Allow Remote Login without System Wide Access
Some district have payroll staff they need to be able to see what an employee sees in Employee Access but are unable to do so unless they are a System Wide User or have System Wide Access to WEB Product Set. They do not need system wide access but need to be able to do this to verify information when troubleshooting an issue. The ability to use Web Login with look up only security would be ideal.

Not Translate Names
We have had several parents request not to translate the Student's names and Street names on addresses. The translation is being done by the browser.
According to Google instructions, please try:

Welcome everyone my name is <span class="notranslate">Felipe</span>We would do this ourselves using SkyCode however SkyCode is not available in Family/Employee Access.

Inactive employees in red in all areas like in HR portion of the system
I would like to see inactive employees highlighted in red like in the HR portion of the system. When looking at security or groups it would be very helpful to see a color differential for inactive employees.

Last Date Modified on Picture Import Utilities
Update the picture import utilities for both Student and Employee to look at the last date modified on the picture file and give the option to only import pictures that have been modified in the last “X” number of days. As part of the integration with IDImage we schedule this importer to run multiple times a day and every time it runs it reimports all pictures. We only need it to import pictures that have been recently updated.

Employee ID available as Cross Reference in Custom Forms Import Data from Excel
In Employee Tab > Setup > Config > Custom Forms Setup > Import Data > Extract Data From Sheet. The options for cross referencing out of the excel doc into Skyward are only: Name ID, NalphaKey, SS#, (and others - student related #s - we don't use). I want there to be the option of Employee ID too! Is that possible?

Password Hidden/Encrypted
As normal security protocol, ALL passwords used anywhere in the system should be hidden as masked fields and stored as encrypted values in the database.

Add Active Flag to All Codes
As districts grow and change many times old codes are no longer relevant. From a system stand point, you really never should delete codes that have been used anywhere but leaving them in the system means they show up and can be selected by users even if the district decides they don't want to use the code any longer. I'd like to see on all codes in the system an Active checkbox. When the Active flag is unchecked then the code could no longer be selected from drop-downs in the system. This would prevent improper use of codes the district…

Selecting Multiple Codes, Names, Numbers, etc.
When selecting multiple codes names numbers checks etc. in PaC you can hold the shift key and select a range. You cannot do this on the Web. It is time consuming when you're selecting more than a few.
