Add Ability To Mass Fill Service Dist / School ID
To be able to mass fill the Tennessee Course Section Service District ID and Service School ID. As it is now: We must input this manually for every section which can be very very time consuming.

Medication inventory read quanity
Want the inventory section of the medication profile to read quantity not milligrams as not all medications come in MG... We count per pill not by milligrams. or have a drop down for mL for liquid meds and pills for pill form medications.
clarification: in the medical field when we do inventory counts we count the number of tablets not the number of milligrams or puffs (inhalers). So when you add a medication inventory we would like the option to pick capsules tablets puffs or milliliters. We don't want the inventory to count milligrams or what we put in the…37 votes -

This would be helpful if it could be seen in the attendance screen. While I do enter attendance through student profile I am usually on the enter attendance screen. This "Indicator would prove to be be

Filter Options
Teachers are looking at their class lists on the main page under the widgets. This is listing all student for them whether they are active or not. When you click on teacher's students there is a filter there but they don't have the option to change anything. There is no security for this setting. The filter follows the transaction dates. It would be nice to be able to have teacher filter out the inactive kids especially when they return in the fall and there has been quite a bit of movement for students.

Fee Management Receipt Functionality
We are getting multiple emails and calls from our Child Care parents that are trying to print statements from Family Access / Fee Management. These parents are having a hard time with their employer as the receipts do not show the service dates that a specific payment covers. The receipt shows the date a specific payment was made but does not show the date range the payment covers. The end result is that parents are being denied reimbursement from their employer as the receipt does not show this information. For some parents this creates a financial issue.

External Lunch Menu Link for Mobile App
Request for mobile app: Lunch menu area - we would like to have the mobile app have a clickable link so that the lunch calendar link URL will take patrons to the lunch menu calendar. We would be able to provide a link to our pdf lunch menu through the mobile app.

IEP Agreements
My understanding is that because we have multiple IEP forms created a student would have to have all 5 forms complete for the instructors to get the "agreement" check box. This causes an issue for us because our students come to us from 5 different school districts so a student will only have 1 IEP form - not all 5 assigned to them.
I would request consideration to allow an IEP to be signed off on by teachers based on one form being complete.23 votes -
Print Days Meet on Class Roster
We have a two day rotation (B/W) with each day having periods 1-5. When teachers print the Class Roster they would like to have the Days Meet Pattern print on the Class Roster Report. Thank you.

Add security to disable Teacher Scorecard
I have turned on the Teacher Scorecard feature. I have also enabled the Class Information link for office staff to view class rosters when clicking the Class Information Link from the Student Profile > Current Scheduling tab. I have only given permission to view the Class Roster. However the Teacher Scorecard displays as well which I don't want them to view. Security allows you to control many options of the Class Summary: Gradebook Lesson Scheduler Class Summary and Curriculum Map but not the Teacher Scorecard. Please include Teacher Scorecard as a secured option in WS\OF\CI in order to disable this…

add GT and 04 indicators to class roster
We love the way the class roster prints out and the fact that is will indicate your LEP and Spec ed students but if it also printed out the GT and the 504's that would be excellent. Please consider adding these to the template.

Add Student Email and Special Ed Active Fields
Add student student school email and special education active fields as options under Skyward Fields to Use. Currently these 2 fields are not available to use in custom student forms yet 504 active and guardian email are. My district has needed the student email and special ed active fields for 3 different custom forms.

Import for Grad Reqs
Would like a Skybuild import to enter ACT tests for reimbursement. The state has templates you can use to import the data to their site but they are so awful they are unusable. When nearly every junior take this test it's a chore to hand enter each record each year.
Note: Want a skybuild import to import from ACT file to create records in Student/Special Prgms/Grad Req. These records can then be exported using the SERVS/Grad Req extract.47 votes -
Custom report card migration of subjects/skills/co
Every year while updating custom report cards it is a manual process to clone them to a new year. The cloning process does NOT recognize cloning the subjects/skills/comments from year to year. It asks to chose again for the current year. This is an overwhelming amount of work as total changes can be over 30 areas per report card/term/grade.
Asking that when cloning the school year in custom report card that it will duplicate the prior year report card in total - no edits required.40 votes -

We would like skills to use category weighting rather than just event weighting to calculate the final grades.

Adding/Reordering Skills
It would be nice in this area if there was an easier way to move skills. One option would be to select a task and then click add which would add a new task after the selected task rather than having to move up or down. Another option would be to have the icon to drag the task to the location you want it rather than using the up or down arrow one space at a time. This would save time when adding or changing skills to a list.

Preview Needed
Both the Student Mass Change and especially the Student Mass Delete (and maybe others) need some form of a preview.
I ran the Student Mass Delete utility in Report mode to verity that the proper number of students would get deleted. As you know when the utility runs it doesn't save the template. When I ran it the second time in Report and Report & Delete mode I didn't run it against the same range and ended up deleting all students from the entity.
Having both a Report mode and a Report & Delete mode is inadequate unless you can…31 votes -
Make Summary Page text in NSOE Custom
The text on the summary page as shown in my attached example cannot be changed. Please make the custom so that we can change the text to read what we would like to read.
It currently reads "...Please select one of the following options:" However there is only one options to click on. That causes confusion for the parent. When I tested this I was like...am I suppose to have another button or just the one button. I think it would be best if you could just leave this wording off since there is only one button.26 votes -
Need to be able to export E/W Calendar data
We use multiple Calendars within an entity and we need to export the Calendar Code that is associated with that specific E/W record. Right now the only option for Calendar Code is the one that is tied to the Current E/W record. That means that if a student does a Status Change and moves from one Calendar to another within the same entity the previous Calendar Code cannot be exported.
The other systems receiving this data cannot function correctly because the data coming out of Skyward is not correct at this time. Simply adding this field to the available fields…58 votes -
