- Building Administrator submits a change request for a staff member (ex: pay, assignment, stipend, position, grade level, building, etc.)
- Human Resources receives change request
- Human Resources approves request
- Human Resources updates information in Employee Management
- Building Administrator and employee receives email notification regarding the change request with an effective date

Add Mass Change Assignment Breakdown utility to SN
Employee Management has a utility Mass Change Assignment Breakdown Fields but it is missing from the Salary Negotiations utility menu. It would be very helpful to add this utility here since we rely on SN for the KS Licensed Personnel Report.

Clone as Vacancy
Skyward gives you the option to clone an assignment to a different employee but it would also be helpful to have the option to clone the assignment as a vacant assignment. Right now there is only an option to add vacant assignment so you have to manually enter all of the information from the employee leaving to the vacancy.

TX: TASB Filter Mass Processing Preview
When using the TASB Filter Mass Processing add 2 new fields to the Preview. 1. TASB Midpoint Amount - since this is different for each person this would pull based on their Job Type on the Assignment plus the TASB Groups setup for the year. 2. Calculated Increase - because each increase will be different again because of the TASB Group Midpoint and the percent or amount defined on the Filter add a new column before New Code that will show the calculated increase.
