Purchase Requisitions
When doing purchasing for next fiscal/school year (budget orders), would like to have the next fiscal year in the master either be an editable field after submitted or have the default be for the next fiscal year.

Position Control Groups FTE
We would like to have an additional EM config option for the verification of FTE's available on Position Control Groups. Our current config is set up to verify new hire requests based on the Working FTE of the group, but the problem is the system looks at the Working FTE for the entire date range on the Position Control Record. This gives us fits for positions were there is overlap at some point during the year because it looks like there is an FTE available but if you try to enter a request it is blocked

KS WebIZ import
The opportunity to import Immunization information into Skyward from WebIZ. Currently nurses hand enter Immunization information and it takes hours, as well as provides an opportunity for error.
This would be especially helpful for our Foster Care students as often times, they receive multiples of the same immunizations due to lack of records by the parents and foster care system.
I know not all medical offices utilize the service but that would be on the nursing staff to pull reports to confirm if student data was imported or if they need to follow up with families. Any automation of this…

Deductions/Benefits on the Same or a Split Screen
I would like to see an employee's DEDUCTIONS and BENEFITS on the same page (like they were in PAC). Maybe a split screen? I toggle back and forth between the two every day and it would be easier to be able to see both on one screen.

Overtime - TrueTime
School custodians work weekends for building rentals. These hours normally exceed 40 hours and are paid at the overtime rate. Currently all overtime hours are charged to the rental activity account. Under the new True Time import, the overtime hours are prorated between the custodial pay code and the rental pay code as follows:
40 hours custodial
10 hours rental
results is 80% of 10 hours charged to custodial and 20% to rental.
We are suggesting an option to allow the overtime to remain charged to the rental pay code.10 votes -
New Vendor Request - adding attachment
When staff are requesting a new vendor there isn't an ability to "attach" a W9 to the request. Is that possible?

Changing PO account numbers
As the PO processor I would like to be able to change account numbers as needed regardless of the PO group. In PAC I can pick whatever account number is needed for the PO no matter what PO group the requisitioner chose or is a member of. For instance I've got a librarian in my high school who orders a certain program for all of my buildings but she's only got access to the HS library accounts not the accounts for each building. Add dates to Budgetary Data Mining
I honestly thought that these fields were previously available in Budgetary Data Mining. If they were there they are gone now. Notice from my attachments how HR Employee Data Mining can be sorted or found by the creation or last run date. These field are not available in Budgetary Data mining and they should be. This way we can easily sort find use or delete reports based on their creation or last run dates. We have so many data mining reports now it is very difficult to find the one you want without those dates. I've tried to flag them…

Credit Card approvals
I know the final approval has the option to "select all" transactions for approval. Why can't the Accounts Payable person have the same option? I am clicking on 200-250 transactions. Thank you.

changes to time off transactions
It would be helpful to be able to expand changes that can be made to a time off transaction after it's been approved to include all fields. Sometimes since the Time Off field defaults to a certain code, employees forget to change that, but enter the correct reason code. In order to change it to the correct code (that actually goes against their balances), the entry needs to be deleted and reentered. If I were able to simply change the time off code, that would be a lot more efficent.

Empoyee Acess Code viewable in Employee Access
We would like to our employees to be able to view their Employee Access Code for TrueTime in Employee Access. Currently the only way to view the Employee Access code is in HR/Employee Profile/TrueTime/Setup. Employees are not able to view that themselves. They have to contact someone with securities to that screen to find out what their code is. It would be much easier if employees had the ability to see the code in Employee Access.

Add an inactive box on paycodes
Could you add an inactive box on paycodes so they do not appear in other areas of the software? I have many codes in history that are no longer being used and I don't want staff to use them and I don't want to see them in other areas of the software. I would like to still be able to run a report with the option to select inactive paycodes if needed.

Timesheets and pay code approvers
When submitting timesheets and the employee has multiple approvers, the employee needs to select an approver for all Pay codes that are associated with the employee. Could the program be updated so that the employee only needs to choose an approver for the pay codes that are associated with that timesheet?

Allow us to see if an emloyee has the true time button when setting them up
There are so many things that need to be set up before an employee can see their True Time module. Even though we can see that employees appear in a Timekeeping rule it doesn't mean they have the ability to see/use the TT button . If we could see if they have it when we are in their profile under the blue circled i like we can use check estimator it would avoid having to log in as the employee and ensuring they have the button open to them. Add column to the time-off transactions to show the day of the week.
When adding a time-off transaction and when viewing the employee time-off transaction data, it would be nice to also see the day of the week requested. It would possibly help employees entering an incorrect date by being another reminder of the day they are entering. It would also be nice for historical purposes when reviewing patterns in time-off requests (for example, an employee who is always sick on Friday).

Employee Time Off Org Chart
Org Chart in Skyward desperately needs report features and Utilities. We discovered an employee had been selected as a Self Approval and Final Approval on Time Off Org Chart, therefore bypassing the Supervisor and was allowed to enter negative time off for time they did not have. I did a service call and was told there are no reports to find out if other employees had this issue. I clicked on 900+ employees to discover 2 additional employees had this same issue. There truly needs to be better support for Org Chart.

Rename Bank Codes
We have inactive bank codes that are at the top of every list. It is irritating having these banks in the way. If we could rename the code, then they could be forced to the bottom of every list and help save time.

Org Chart Update Utility
For districts that have multiple org charts used for different purposes, it would be great if there was a utility that could be used to select the org chart(s) and then add, remove, or move an employee on all selected org charts. It is time consuming (and error prone) to have to edit each org chart and take action on the employee one org chart at a time.

Fillable PDF
It would be advantageous to have a way when using online/custom forms to be able to have the employee complete a fillable PDF, save it automatically into their profile. They can only answer the questions on the designated form and we wouldn't need to worry about them attaching a document to their profile that wasn't intended. Currently Skyward allows you to send a fillable PDF to the employee but there is no way for them to save it other than to their device and then uploading it into their employee profile. This could be a nightmare with all the documents…
