NSOE Drop down for Hospital
Would like to have a drop-down to choose Hospital in NSOE with a choice to add one that is not on the list.
We tend to get many spellings of Hospitals in our area and then have to clean them up later. A drop-down list might help to not have so much clean up in this area.

Addition of Term Selection to WS\OF\FS\SS\RE\MR
We would really like to be able to run the Students Missing Specific Courses/Subjects report by specifying one or more terms rather than being locked into the full school year. For example we wanted to quickly produce a list of students who were missing only math courses for Semester 2. Since term selection is not available for this report we were not able to produce any reports of value. Attendance Enhancement Needed
We have a "mini" college campus @HS. We have over 350 kids that move in and out of our building on a daily basis that we need to track for attendance. We have codes set up for such but there is no simple way to enter this except one by one!
I would propose to add an enhancement in the Attendance Entry by Class or Activity screen to add a "selected days" button and a "meet" button to easily add students scheduled in certain classes that leave the building. It would also be nice to do this on individual student.…24 votes -
Add Service ID as a field that can be viewed
I would like to see service ID and other Texas specific fields added as a options that could be added or removed from the column view in curriculum master and course master. Having this there would make verification of the data much simpler than having to generate a report.

Add Ability to Access/Complete Forms on Mobile App
Goal - To give parents and guardians the ability to access and complete online forms. This will allow parents to conveniently sign the forms. Expected Outcome - Quicker response from parents/guardians which will result in a quicker response time to provide technology devices to students.

Add the ability to export Education Milestones
Skybuild export does not include the option to export Education Milestones. The Skybuild import includes these fields to import data as well as DataMining also includes this data. Would like these same fields to be added to the export option.

Add Family access credentials to Auto-email
Would like the ability to create an auto-email to the guardians of a student that includes the link to get their Family Access login and password set up that is triggered when the NSOE application is approved.
1) the ability to manually send this email already exists on the family screen
2) there is an auto-email that triggers off of the NSOE approval but the set up does not include the FA credentials.

Limit who can see Social Security Numbers
Our auditors are requesting that we have the ability to limit who has access to student social security numbers for previous students. If a student is no longer active in the system they want us to be able to limit who can see those social security numbers. I know several Florida districts have been asked this this year in our audits this year and have had to state that we will work with Skyward to see if this can be addressed. Within security you can assign users to only see current student SS#'s

Add what vaccines are linked to prompt message
When adding a vaccination record to a student that has linked vaccines there is a message that appears asking a user if they'd like to add the date record to the linked vaccines. On this prompt the linked vaccines are not listed so you do not know where the date records will be added.

Add ability to look up student by first name
We have kindergarten students coming through the lunch line who have issues with their last names. It would be helpful if the software would allow the lookup of a student by first name in addition to the last name that is currently available on the POS screens.

Email Response for Parent Entered Requests
When parents enter an attendance request an email is sent to the attendance secretary notifying the secretary of the request. When the attendance secretary opens the Parent Entered Request to Approve/Deny the request she can enter a reply to the parent. We need the reply to send an email the parent. Currently it only appears in Family Access if the parent returns to the Attendance tab.

add more character to field format for Test scores
I am needing to change the field lengths for the test score areas: screen heading and report heading. Currently the fields are hard coded for specific length. I would like those to be longer - up to 20 (if possible).
There is insufficient room for us to put in the wording that we want to use.
We are getting phone calls from parents stating they don't understand what the headings are saying. Example: we are using %ile for percentile. We want to be able to type the whole word in the heading.I know there is several boxes to break…

Quick Score Feature open thru Grade Input End
Our teachers use the Quick Score Feature in their Gradebook. However once the grading period has closed that feature is no longer available. Teachers would like to be able to use the Quick Score Feature until the Grade Input End Date expires.

Standards Grading: Listing Events
Currently events are displayed by date. When you have multiple events and multiple skills the screen is hard to read.
We would like to see events grouped together with their skill and date. If nothing else an option to view it his way would be another option.22 votes -
Instructional Responsibility for PVAAS
The percentage of shared instruction will set to default to the value based on dividing 100 by the number of teachers flagged as having instructional responsibility for a course. Our district has followed an 80/20 responsibility for two co-teacher courses and 55/35/10 for three co-teacher courses in our six elementary buildings. There is no way to change the default and each individual student record will need to be changed for all teachers. This will be a very time consuming task and may attribute to more errors when uploading to PIMS thus creating incorrect records in the PVAAS system. Instructional responsibility…

School Health Record Report
Add health notes as well as office visit notes.
Our nurses have indicated that the School Health Report should also include notes. They are pleased that this report has been created but would also like notes to send as a student transfers to a new district. Advanced Custom Forms-Add fields to Skyward's List
I am working on new Advanced Custom Form to be completed during online enrollment (NSOE). I would like to have 3 Skyward fields added to the list of Skyward fields available to select from while creating a student custom form. The fields are as follows:
1 - Student Physician's Primary Phone;
2 - Student Dentist's Primary Phone;
3 - Student's Allergies (as described by the parent in a multi-row text box)
Parents are providing this information as requested in NSOE "steps" and sigh when the same information is requested later in the Step 6 custom forms.

Ability to configure Hall Pass receipt info
Similar to the Tardy Pass it would be nice to alter wehat is included on the hall pass. We would like the alphakey and other id removed since this information is the basis of their network account. The hall pass as it is now can not be used. the ability to customize it same as tardy would solve this issue

allow term adjustments to be calculated into final
We often use grade adjustments within term grade posting based on attendance and other expectations. It is rare that our teachers use the weighted grade option as that is very difficult to have a balance of equal points between grading terms. As I understand that is the only option to have the grade adjustments be calculated into the FG. (By the way we have semester/term grading). If a teacher makes (ex) a grade increase because a student was close to an A- that positivity should be then reflected in the students final grade. That is not currently the case. A…

Allow Attendance Factor For Selected Entities
If you try to run this report from the district entity you can still only enter one Attendance Factor value. This value is then attached to each entity displayed on the report. That is obviously not correct. The current workaround is to run this report at each entity specifying a different Attendance Factor value each time. This is inefficient. It would be helpful if you were able to specify the Attendance Factor for each entity when running from the district level. This way you only need to run the report one time vs. eight times (in our case).
