On the org chart history tab, it would be greatly beneficial tohave the namekey of the person who made the change.

browse, report or data mine the "earned bilingual-bicultural education (1023) supplement" check box
Currently there is no way to see who has the "earned bilingual-bicultural education (1023) supplement" check box marked in the certification tab in employee profile. It would be helpful to be able to see this in either the employee browse screen or be able to pull it in a data mine

Unsubmitted Timesheet - Notification should also send email to employee.
With the new enhancement in the TT Timekeeping Rule > Timesheet submission, if we check 'Display Notification Alert to Employee' and set a threshold (for us we entered '2 weeks'), it places the yellow-circle+exlclamation point on the employee's Employee Access toolbar, but in our district, no one is seeing this very small notification. It is basically meaningless. Can this same functionality be taken one step further and have the system auto-generate an email to the employee stating they have unsubmitted timesheets? Thank you

1099 Type in SBAA
Why is there only one option for 1099 type in SBAA: 1099NEC
The drop down, as you can see from the attached, is only a blank space.
We have several vendors that are not NEC types that our schools use.

Need to Remove Requirement for Gender Selection
When entering a new employee, we are forced to assign a gender under the Personal Information tab. We have individuals who choose NOT to gender identify. The system will not let us pass unless we make a gender selection. We need to either be able to leave this blank or at the very least have the option to select other or no selection.

Ability to mass remove selected employees from org chart
Org Chart
Can you please add a mass process to remove several employees under an employee at one time from the org chart. For example summer school or additional assignments that are short term however, they're setup in True Time to keep track of the pay and hours by clocking in.15 votesPR 5872178 has been created to add additional mass delete functionality to the org chart. New Vendor Request - adding attachment
When staff are requesting a new vendor there isn't an ability to "attach" a W9 to the request. Is that possible?

Creating email 1, 2 and 3 like Phone number
We would like to have an email 1 email 2 and email 3 similar to how phone is set up. This way we could allow employees to update their personal emails whenever they would like but have it set to read only with their company email. The way the system is set up currently it is all or nothing.

PO/req group assigns in security
It would be very helpful to see the total set up areas that a user has in the Secured screen for a user. Purchase order requisition groups and the inventory req group assignments listed in this area would make a huge difference. It would help keep things updated as users change positions and also let you know if you are cloning security to a PO/Inv req group not needed. Many times I have removed the security in the Secured screen for a user without remembering that they could also be a member of a PO/Inv req group. When printing a…

Holidays split between pay codes
The goal would be to have the system look at the employees detail schedule and split the holiday pay between pay codes rather then basing it on the primary pay code. The only way to currently do this is to manually split it and this leaves too much room for error.
The expected outcome would be for the system to look at the detail schedule rather then the primary pay code when determining holiday hours.64 votes -
Time Off decimal entry restrict to .00 or .50
We would like to restrict the time off entry to be entered in decimal increments of whole decimal(.00) or half decimal (.50)increments. We no longer allow any other option of decimal incremens.
