  1. Utility to remove Old WIP status Expense Reimbursement requests

    Clean up utility to remove WIP status expense reimbursement requests for former employees or for prior years. When you use the "Print WIP Report" you have a list of outstanding requests from all years and termed employees.
    To remove these request you need to make the employee active again and add them to the org chart. Then login as the employee to remove the request, remove them from the org chart, make account inactive again.

  2. allow reimbursement expense code for mileage max amount to be set to the configured 4 decimal places

    the reimbursement expense code setup for mileage does not allow the max amount to be set to the configured 4 decimal places. I can set the default amount per IRS value but not the max.

    If the federal rate was .675 per mile, I want to set the max rate as .675. Sometimes the fed changes the rate mid year so keeping the max rate as the highest for the year keeps the entry problems down. Currently the default amount is .675 and the max can only be set as .67 or .68 even though entry amount is set to…

  3. Enhance Invoice Approvals

    If an invoice has been approved but the amount is later changed, the invoice reverts from Batch to Approval Pending. However, if the vendor is changed the invoice stays in Batch. Changes to invoice amounts, vendor and possibly account coding should all require re-approval.

  5. Data Mine for Detail Item in an invoice

    It would be nice to be able to Data Mine for a Detail Line Item on an invoice rather just an account code. Example Carpet.

    Would be great if we could delete account groups that we do not/ have NEVER/ will NEVER use. Right now they all have a Z in front of their name - but I'd like to eliminate them altogether.

  7. Add PO to Invoice Import

    The requisition/purchase order function is an important cost/classification control process that is used extensively by many customers. The ability to import invoices, with ties to PO’s seems a natural extension of this process and could save customers many hours of manual input. Most other accounting software systems do this, so we believe this is a reasonable enhancement to request.

  8. View PO liquidation status on Invoice Entry screen

    In the Invoice Entry - Batch view, it would be nice to see the purchase order liquidation status. The only way I know to see whether Partially Received or Fully Received is selected is by opening each invoice and clicking Edit Master. Or, by running an Invoice Listing Report and reviewing the status of each PO. Both options are time consuming when we could quickly check the Batch screen for any potential liquidation errors.

  9. PDF of PO

    I would like to be able to view a PDF of a PO that has been attached to an invoice from the 'view' hyperlink located next to the PO number within the invoice vs. having to manually attach each individual PO PDF to the invoice in the PO filing cabinet.

  10. Add check type to Import AP Invoices

    It would be very helpful to have Check Type added to the Input AP Invoices template so that a check type other than "R" can be uploaded. Right now, there is no check type field available and it defaults to "R" upon upload. I use this feature for both regular, wire, and ACH payments and I would like to be able to indicate the check type when I upload instead of having to manually change the check type after I upload. The Import feature is a time saver, and allowing check type to be uploaded would make it even more…

  11. Add Vendor Phone # to Vendor Info on Profile

    Add Vendor Phone # to Vendor Info on Profile - this will eliminate the need to open a new window or get out of Invoices and going to General Tab to get the phone number while working with vendor on AP Invoice issues

    In Vendor Browse (Web Financial Management > Vendor > Vendor Browse), you do also have the ability to create a custom filter which would allow you to see the phone number easily and re-arrange the fields to fit your needs.

  12. Allow credit memo#s/negative amounts on check requests and/or multiple invoice #s per request

    It would be nice to be able to enter multiple invoices for one vendor check request, including credit memo#'s with negative amounts. Instead of having to enter a seperate check request for every invoice#. Also, the system doesn't allow a negative check request, for a credit memo, so those still have to be submitted on paper (unless there is another way, please share :) Thanks!

  13. Add a report for denied invoice approval

    We want to be able to run a report for denied invoices that also includes the reason for the denial. We use the Name/Note field that is under Action History under the Approval History of an invoice. Can this option be added?

  14. Remove Batch lock feature

    What is the purpose of the "Batch lock"? Several of the secretaries gets block and I have to unblock them before I can update PO's. It's such a waste of time.

  17. Ded/Ben Set Up = Single

    Having a deduction and benefit code check type be set up as single. Currently having to manually make this edit each payroll. The current choices for set up are regular, wire, hold and blank. We also tried having the set up check type as blank and set the default check type to single on the vendor profile and the check type turned to H (hold). Just hoping to save a step or if it is accidentally forgotten to manually update.

  19. It would be great if you could print Copy A that is submitted to the IRS for 1099's, if there is an issue efile you can submit via mail

    It would be great if Copy A of 1099s can be printed from skyward. If there is an issue wit e-file with the IRS there is an option to print instead of handwrite all 1099's

    Because Copy A is only valid when printed on specialized paper forms obtained directly through the IRS, it is in the best interest of our users to not offer that particular printing option since submitting the forms on the wrong paper could result in penalties from the IRS.

  20. Invoice approval - payment type

    Would it be possible to add the payment type field to the invoice master field on the invoice approval screen? We use various payment methods - wire, ACH and checks. It would be helpful in our approval process to see that the correct payment method has been selected.
