I would like to suggest that there be an addition of running Mass Generate Family Permissions/Passwords (WS\FA\FM\PS\UT\PP) by Processing List. Our school district turns off web access to families who have any type of residency exception each year until updated documentation has been turned in. Our current process is to manually call up each necessary student profile then navigate to the web access tab and then edit the family access to uncheck Allow Family Access. Then we reverse it once appropriate documents have been returned to us. We generate this list of students with these exceptions via a Data Mining report and it would be helpful if we could make a processing list from that Data Mining report that could then be used to run this utility. At this time using this utility is more along the lines of an all or none solution. For our needs and example, it is not much faster than the above described.
