UID Mass Update
Being able to have a mass delete UID utility with parameter options would be very helpful. Currently only way to update employees in TSDS is the delete UID one by one and then be able to extract to upload to TSDS. With a UID in the profile record will not extract. The majority of our staff is still showing location from initial upload to TSDS. Or sometimes when staff return after resigning but were employed in another location, UID is still in profile due to being needed on service records. Fixed Asset Reporting
Please also add the Format tab like you have in Human Resources with the option to "Print all Information on one line per item" This would save a lot of time on the manipulation of the Current Value report. Please also add the ability to send all Fixed asset reports and Data Mining directly to Excel

Customizable Assignment Category
It would be helpful to have a customizable category in assignments so I can name it what I want.
Example, we have core components that have to be passed at 80% or better. If they were color coded and labeled by my terms, it would be super easy to see who I need to work with for that category in my gradebook and in reports.

Custom Form Lookup Warning
It would be great if there was a warning when you try to modify/rename a Custom Field for a custom form. I forgot that the fielc on Custom Form does not update, so it appears orphaned.

Add Account Number as a field on Vendor Profile
Add "Account number" as a field on Vendor Profile. Ideally this field would print on the checks so that vendors could use this information to identify which account to apply the payment to.

Account Adjustment by Specific Dollar Amounts
Payroll account adjustments are currently only able to use percentages. It would be extremely helpful if we were able to also do the accounting adjustments by specific dollar amounts. This would help for situations where you are trying to move part to a grant. Some grants need it down to the exact penny and that can be hard to achieve using percentages.

The option to print Employee Confidential Information in Vendor Data Mining should be optional
If you have an employee that is also a vendor, their confidential information is marked when looking at Vendor Profile/Browse. However, if you print the information in Data Mining then it is not marked confidential. Vendor Data Mining needs the check box like Employee Data Mining.

Org Chart Update Utility
For districts that have multiple org charts used for different purposes, it would be great if there was a utility that could be used to select the org chart(s) and then add, remove, or move an employee on all selected org charts. It is time consuming (and error prone) to have to edit each org chart and take action on the employee one org chart at a time.

The Ability to Choose the Bank for Benefit and Deduction AP Claims Created During Payroll
In Indiana, most of us are probably utilize the consolidated fund set up for our AP claims created during a payroll process due to the number of funds Indiana has. There needs to be a way to allow us to choose more than one bank account for all of these AP claims to be paid from. Currently all of ours are set up to be paid from our payroll bank. However, all of our FICA, Medicare, PERF, TRF, AUL, VALIC, Health Ins benefits are ACH'd from our AP bank. The only way to make our scenario work is to 1)…

Cash Receipts Approval Process
We are a large district with numerous schools making bank deposits and submitting Cash Receipts in Account Management. Like Budget Transfers and Journal Entries, we would like to see an Approval process put in place so the finance office can review and verify the Cash Receipt transaction before posting it.

Notification when PO gets approved
It would be nice to have an option to send an email to whoever is in charge of doing the ordering of newly approved purchase orders. For example, I do the ordering, but I am not part of the approval process. When a requisition finishes getting the approvals it moves into a batch purchase order. Currently someone has to tell me that the purchase order is out there or I have to physically go check if there is something new. Most people assume that I am notified, but I am not so new purchase orders can sit out in batch…

(1) A Requisition/PO Listing report template can be created for just Batch status POs (WF\PU\RP\RP).
(2) After the report is executed, from My Print Queue, select the report and press the Tasks button.
(3) On the next screen there is a Schedule This button to create a scheduled task for the report.

Fillable PDF
It would be advantageous to have a way when using online/custom forms to be able to have the employee complete a fillable PDF, save it automatically into their profile. They can only answer the questions on the designated form and we wouldn't need to worry about them attaching a document to their profile that wasn't intended. Currently Skyward allows you to send a fillable PDF to the employee but there is no way for them to save it other than to their device and then uploading it into their employee profile. This could be a nightmare with all the documents…

Option to add attachments during new vendor set up process
Within new vendor set up, we would like the last screen of the set up to give the option (not required) of adding attachments (either 1 or multiple), that would then be attached/available under the ‘Attachments’ tab for that vendor. This will help during vendor entry so employees do not have to re-search the newly created vendor to add appropriate attachments, as most vendors have attachments at the initial set up.

SBAA Check Reconciliation
We upload our SBAA checks into our banks Positive Pay system. One problem is the vendor name for individuals is not the same as the payee name. We have to manually convert the names as shown on the check.
Could Skyward add an additional column in SBAA check reconciliation to show the "Payee Name"? The Payee Name column is in the check reconciliation for AP and Payroll checks.4 votesThank you for submitting this idea. FASTTRACK - DATA MINING - YEARS OF EXPERIENCE FIELD
Would like to be able to select the Years of Experience from the Available Fields on the Field Selection screen in the FastTrack Applicant Processing DataMining.
When viewing Applications from the Position screen, one of the views is Years Of Experience. I would like to be able to pull that information in FastTrack Applicant Processing DataMining.

The Non-Profile Years of Experience located at the bottom of the Config are not included in Data Mining, and this is specifically called out in the Config, see second screenshot.

Add a column in BOTW for "run rate projection"
We need a column in budgeting that represents a "run rate projection" for the year. It answers the question, "If you continue spending at the year's current rate, this is the amount you are projected to spend by year-end." This column would take the monthly spending average and multiply it by 12 months to get the "run rate projection". This helps with end of year budget amendments and lets budget managers know how their spending is going.

Thanks for the updates
I really appreciate the simple updates for the current school year: being able to organize students in the list by first or last name is so helpful when I'm doing online grading with Moodle or Google classroom and the scores automatically go into their spreadsheets by first name. So that has been really helpful. Another thing I really appreciate that you've done this year is adding the "all absent" button.
