Have the ability to print my check stubs in Alphabetical order.
I would like to have the ability to print my direct deposit pay check stubs in alphabetical order. At this time, they will only print in order of check location. I am surprised that this is not an option. Thank you for your consideration.

Time off hours should match FTE import/Employee Management
It would be great if the time off hours would auto update to match each imports FTE instead of having to manually update for all of those who have changed each school year. Manually updating Insurance Tracker FTE as well as time off hours.

Requisition Notification Option for Selected Individiuals
I would like the ability to select certain purchase order/requisition groups to be set-up to receive notifications of when there are approvals waiting for them. This capability would be much better as an individual option instead of a district-wide option.

Tie 403B Roth and Pre-Tax Deduction Amounts and Percentages Together
Our District allows staff to make pre-tax and post tax contributions to their 403B account. These are currently separate codes with their own contribution limit. However, in the real world, employees are allowed to contribute X amount/percent to each, but each counts toward ONE contribution limit. Our plan allows staff to make changes to their contributions anytime in the year, so the code-specific limits aren't doing us any good. It's not as simple as splitting the limit evenly between the two codes.

Ability to mass remove selected employees from org chart
Org Chart
Can you please add a mass process to remove several employees under an employee at one time from the org chart. For example summer school or additional assignments that are short term however, they're setup in True Time to keep track of the pay and hours by clocking in.16 votesPR 5872178 has been created to add additional mass delete functionality to the org chart. Fix Print Screen
If you are in the employee profile and try to print a time sheet from TrueTime the print screen does not work properly. It prints to the size of the window instead of the size of the information. For example if you have the window full screen it will print the time sheet very tiny. If you have the window shrunk so the it is the size of the timesheet it will print correctly. Please fix so that it auto resizes when you are trying to print so you don't end up with super tiny unreadable timesheet printouts. See attachment…

1095-C Export/Import
I know there is an import area with the 1095-C forms, however there doesn't seem to be an export. I would find it much easier and quicker if I could export a report from Skyward, make necessary changes, and import it back into Skyward. This would speed up the process considerably and make it easier to see discrepancies. The report I suggest would be the exact same information that is in the employee profile under the ACA Information tab and 1095-C Info. The only thing that would need to be added is the Employee Name and Employee Identifier. I realize…

Our State and Federal Reporting Department recommends running the 1095 Tracker and exporting it to excel to fill in the fields as applicable. You can also add additional fields to it if necessary then format the 1095 import to follow that format (updating for each month).

1099 Type in SBAA
Why is there only one option for 1099 type in SBAA: 1099NEC
The drop down, as you can see from the attached, is only a blank space.
We have several vendors that are not NEC types that our schools use.
See attached.2 votesThank you for bringing this oversight to our attention. Our State and Federal Compliance Department has been notified and we will begin updating SBAA to include 1099M soon.

Check Image and ACH Advice of Deposit Image Attached to AP Transactions
With the goal of going paperless, we would like to see the Check and ACH Advice of Deposit Images attached to each payment as part of AP process. (Similar to the way that employee letters are posted to each employee's record.)
The image of the check and advice of deposit is requested frequently by our auditors and as part of the grant reporting process.
Currently, we print the check image and file it, but with the transition to paperless we are saving the PDF file for each check run. However, this still involves searching through the PDF file to obtain…

Florida Statute - Time Off Sick Leave Certification
We have a FL statutory requirement that says all sick leave (either sick or personal) must be submitted and accompanied by a statement stating that the employee certifies they are sick or are using a personal day. We are currently satisfying this requirement via a paper form that is printed, signed, scanned, and attached to the submitted sick time off request - not ideal. I would like to request Skyward add an "I certify..." checkbox for sick/personal time off requests. The Statute is §1012.61(2)(B), FLORIDA STATUTES and states: "Any district school board employee shall, before claiming and receiving compensation for…
2 votesOur Florida State experts have researched this request. Per the Florida’s statue, a written document is required. We have created a written best practices document and Skyward’s recommended solution to this statue. Please see the attached document titled: “Certified sick and personal best practice.”

Inactivate Pay Codes
A way to inactivate old pay codes no longer in use, delete would be great but just inactive so they can't be chosen would be perfect.
10 votesWe suggest using the Pay Record Audit, which can inactivate pay records that do not fall in line with an entered control date. To access the Pay Record Audit, navigate to PaC, Human Resources, Payroll, Utilities, and Pay Record Audit.

Do not drop the attachment when applying a PO to a pcard transaction.
Do not drop the attachment when applying a PO to a pcard transaction. It would be nice if the attachments included in the PO would stick when applying that PO to a pcard transaction. Then we don't have to reattach the invoice when that transaction finally comes through a few weeks after the order was placed.

Capital Asset with multiple PO's or invoices
Many projects are paid for over a period of time. Currently, you have two choices - 1) when adding an asset, only attach one PO or invoice and add notes or 2) add multiple records for what should be considered one asset. The second option is the one our district had done in the past. I think it would be extremely beneficial to be either to link multiple PO's/invoices and to be able to merge assets

rich content editor
The message center needs a huge improvement. Think about including rich text editor like MS Outlook or perhaps like MailChimp or MailerLite. Think about drag and drop editor, coding, and insert pictures instead of limiting to attach only. The current toolbar editor has no flexibility to create a nice layout for our parents and students when sending out messages to them.

Employee Profile in the credit section. It would be nice to see a dollar amount for tuition reimbursement so we can data mine and track.
A extra field to add the tuition reimbursement amount to track and monitor if the employee owes us back if they leave and other uses.

Attachment to emailed PO's
When attaching documents to a requisition, there is an option to check a box that says "send attachment with PO". It would be helpful if the default to this was "yes" - with the box checked. Staff do not realize they should check that box in order to include the attachment. 95% of the time we would include the attachment with the emailed PO. This would avoid us having to go into each requisition that has an attachment. menu path WF/PU/MR/RE/AT - when you click add file or link.
8 votesThank you for submitting this idea. We suggest using Skycoder to make the “Send Attachment with PO” default to “Yes”.
If you don’t have someone at the district to create JavaScript, we can provide this code to use in Skycoder:
// On add of a file, initialize Email with purchase orders to checked
if (document.getElementById(‘vMaintOption’).value == ‘add’) {
$(‘#cEmailPO’).prop(‘checked’, true);
}Thank you!

Fix Tab Order
It would be helpful to have the tabs hit both the account Amount and the Account Percentage field while in the AP invoice entry screen. Currently it will tab correctly on the first line and then it will skip to the Account Percent for following lines, which the Account Amount is the more used filed. See attached

Epayable payment type
There needs to be a check type for EPayables that processes like a check without printing the check. Currently in SMS our only options are to use the check type "wire" or "manual" which causes the cash to hit on the date that the invoice is posted instead of when the payment is made. This creates the need for journal entries to post the cash in the month it was actually spent. With the increasing need to be paperless, this is essential to properly process payment without having to print a check.

Reports to Excel
Excel is basically a data base management tool, with some cool features to allow making forms. The Excel download would be much more useful if it was not based on the paper report and instead just downloaded the requested data.
For example, on a detailed operating system report, Column A lists the account number with several pieces of data across the columns showing budgets, balances, etc. It would be more useful to have the account number listed on all lines and no-subtotals. Then Excel can be used as it is designed to allow data manipulation through Pivot Tables or other…
