Ability to rename time off allotment codes.
It would be helpful to be able to rename time off allotment codes. The description can be edited but the code itself can't be renamed. As groups change their time off agreements the allotment code can become less helpful when selecting. Creating new allotment codes isn't efficient because then it needs to be changed at the employee level and the list of codes is a mixture of current and outdated codes.
A process similar to the renaming of pay codes deductions benefits and employee types would be great. The code is renamed everywhere it is used in the system. For time off some of the places would be the employee profile the set up allocation schedule report parameters and the time off default set up under the employee type.

For my district we changed our time off from SICK for support staff and REIM for teachers to PTO for all groups. We needed the name changed so they would know that we no longer request time off under the SICK/REIM code but PTO.
It was a HUGE undertaking to change all of the time off codes, allocation codes, and other things that went along with it. It would have been a huge time saver to just be able to change/edit the name of the code.
