Please consider adding a merge field for the times per frequency field that is on the intermediate screen for the I-4 Program Summary form. Also, it would make more sense to add the possibility of further defining that field. Currently, we are only allowed to enter a numeric value and we can not define that the numeric value is for example, "minutes". Ex: we can set the frequency to be 2x monthly and the times per frequency to "20" but we would still have to manually add the word "minutes" to the form because there is no other way to enter it in the intermediate screen. Also there are some very rare occasions that it isn't appropriate to enter a numeric value for times per frequency but we aren't able to enter it (Ex: Daily, "as needed for student de-escalation").

Example report if that was a merge field: it would be so helpful to be able to pull a report that shows how many minutes our students need pull-out reading or math, per week. OR How many minutes of OT/PT are required weekly/monthly per the current IEPs.

Also, there currently aren't any merge fields for Part A (Supplementary Aids and Services (Accommodations)) on the intermediate screen and therefore cannot be pulled for reporting purposes or to pull into other forms (like a summary page for the regular education teachers). Considering the accommodations are required to be done in the regular ed classroom, it is important that we provide those to the teachers. Adding the merge fields would make that process much easier and more efficient than giving them a copy of the I-4 form, that has additional data they don't really need, and in a format that many of them may not know what applies to them and what doesn't.
