Wrong PSD code prints in box 20 on our W2's
We have been informed by our local tax bureau, Berks Earned Income Tax Bureau that the PSD code in box 20 of our W2's should have the PSD code where our employees work not where they live. This makes it easier for them to locate and collect the money for people working outside the county. They said this was changed about 10 years ago but we are still using the wrong PSD code on our W2's. Could this please be corrected before year end of 23?

Vendor Payments Report > 1099 by SSN/EIN
Allow us to sort the report in alphabetical order to match the 1099 report for more efficient double checking. Also, bold out the individual total amount lines for easier viewing. I understand we can send it to Excel, but it is harder to print everything we want to see on one page which means we need to format the report and when we do this the individual line item for invoice totals do not show up. Just make the original report user friendly in an efficient manner.

Print W2's for anyone that does not reply to Electronic
Print W2's for everyone again that does not choose electronic in the current year. Do not override the system and go back and look at previous years and not print their W2 if they ever chose the electronic option. It was a great idea, BUT if I have a retired teacher who is now subbing, they do not have access to Employee Access. Therefore they can not change their election from a previous year from electronic to paper. And the Electronic holds, even though the sub no longer has employee access.

Delay making W2 available electronicially if staff chooses to receive paper copy
For the staff who choose to receive a printed copy, we'd like the ability to delay making the electronic version of the W-2 available in Employee Access. Basically, we are hoping to give an incentive to those who choose to receive it only electronically - the incentive is to have it available earlier. Ideally, we'd like to enter a date or run a separate process to activate the electronic version at a later date (for those who received a printed copy).
