  1. Allow Spreadsheet Style editing on Invoice Entry Screen

    To makes edits on the invoice entry screen you currently have to edit each individual invoice. It would speed things up greatly if you could make edits down the columns just like a spreadsheet. For example, you enter 20 invoices and then realize that the due date needs to be changed. Instead of having to go to each individual invoice you could make a mass edit button that allows you to edit anything in the Invoice Entry grid and just hit enter to be able to move on to the next invoice to edit.

  2. Limit display of Expense Reimbursement tab

    Once you enable the Expense Reimbursement tab in Employee Access, the tab is available for all Employee Access users. Not all users may be eligible to submit Expense Reimbursements and this tab is confusing.

    Similar to the True Time or Time Off tab, consider limiting the display to only users that are on the actual Org Chart associated with Expense Reimbursements. Or limit the display based on whether the employee vendor record is set up with the ACH tab populated.

  3. True Time - Enforce Minimum Out To Lunch Timeframe

    In Timekeeping rules, it would be helpful if there was an option to set a minimum time for Out To Lunch. An option already exists that checks time out to lunch for conversion back to an IN punch, but there are no options available to not permit employees to punch back in until they have taken their full lunch break.

    This oversight is costing our district quite a bit in overtime/comp time due to employees failing to take their mandatory 30 minute lunch and accruing additional time throughout the week.

  4. allow for sorts and filters in unapproved absences

    Please create sort options that can be saved in reports for unapproved absences. To be able to sort by date, approver etc would be very helpful and approve efficiency by not having to drop all down to excel and then sort.

  5. mass change for employee type

    Mass change employee types and in-activate via processing list. Rather than have to manually change 100+ terms at the end of a school year it would be helpful to select employees based on term dates that have been entered and change from active to inactive and to change the employee type to an XTCH etc.

  6. Add a field to employee data mining

    I want to add the "comments" field that is under the employee profile, personnel tab, under additional information; to employee data mining.

    I thought any field could be added to data mining, and I noticed this particular field is not an option to choose from when building data mining reports.

  7. Exclude Employees from Vendor Mass Inactivate

    Mass inactivate allows districts to clear out no longer used vendors based on inactivity. Currently this process will also inactive the vendor records setup for employee expense reimbursement. I would like to see a radio button that allows a district to include or exclude active employee records from the Vendor Mass Inactivate process.

  9. Attaching a PO with multiple lines to Credit Card Transactions

    When attaching a PO with multiple lines to a credit card transaction, it would be beneficial to have the option to only select from the line(s) you need, vs. having to 'assign all PO lines' and then having to delete the ones you don't need from the Transaction Detail Lines

  10. During requisition approval process allow editing of the account code by the final approver

    We have a two approver process setup for all requisitions. First approver is by the building administrator who is responsible for the building budgets and the staff in that building. The final approver is in the District Office to verify the correct account codes and push through the final PO (eCommerce ordering, emailing, etc.) It would be nice if the final approver would be able to change account codes, if necessary, without it pushing the requisition back through the approval process, thus making the administrator approve again.

  11. Requesting warning message for Bank Routing Info

    Issue When entering direct deposit information it seems like (to my payroll specialists) the system finds the closest routing number in the library. They key in the routing number and select the bank name that comes up. We just found an incident where the payroll specialist entered a routing number & that bank was not in our library - but she did not realize it - and the bank name selected was the next closest. Can something be changed to warn them during data entry that the routing number is not in the library. Kind of like it does with…

  12. Mass Process for Changing check and building locat

    Starting a new school year we have a lot of changes between campuses it would be nice to have a mass process to change check locations and building locations. Also for summer assignments we had everyone clock in under True Time so their check location was changed for the summer assignment a mass process would allow us to change them back to their primary assignment. Having a mass process would be easier than changing each employee at the start of school when lots of changes are being made.

  13. Add Automated Emails to HR/Finance database

    We would really like to be able to use Automated Emails in our HR/Finance database like we do with our Student database. For example we would like to send an automated email when new hires are added and be able to filter on their employee type. It is already in place on the Student side. We are hoping it can be added to the HR/Finance side too. It will increase efficiency by automating notifications.

  14. Signatures on Employee Letters from signature file

    It would be really great to be able to apply an on file signature (board administrator) to an employee letter. We have specific board and administrator signatures on file for check printing and purchase orders. This would be a great feature on employee letters. With out an authorized signature on the document it really serves very little purpose to create and retain an unsigned document.

  15. Creating email 1, 2 and 3 like Phone number

    We would like to have an email 1 email 2 and email 3 similar to how phone is set up. This way we could allow employees to update their personal emails whenever they would like but have it set to read only with their company email. The way the system is set up currently it is all or nothing.
    Create an email 1 email 2 and email 3 just like phone numbers are set up in the Request Change Setup are.

  16. 'Unselect All' is needed in Clone/Replace Securities utility

    When cloning/replacing securities, an 'Unselect All' option is needed in the Budgetary Data Mining area. The default is to have every BDM report selected. Some employees have hundreds of BDM reports, and each one has to be unselected if they aren't wanted to be cloned.

  17. Keep Data Mining report name/title when you save to excel.

    I would like to suggest that the name that you call your data mining reports, should also appear when you download/save your report to excel. Every time you run your report and then go to save it to your computer, the file name is gibberish. It would be great if the report name auto-populated in the file name when you go to save it.   18. Default tax election

    When you are setting up a new employee, in the "Tax-W4" tab there is a checkbox that says "2020 or After W-4". It should now default to having that checkbox check since all new employees that are added should be with the new form at this point.

  19. Allow Time Off to be allocated to 2 different pay codes

    Allow Time Off to be allocated to 2 different pay codes. Example: an employee that works as a bus driver and an aide will need time off for both pay codes and there is not great option to do this.

  20. Employee Pseudo Approval Email Confirmations

    When approving or denying items in the Employee Pseudo Approval section, it would be great if an email was sent to the employee confirming the approval or showing them the reason for denial. The email could go to the employee's email address(es) on file.
