Ability to login as applicant
In Employee Administration/Applications screen, it would be helpful to be able to login as an applicant to walk them through the application process. This would allow me to view the actual screen the applicant it on so that I can resolve the issue.
It could be set up similar to the Skyward Access/Employee Access in SMS.

Ability to have URL links in FastTrack benefits section
I would like to be able to have an active link in the benefits maintenance screen in FastTrack/Position Processing/Codes/Benefits.
This would enable applicants to see the benefit package for insurances,links to leave allocations, and/or employee handbooks.

FastTrack Open Position Landing Page
Currently, FastTrack only has two configuration options for viewing current job openings. Option 1 is a posting of all jobs in one continuous feed, and Option 2 is to use the Categorization conjuration allowing applicants to filter by categories created. The FUNCTIONALITY CHANGE would be for the ability to select both options and allow for the applicant to select either of the two options on the landing page under Search Current Job Openings and the two options would be VIEW all Job Openings or Use Categories to filter for Job Openings.

Popup box and lock including the name - showing someone is in the file you are accessing.
Have a popup display when another user is in someone's application or employee profile including who they are locking the file until the person has exited the file. This would be beneficial for both FastTrack and EM.

Add option to restrict applicant attachments from Screeners
Applicant attachments often include SSN. Please add an option to restrict screeners from being able to view attachments.

Allow a timeframe for references to review and update responses
It would be beneficial for Skyward's Fast Track module to allow applicant references a window of opportunity to update their responses, especially since the system has great limitations on choosing references and/or allowing HR the ability to manage the references in any way. We often receive calls from users who accidentally pressed enter and submitted the reference several questions short of completion, and currently have no solution, as once submitted, we cannot purge the reference. Quite often, if the applicant really wanted that person as reference, we have to walk the applicant through submitting another reference out to the same…

Applicant electronically adds HR Required documents
Add ability for Applicant to electronically add required HR documents at the end of the Hire process. Then these electronic documents will be added to their HR Profile during Move to Profile process.

Clone the Attachment List
It would be nice to have a clone button in the Attachment List area that would allow you to clone a group of attachments and then update/modify the new group.

Add the capability to view the date an application was moved with the most recent notes in a column in the open apps view instead of having to hover. This will allow us to excel the data out and view the information at a glance.

Identify Teaching Postings with Subject Specificity
We would like to be able to add the subject area to the position in a posting. For example, a math position would also have "Algebra I" or "Geometry" included in the name of the position, not just the body of the posting.

FastTrack Email Notifications for Custom Status Codes
I would like to request a product enhancement that would allow us to send email notifications from Skyward to district staff when certain custom status codes are used in FastTrack – this is different than the screener, payroll, and HR notifications, but a custom option in the same area of setup - Message Center -> Configuration. An example of this would be a status code that is set up for salary review by a specific executive prior to proceeding with making an offer. Import applications from third party applications
Many employers take advantage of posting positions to sites such as Indeed, Career Builder, and college recruiting sites such as Handshake, Simplicity, etc.
It would be great to have those resumes/applications transfer to FastTrack.

Email Group for New Positions posted in FastTrack
We're wanting to determine if it's possible to set up notifications for this use case. The idea is to set up a mailing group (to which people can add themselves) that receives email notifications any time a job is posted, thus preventing people from being unaware of a job offering without manually checking FastTrack.

Clone Button For Screener Groups - FastTrack
MCSD HR team would like to suggest the addition of a Clone button to the Screener Groups menu. There is currently only an Add, Edit, Delete, and Back. A clone button would make adding many at once more efficient for our HR users.

Schedule Mass Assign of a Status Code
When Volunteers apply we assign them a separate status code for processing on a daily basis. HR will manually run this utility daily to move the applications into the view of the coordinators at the schools for processing. We would like to have the ability to schedule this utility to automatically run twice a day. Currently we have been advised by Skyward that is not available.

We would like to see a link on the "Move to Profile" screen to show the "Reference Check".
We have general postings that include multiple assignments to be viewed by all Principals. In looking at the Move to Profile screen it only shows the ex: Teacher label. With the link revealing the Reference Check, this will give us the ability to see what the Principal has actually assigned to the applicant on the general posting.

Utility to Purge Applicants that have not activity for a set date range
We would like to be able to purge not only old applications but to purge Applicants that have become dormant. A utility to that allow any applicants that has not made any updates for a period of time to be purged. We currently have more than 30k applicants in our database. Trying to maintain this on an individual level does not seem effective.

Utility to Mass Add Active Screener by Employee Type
Now that the process has changed in Skyward that someone has to be in a screener group and also be an active screeners . It would be helpful to have a utility that we could mass add active screener to a certain employee type (ex. principles, counselors, etc). If the utility is not an option at least have a way to update active screener from the screener group area.

Security Group(s) for limiting document access
Applicants upload a scanned copy of their social security card. The purpose of uploading the scanned SSN is to be able to quickly validate/verify the information after we hire the applicant and give them their required computer access. HR personnel should be the only ones able to access/view these documents. Currently all screeners can access and download any of the created Attachment Lists (WH\AD\FT\PP\PS\CO\AL). This could be an auditable issue as it relates to the security of personal information. A fix to this problem would be the ability to create security groups to limit certain attachment lists.
