  2. Employee Type Code Count

    In PAC there is a report that will generate employee type codes totals or a breakdown for active and inactive. This would be nice in WEB as well.

  3. need fields added on position tab

    Since the view option was removed from the PAC side we are missing valuable information such as number of days the employee is working in the contract period. The calendar is listed however for those employees that start after the start of the year we can't see how many days without going into WEB, assignments, opening all... We used this information to figure retirement hours since the system doesn't know how to give 8 hours when an employee is 1.0 fte at 7.0 and 7.5 hours nor does it look at the total hours and divide over the number of…

  4. protect notes access by groups rather than by person

    Currently, staff can protect a note and only they can view it. I would like the option to give access of protected notes to groups of people rather than one person individually. Example: our middle school principal protects a note and student moves to high school. Now, no one can view that note and we have to call the middle school principal to unprotect it so that our high school principal can view it. WOuld be great if people in a specific group can view protected notes no matter who protected it.

  6. Add User ID to the "blue bar" at the top of reports

    We share a printer between 8-12 people in our office. We could be printing anything from GL lines in Data Mining to Check Registers in AP to Journal Entries or Cash Receipts, etc. When we print, if we don't make it to the printer in the next 5 seconds, our 'job' might end up mixed with someone else's. It would be helpful if there was a "User ID", much like there is a Date, Page number, Time, etc in the blue area at the top of the report.   7. We would like the ability to create a True Time report that allows us to see total hours WORKED (not paid/unpaid Time Off or Holidays) based

    We would like the ability to create a True Time report that allows us to see total hours WORKED (not paid/unpaid Time Off or Holidays) based on a particular Pay Code. Right now the True Time Detail Transaction Report does not allow us to total by Pay Code or filter for just hours worked.

  9. Add Name ID to the Application Information in Employee Access|FastTrack Screener|Open Applications|View Application Information

    Add Name ID to the Application Information in Employee Access|FastTrack Screener|Open Applications|View Application Information and Employee Access|FastTrack Screener|Applications by Position|View Applications|View Application Information. We are currently usingFileBound's Connect to store all of our HR documentation. We integrate on the Employee ID. This would allow our hiring managers to review current employee applicants' HR records without having to make a trip to the central office.
    This has already been added to Human Resources|Employee Administration|FastTrack|Applicants|Application Information, but our Hiring Managers do not have rights to this area. Please see attached.

  10. ACA 1095-C Tracker

    When the 1095-C tracker is run, changes are highlighted. However, once the report is exported to excel these highlights do not export. Please add the settings to export the highlighted fields as they appear in Skyward.

  12. Total on Screen

    It would be helpful if when we are on the chart of accounts or any screen with rows of data that we would get totals for the rows viewed on the screen. For example, if I filtered salaries on chart of accounts, I would have a total for the budget, debits, credit, remaining budget. these figures would pertain to the rows/accounts I would view on the screen based upon my filters.

  13. Move columns are in all screens.

    It would be very helpful to be able to reorganize columns in all screens in order to get the information your district is looking for in order of importance to us. Another system I used was able to drag the columns around.

  14. Credit Card: Allow a download to pdf of backup documentation for multiple transactions.

    When the auditors request a specific employee's credit card statement for a specific month (i.e. June) it would be very helpful to be able to select that cardholder and download all the documents that were upload for a certain date range. Currently, you have to download one document at a time. If that statement has a lot of transactions it will be very time-consuming.

  15. Wisconsin PI 1504/1505 and School Level Report Export should have the option to pull the Original Budget or the revised

    PI 1504/1505 and School Level Report should have the option to pull the Original Budget or the revised. Our Board approves the original budget and we need to report that to the state. Currently we can't allow budget revisions until the file upload is available around November 1st.

    GIving supervisors access to run payroll reports for only their staff. Right now if I give a supervisor access to account distribution, they are able to run this report for anyone on staff but I only want them to be able to run this report for their staff.

  17. An option to tag necessary personnel on leave requests automatically.

    There needs to be an option for online leave requests to automatically go to the necessary personnel. Currently it automatically goes to the admin who needs to approve it, but employees need to remember to tag me on the request. As the person who tracks time off and finds subs for every building, this is an ongoing headache, as not everyone remembers to tag me, despite the fact I have an alert that pops up that reminds them to do this every time they go to submit a request.

  19. Default Description or Account code for specific vendors in purchase order

    It would be nice if we could have a default description or account code given for certain vendors in the PO process. For example, some vendors require certain information that if we automatically included, the end user would not have to enter it in each time or enter it incorrectly. Also, if a vendor is specific to an account code, then it would default to a certain code.

  20. Security Restrictions for Employee management

    Users with access to employee management have access to all employee information, even those that the user may have no responsibility for. This makes confidential employee information available to those who do not need it.

    In our organization, it is critical that this type of information availability be limited. We could do so either by way of either building restrictions or PO/Requisition Groups.
