. Currently, there is nothing in the template or directions informing you that security settings may need to be changed, or what settings/path will need to be changed.
