Separate SSO settings for True Time & Employee Access. We needs the option to remove the "Login using Google" SSO button for True Time only
Mulvane USD 263 is a Google district which is working to use Google SSO as much as possible. We use kiosk machines for True Time. Having the Google SSO button on the True Time screen is creating issues because a variety of staff members use these kiosk machines, and many users have limited technology skills. Please make the needed programing changes to allow only the "Access Code" field/button on the True Time login/home screen. Certifies (salary) and classified (hourly) staff have different Skyward needs.

PII access should be a separate security tier, prompt for elevation for PII, smartcard elevation for PII
Part 1: As a skyward admin with all system access, I don't really need access to see social security numbers, the names of parents and guardians, their phone numbers, bank routing / account information for all staff and students, their birthdays, their addresses to do 99% of my job.
It is an unnecessary hazard to the district for system admins like me to have this PII access on a routine basis every day as part of my job. I believe this also extends to HR Directors and Payroll / Accounting. 99% of the time we don't need to see any…

MFA - IP Range option
Please add the option to exclude our district IP range from MFA requirements. This would allow staff to login without having to authenticate through MFA as long as they are onsite.

Remove or Adjust the ability to print purchase orders with signature
In the Purchasing Activity screen and View My Purchase Orders screen individuals have the ability to print the purchase order(s) with a signature by passing the Purchasing department. There are two places they can print the signed purchase order even if the Print button id removed.

We've created a Skycoder import file. By importing this file you will be able to use Skycoder to hide the view button on print history when coming from all screens except for Purchase Order Entry.
This file is not supported as an attachment type on Product Ideas, so Skyward will email the file directly.

utility to clone rights from PAC over to web version
With both web and PAC being available in our district, I would love to be able to start moving our users off of PAC. however some of their rights in web are not as fleshed out as they could be. Now, especially, with everyone working from home, we've found the appeal of web, with it being much more easily deployed for off-site users. I would really like to see a utility that could clone a users PAC rights, INTO their web rights, ensuring they could accomplish everything in the new version they could in the old.

User Security Reports
Historical Change Audit and Group Change reports need an option to select changes that were only made by a specific person. When investigating what one person did you have to work thru hundreds of pages of user failed login and additional security changes that have no value to the inquiry.

Better Security options
Currently we can only restrict users personnel access by building and other building. We have department head that manage several areas and need to be limited to those areas. Currently we need to give them district access which is not acceptable from auditing. The auditors want more controlled access to employees.

Security Groupds - 1099M 3rd Party Import
Per support ticket 3960037, appears this option is not driven by the security groups and is only available to users who have system wide access. This option needs to be added to the security group settings.

budget attachments lilnked to actual account
Would it be possible to have the attachment be linked to the actual account? I would like to attach an Excel file to a specific account which would tie back to the budget. Currently the attachment is link to the description on the Budget Entry screen. As part of this the attachment would also have to available in the Account Profile Budget tab.

Need ability to set security on form in Profile
We need an option to set security on an advanced custom form so only specific security groups can see/edit the form in employee profile but still allowing the employees that fall within the selection parameters for that online form to be able to edit the form. Currently when a custom form is secured it becomes read only for employee access users in the online forms workflow. Secure Custom Form in profile but still allow employees in online forms parameters to edit the form.

Would like to create additional areas under attachments so we can give security to specific groups to different attachments. EG: Benefits HR Payroll Technology Health Services.

PO/req group assigns in security
It would be very helpful to see the total set up areas that a user has in the Secured screen for a user. Purchase order requisition groups and the inventory req group assignments listed in this area would make a huge difference. It would help keep things updated as users change positions and also let you know if you are cloning security to a PO/Inv req group not needed. Many times I have removed the security in the Secured screen for a user without remembering that they could also be a member of a PO/Inv req group. When printing a…
