  1. Update PSERS reporting for Sabbatical leave

    Need Skyward to update PSERS state reporting correctly for Sabbatical leave.
    We were given a solution in SKYWARD to create correction contributions but not a way (except with a manual change in state reporting) to report the wages as described below.

    During the period of the leave the member must be paid 50% or more of their contracted salary. The

    employer reports the actual amount paid to the member as well as the unpaid portion (totaling 100% of

  2. True Time Comp Time Max

    We currently have a group who has a 56 hour comp time max clause in their contract. TT is set up to allow 56 hours per year but for our purposes we need to cap at 56 as an overall total. TT allows the employee to continue to request comp in excess of 56 hours.
    Is there a way to remove the "Maximum yearly balance starts at the beginning of ___________" piece in the timekeeping rule?

  3. email PO orgin for items marked as pending receipt

    To generate an email when the AP department puts an invoice in "pending receipt status". This would save them from having to send an email out separately to remind them or verify that they have received the items in question.

    Add a notification similar to those that are under "user preference" for requisitions. Or also it could be possible added under the FM Config where we can set up to have an email sent to the originator when a PO exceeds to the PO amount by a certain %.

  4. Unsubmitted Timesheet - Notification should also send email to employee.

    With the new enhancement in the TT Timekeeping Rule > Timesheet submission, if we check 'Display Notification Alert to Employee' and set a threshold (for us we entered '2 weeks'), it places the yellow-circle+exlclamation point on the employee's Employee Access toolbar, but in our district, no one is seeing this very small notification. It is basically meaningless. Can this same functionality be taken one step further and have the system auto-generate an email to the employee stating they have unsubmitted timesheets? Thank you

  5. Edit the default flag on Employee Assignment

    In discussing an issue in automating Active Directory record creation from Skyward the problem of staff assigned to multiple schools was identified. As Active Directory should only have a single record for a user a way to select the correct record of the multiple assignments that a staff member user could have in a year is needed. One suggestion was to make the current HPMASN-ASSIGNMENTS.HPMASN-PRIMARY-X field accessible in the UI so Personnel could make this determination of the primary 'home' assignment in these cases.   6. EXPORT TO EXCEL DATE NEEDED

    It would be nice if there was a date you could enter when looking at history to only export from that date forward. This is available on a lot of the screens in PAC where the export to excel option is.

    This would save time waiting on years of data exporting.

  7. Mass Delete Pay Code

    In the Mass Processing utility I'd like to see a way to mass delete a pay code with a particular account number even if it has history. We tend to have grants that pay salaries that are only good for a number of years. To be able to mass delete a number of pay codes at the same time would be helpful and time saving.

  8. Add "ATTN TO:" field to print in Check Address

    An AP Check prints the following fields of information for a vendor in the address information:
    Line 1: Vendor 1st Name and Vendor 2nd Name
    Line 2: Address 1
    Line 3: Address 2
    Line 4: City State Zip

    We would like to add an optional new field in the Vendor FM (Address tab) for "ATTN TO:" that prints below the Vendor Name and above Address 1.
    Line 1: Vendor 1st Name and Vendor 2nd Name
    Line 2: ATTN TO: xxxxx
    Line 3: Address 1
    Line 4: Address 2

    Thank you for submitting this idea. Nelco is the authorized partner of compatible paper forms for the Skyward software. All W-2 and 1099 forms, checks, and school forms are guaranteed 100% compatible. Any issues with the check layout will need to be handled by Nelco as Skyward is unable to alter the format in anyway.

  10. Add a custom browse view for assignments

    There are currently on 2 views that we use staff payroll and staff assignments. We would like to create a custom view because there are fields in each one that are unique. We would like to see all the fields in both available for a custom view and we can filter on. Also we need to see more then just 2 accounts. We would dump this report to excel and all the account codes could show then for us.

  11. Column for e-mail address in "My Employees Unsubmitted Time Sheets" screen

    Add a column for e-mail to the "My Employees Unsubmitted Time Sheets" screen for TT, so a Supervisor/Approver can e-mail an employee directly from this screen when they have an unsubmitted time sheet. This would make these notifications much quicker and helpful to be able to look back and see who received the reminder(s) when they fail to submit and don't get paid on time.

  12. Need ability to set security on form in Profile

    We need an option to set security on an advanced custom form so only specific security groups can see/edit the form in employee profile but still allowing the employees that fall within the selection parameters for that online form to be able to edit the form. Currently when a custom form is secured it becomes read only for employee access users in the online forms workflow. Secure Custom Form in profile but still allow employees in online forms parameters to edit the form.

  13. Add confirmation email "reply to" option

    From within Online Forms a custom email can be sent after completion of the online form. We would like the ability to enter a "reply to" or "from" email address for this message. Currently the reply-to email is the default reply-to email for the entire system which in our case is HR/Finance and Student. We typically have the default set up as a noreply email but we want the Online Form confirmation email to have a valid reply-to email when we use Online Forms for our insurance Open Enrollment process.     We need some clarification on your current process.

    Are you processing Open Enrollment outside of Skyward? We ask because Online Forms is not what is used for Open Enrollment in Skyward. Custom Forms are used for Open Enrollment and we currently don’t have an Email option linked with Custom Forms.

  14. Ability to rename time off allotment codes.

    It would be helpful to be able to rename time off allotment codes. The description can be edited but the code itself can't be renamed. As groups change their time off agreements the allotment code can become less helpful when selecting. Creating new allotment codes isn't efficient because then it needs to be changed at the employee level and the list of codes is a mixture of current and outdated codes.

    A process similar to the renaming of pay codes deductions benefits and employee types would be great. The code is renamed everywhere it is used in the system. For…

  15. Tie pay record dates to contract dates

    When you connect a pay record to a contract the pay record should stop when the contract dates end. So if an employee does not continue on with a new contract for that pay record the next year it won't automatically pay out. In the contract area you could put a box to ask if you don't want that.

  17. Allow approvers to get notificaton of PO Overage

    Allowing an approver instead of the submitter of a purchase order to get notification that the PO went over. The negative impact would be that the person doing the budget has to go into each PO to see which ones are over.

  18. On the YTD tab add the ability to accumulate TRS w

    This would be VERY helpful when processing the TRS annual report. The outcome would be a quick way to check TRS wages when completing the annual report. It could be done by adding the ability to accumulate wages by a date range that would be manually entered. It is already accumulating by a predetermined date range.

  20. add column to View with Application Count

    Add a column to the View that shows the number of Applications for each Status Code.

    This will allow this area to be must more useful and prevent the user from having to check each code to see who is attached or how many are attached.
