Option to Remove Industry Credential Headers on Transcript if No Data - Same as Option on Test Scores
Currently, there is an option to remove the headers from the Test Scores section of a custom transcript if a student has no data in the test scores field. We need the same option for the Industry Credentials section of our custom transcript - otherwise it appears as if there is missing information.
As of right now, we are having to track those students who have info in the associated fields, so that we can build and run separate transcripts for them.
I have attached a screenshot of the button in the test scores field.

Contact Hours - suppress remote learning
Would like to have an option on either Entity Setup or the Contact Hours Report to remove or suppress the reporting of RA and RS when remote learning is not used in the district. This would save up to 10 pages (maybe more) when all tables are selected to print, but mainly it would make the report much more legible again. Thanks!!

Make the Hall Pass button available in the Health Office Visit screen.
It would be helpful to be able to print a hall pass from the health office visit screen instead of having to exit out of that screen and print from the Entry by date screen.

Discipline Auto-Emails
Currently a discipline email can be triggered by specific Actions on the save, but we'd like the email to be setup as a reminder on the "to be served" date so the email reminds the student of detentions and suspensions.

Please add the resident district to the address record. This field could be used for validation of the resident district on the student.

EA+ My Activities add *** GPA, Term GPA and grade bucket grades on the same report. For example on the Activity Roster or the Progress Report. Both help our coaches determine whether students are eligible to play. Or even when expanding the activity next to the students name.

Mass set note filter
We’ve researched this issue, and it turns out that the system is functioning properly. We’ve tested, and users at the middle school (and elementary school) do have access to see the legal notes. However, the list of notes is filtered by date, and the user must update the “Filter Options” to see notes since a specified date. If the filtering date is not far enough back, then older notes are not shown. We’ve confirmed with Skyward Support that there is no “rolling forward” process for notes from year to year or campus to campus. They are tied to the student.…

Texas - Add grade level to the pre-defined fields for the Family Access Absence Notification Request. Adding the entity that the student attends would be very helpful. This would allow the attendance clerks to quickly identify their students should there be more than one attendance clerk on a campus.

Auto Email for parent email changes
In the Advanced Features - Automated Emails under Demographic Changes add an auto email for parent email changes. This way staff using other software programs such as SEEDS knows the email changed and can change it in their systems.

Textbook Tracker
We utilize textbook tracker to check out laptops to our teachers and administrators. We have several administrators that are not assigned to a a school entity, and we cannot accurately check out a device to them. It would be very helpful to be able to check out items in entity 000 (district entity) for those who are not assigned to a school.

Pennsylvania Graduation Pathways
Is there any plan on making it so Pennsylvania's graduation pathways can be entered for students in the Skyward system? It would be nice if it could automatically pull information such as SAT score, Keystone, etc. when it is imported into the system. Even if it needs to be entered manually that would be better than nothing. That way we have a way to see what pathway students are taking to graduate.

CAREER PLAN - Identifying the class from AP/Honors/Regular better by name and weight classification/add course number too.
CAREER PLAN -- It would be VERY helpful if in the Career Plan screen, where the name of the class shows, if either the full name shows or the shortened name of the class shows, and the course numbers. It is not helpful to see a partial name because you cannot see if it is an Honors class or not. We typically have the course code reflect if it is an honors class, as well as having the word or at least the letter 'H' tacked on to reflect that it is honors. Also, in the weight area, the first…

Add an attachment file to the LEP/Bil/ESL Special Programs Tab.
Adding an attachment file to the LEP/Bil/ESL Special Programs Tab would allow us to add LPAC documentation and other info so teachers could pull up information without having to request it from the office or ESL Coordinator. It would save time and effort in our classrooms which in turn would benefit students.
