Allow default email format to be in upper case
We prefer to have all our HR data in all caps. Under PS\CA\SE\PS\CF\AU\ES, we can set the Default Email Format, but the part before the @ symbol is always lower-case. Please provide the option for the field to be Upper case, or let it use the case of the fields chosen (for example, we choose to use the First.Last in the email address, and even though the First and Last name fields are typed in all upper case, the Default Email Format pulls it in as lower-case).

Residency discrepancy pop-up needed when adding new student
Currently users receive a pop-up when adding or changing a student's entry withdrawal record indicating the students residency is set to Yes in their profile but the resident district in their entry/withdraw record is not the same as configured district code.
This popup does not show up when adding a student for the first time. The default is "Yes" but regardless of district entered in entry screen, no warning is received.

gender identity
We are looking to prepare for a changing demographic with Gender Identity. This is currently a field offered in Utah (Utah PR 4112260) but I am located in Pennsylvania. Can we add this for all states so that it is not an issue where we can't use the system to track our employee data? Yes, I can create a custom form but this should be something we can do within the system we have on the demographic side.

DPI now requires background check every 5 years. Need field to report when last background check was done, so we can datamine a report
DPI now requires background check every 5 years for Teachers/Administrators. We need a field to enter when their last background check was done so we can create a data mining report to show these dates and know who to contact when the 5 years is getting close. It would make the most sense to put this field in the "Employee Certification Detail area". Thank you for your consideration!

Creating email 1, 2 and 3 like Phone number
We would like to have an email 1 email 2 and email 3 similar to how phone is set up. This way we could allow employees to update their personal emails whenever they would like but have it set to read only with their company email. The way the system is set up currently it is all or nothing.

"Other Name" or "Nickname" field
I would like to see an Other-Name field or Nickname field be added to the "Name" table.
I'm trying to utilize Skyward as the authoritative source for our staff data. I have found that many employees do not go by their legal first name OR other language(Chinese/Spanish) name i.e. "Cynthia" goes by "Cindy" OR "Hsin Jung" goes by "Amy"... (How does one find Amy in the staff directory when her name is listed as Hsin Jing?Why is there an other-name field for students but not for staff?
