Save eCommerce Requisitions
Give the ability to save eCommerce Requisitions once started. Sometimes you will be entering an eCommerce order and you will have 50 things that you want to get. Once you hit the submit button it will crash and you loose everything. It would also be nice if you could save it that you could come back and make any changes for example you decided you only need 5 boxes of pens instead of 10. If you had the ability to edit, it would take about 20 seconds instead of 20 minutes to fix.

Salary Negotiations Plan Security
We would like an additional layer of security/configuration added to the SN Plans. Need to allow users to continue maintaining under the Base Plan but not any of the Freeze Plans. This would help prevent users from accidentally updating the wrong plan both under Employee Profile and directly in Salary Negotiations.

Participates in Sick Bank
It wold be great to have a mass process to check the Participates in Sick Bank box on profile. We have not previously used this, but I would like to for tracking purposes.

utility to clone rights from PAC over to web version
With both web and PAC being available in our district, I would love to be able to start moving our users off of PAC. however some of their rights in web are not as fleshed out as they could be. Now, especially, with everyone working from home, we've found the appeal of web, with it being much more easily deployed for off-site users. I would really like to see a utility that could clone a users PAC rights, INTO their web rights, ensuring they could accomplish everything in the new version they could in the old.

Mass Inactivate Vendors in SBAA (Same utility as Order From vendor)
Mass Inactivate Vendors in SBAA (Same utility as Order From vendor). We need a way to mass inactivate old SBAA vendors instead of one by one by entity. Larger Districts have tens of thousands of vendors that would require each vendor to be made inactive, a mass utility that would inactive all vendors in SBAA across all entities would be a large time savings process.

add-on reporting
Add-on codes need to use the state code defined to report Florida additional compensation information. If you don't use the pay-code of the assignment the hourly rate calculation is inaccurate which means the additional paycode tab is of no value because of the wrong rate. Another option if different paycode values must be maintained is to have a check-box that says these codes should be included in the calculation of hourly rate when transferring to the additional paycodes. Add Additional Security to Pseudo Approval Area
We need additional security options for the pseudo approval area. We have added the option for employees to electronically submit a direct deposit change request. These requests will need to be approved by our Payroll Department. We also allow employees to request demographic changes which are then approved by our Human Resources department. We need for the pseudo approval area to have the ability to be restricted by different areas. Another option would be to at least have a report available that would allow us to pull requests, approvals, approvers, date and time in order to verify the appropriate department…

Schedule Mass Assign of a Status Code
When Volunteers apply we assign them a separate status code for processing on a daily basis. HR will manually run this utility daily to move the applications into the view of the coordinators at the schools for processing. We would like to have the ability to schedule this utility to automatically run twice a day. Currently we have been advised by Skyward that is not available.

Ranges in Employee Profile screen on web
would like to see an option to filter by term date in the employee profile screen under WH\EP\TB\AF. would be very helpful at the end of year for 1095 reporting, W-2 reporting and for end of school year for people leaving and people coming. for example, right now I only want to see all staff with a term date of 1/1/2019 or greater. I know I can pull a list, but I need to check each person's ACA report and edit so I would rather do it from the screen itself.

Email notification to HR for more than one status code on an applicant. (490 and 495)
I would like to be able to set it up in Skyward so that I, as an HR Director, receive an email when an applicant's status code is changed to a 490. I already receive one for the 495 but would prefer to have both.

Mass stop assgn/start assgn utility
Need a utility to stop/start a group of assignments. The best example of need is for a non-retro pay raise where the only change is the matrix code and dates.

Cash Receipts to Print Additional Dates
Currently cash receipts only print the "Receipt" Date on the final receipt. I believe that date pulls from the date on the detail page. We would like the option of entering a "deposit" date (at bank), an "entered" date (into Skyward and a "posting" or batch update date (in Skyward) on the detail page. It would be very helpful when looking at the printed receipt (like our auditors do) to have all of these dates available to anyone that needs to see it.
All of our schools make their bank deposit for TBR, Food Service and Child Care into one…

Employee Type Code Count
In PAC there is a report that will generate employee type codes totals or a breakdown for active and inactive. This would be nice in WEB as well.

need fields added on position tab
Since the view option was removed from the PAC side we are missing valuable information such as number of days the employee is working in the contract period. The calendar is listed however for those employees that start after the start of the year we can't see how many days without going into WEB, assignments, opening all... We used this information to figure retirement hours since the system doesn't know how to give 8 hours when an employee is 1.0 fte at 7.0 and 7.5 hours nor does it look at the total hours and divide over the number of…

protect notes access by groups rather than by person
Currently, staff can protect a note and only they can view it. I would like the option to give access of protected notes to groups of people rather than one person individually. Example: our middle school principal protects a note and student moves to high school. Now, no one can view that note and we have to call the middle school principal to unprotect it so that our high school principal can view it. WOuld be great if people in a specific group can view protected notes no matter who protected it.

Add User ID to the "blue bar" at the top of reports
We share a printer between 8-12 people in our office. We could be printing anything from GL lines in Data Mining to Check Registers in AP to Journal Entries or Cash Receipts, etc. When we print, if we don't make it to the printer in the next 5 seconds, our 'job' might end up mixed with someone else's. It would be helpful if there was a "User ID", much like there is a Date, Page number, Time, etc in the blue area at the top of the report. We would like the ability to create a True Time report that allows us to see total hours WORKED (not paid/unpaid Time Off or Holidays) based on a particular Pay Code. Right now the True Time Detail Transaction Report does not allow us to total by Pay Code or filter for just hours worked.
