Discipline Report that includes demographic statistics.
The Offense count by Action Code is a good report. It would be better if it would include race, gender, grade level, special ed, and ELL. Those selections are available in a class roster report. The report should include the names as it currently does, but also include a statistic count by Infraction. I can pull by data mining, but I'm not excel experienced enough to run formulas to count. The data is in Skyward, just need a regular report to pull the data out. An Offense Count by Action Code would be helpful with the more specific information

Student gets a text or alert for any schedule changes
Is it possible for a student to receive a text or alert for any schedule changes the counselors have made without the student in their office or needing to go to the office. There would need to be a on and off option, start date along with a message as to why it was changed and the history would need to be kept as well. The button could be on the scheduling tab next to the email tab, so that everything is on the page as the schedule change. The history button is read only and can be excelled as…

Future Scheduling requests following student
When we have students who transfer from one campus to another within our district, we would like to have the student requests follow them so the receiving campus can see what the student previously requested. If the courses are not the same number, that is OK, instead of giving the student another request form and starting from scratch for the receiving campus. This information would be very valuable and a time saver for the counselors and registrars.

General Collection Data Extract
When extracting for my General Collection, I'd like more filters to extract groups separately. For example, I'd like to be able to extract only the Special Education kiddos. Currently, I'm using a Processing List to do this, but it would be nice to have a few features built in.

Total Days Absent
Would like to see the total number of days absent as an option in a custom attendance letter. Right now when I pull in "Attendance Count" it is actually just showing the number of periods missed rather than total days missed.

We have discovered that staff can change the status of an approved application to WIP IF the student is Inactive. Our district does now want this to be an option. We would like to request an additional check box option to not allow staff to change the status of an approved application.

Hide EOC Score in Family and Student Access
We are a block district and import EOC scores into Skyward in January. I am having to keep the gradebook disabled to parents and students until Semester 1 grades are ready. Teachers have to review these EOC scores before completing the students final grades, which takes a bit. If there was an option to hide the EOC score until we are ready to release grades, that would enable us to leave open the gradebooks for families so they can see the new term assignments.

Monthly Attendance Email to parents
We would like to send an email to families at the beginning of each month showing them their student's absences so far for the quarter/semester/year. It will be helpful for families to get this information automatically to remind them how important attendance is AND a paper trail of their student's attendance. Hard to be surprised that your kid has 10 absences if you get an email every month showing their status!

Keep filter parameters when editing
When in any screen that allows filtering, keep the set parameters in place when editing. The filtered items become limited by certain edits. For example, when editing an address for direction. If my list is not filtered by direction, but I edit that field, my filtered list becomes only the entries with that directional. I have to reset the filter to see the entire list each time. The same issue occurs in course master, section master, etc.

Family Access Absence Request Approval Email and Denial Email
When an absence request has been approved or denied it would be helpful if the response entered was emailed to the family, so they are aware that the request was approved or denied and if denied we could tell them why and how to get it approved. Many parents will not be going back into Family Access to see if their request was denied.

SE I-4 Form -Add Merge Field for 'Times per Frequency' -Part B & C/ Code Table & Merge Field for -Part A
Please consider adding a merge field for the times per frequency field that is on the intermediate screen for the I-4 Program Summary form. Also, it would make more sense to add the possibility of further defining that field. Currently, we are only allowed to enter a numeric value and we can not define that the numeric value is for example, "minutes". Ex: we can set the frequency to be 2x monthly and the times per frequency to "20" but we would still have to manually add the word "minutes" to the form because there is no other way to…

Print course on transcript, but NOT on report card
We would like the option to print courses on student transcripts, but NOT on report cards. Right now, that is an all or nothing option. Can you please separate these options so that we can choose to print on one or the other?
This would be extremely helpful for our Dual Enrollment courses that do not need to be printed on student report cards (they were not taken at our school), but still need to be printed on transcripts.

Date for Waiting for Approval IEP or Approval of IEP's & Evals
It would be great if a date could be entered or auto filled for when an IEP/Eval is marked as "Waiting For Approval" or "Approved". So then you would not only know who marked it, but the date they did it.

At Risk Status needed in Skybuild Export
In Skybuild, there is a field called At-Risk Status which has been verified by Skyward that it doesn't work or attach to any data. Everyone is listed as N (no). This needs to report the student's current At-Risk Status.

District and School Accountable Dropdown
It would greatly help if the District Accountable and School Accountable fields would be drop down/lookup fields similar to the Res Dist field. It is easy to mistype the codes.

Mark Online Registration as Verified when Completing New Student Enrollment Mid-Year
It would be nice to be able to turn on a feature to auto mark as verified when families complete New Student Enrollment mid-year. I have to go in and manually mark them all as verified. Thank you.
