Dependent report from insurance tracking enrollment data
PLEASE include gender of the dependents in the report data. Names are not necessarily indicative of gender of the dependents and we need the data for other information / reports we create.

Add Fields to Retirement Screen to Ease Research
Adding the following fields to the Retirement Screen would greatly assist and ease our ability to research employees: Received Vacation Payoff at Entry, Date Received, Check Number and Amount of Hours.

Insurance Tracking premium calculations
Would be helpful to have premium calculations round UP to the nearest cent so we don't have a write-off each year or adjustment due to shortage in collection.

Column heading updated to Status of Insurance Request
Online open enrollment has 1 important column without a header. It is currently listed as S. It should be spelled out like all the other header columns. Status of Insurance Request. This would eliminate an abundance of phone calls asking what the status is on their enrollment. Yes it common sense to check that column but apparently not to none benefit people.

ORS option default from PP2 to DC
It would be nice if skyward could come up with something to help convert people when they choose DC after having to be set up as pension plus 2 like how to change all the deductions from one plan to another the adjustments that have to be entered on ORS etc

DEPENDENT REPORT ENHANCEMENT REQUEST
Elimination of dependent data for employees who are no longer active in insurance tracking. I have employees who have left employment do not have an active insurance tracking record and they and their dependents still appear on the dependent report.
No need for them to continue appearing on the report.2 votes
