PR1500
There seems to be a glitch in the new Texas reporting PR1500. The Bilingual/ESL/Special Education field is a required field. The system will not allow you to proceed without choosing one or the other.
2 votesAfter the 6/1 submission in a couple weeks, the PR1500 will no longer be a thing. The state is merging the collection of that sort of data right in with PEIMS Sub 1, so there’ll be no need for having anything related to PR1500 in the software.

Create a report to comply with new MN Wage Theft Law, new form.
New employee form requires notice to employee of wage change or any change to pay. We can do this individually for new hires but for mass changes due to contract changes it would be helpful to have a utility to create a form from skyward to send to the employee.2 votes -
Start and End Date in Contract Codes
Addendum 9 included a change to Purchasing Contract Codes. Now, Start and End Dates are included in the codes. Purchasing staff would like the option to turn this off.

Language Preference
Allowing the End User a language preference would be extremely helpful. Especially in Employee Access when an employee speaks and reads in a different language. This would be a huge benefit for those having to use Time Off and True Time.

Include Building Location Column under Employees on the Advanced Employee Lookup screen
On the Advanced Employee Lookup screen, it would be helpful to have the Building location column under the Employees Section where you select from the filtered list. So if I am looking for a person and only know their first name, employee type and building, it would be easier to find the person in Skyward.

Flag for High Priority Days
Is there a way to be able to set up High Priority Days that would set a flag when an employee submits for the particular day. At the beginning of the year we would have to set these days to be flagged.

Choose Invoice Status to See
For invoice entry screen change the "status" to have the ability to check a box next to which ones you want to see. You can simplify the choices and allow greater control. For example I would like to be able to see those in batch and those waiting approval at the same time, but I can't because it is not a separate option to select.

In the time off approver settings, have a setting that allows you to select a primary approver for sick leave using the primary pay code.

Linking to the URL from our mobile app is OK (yawn) ... but why not allow linking into the Skyward App?

Ability to adjust vendor name font size when printing checks
We need the ability to adjust font size for the vendor name printed for both A/P and Payroll checks. Our bank has indicated that increasing the font size would make the check more friendly to machine reading for increased security. This issue was raised by our bank as they reviewed our checks for a fraud prevention program.

All W-2 and 1099 forms, checks, and school forms are guaranteed 100% compatible. Any issues with the check layout will need to be handled by Nelco as Skyward is unable to alter the format in anyway.

Add "Job Type" to ADDITIONAL CODES AND SETTINGS option for sorting, breaking down selection parameters.
Please add "job type" to ADDITIONAL CODES AND SETTINGS, so that it can be used as a selection parameter for printing. I use this field to note temporary jobs that I don't want to print or roll.

ACA employee category code mass process change request
When populating the employee categories for all employees, the field that indicates "Accepted Coverage" would be better as "Offered Coverage". The employee category codes include employees that are not eligible for benefits. Even if this field is indicated as "NO" it can be misconstrued that they were offered but did not accept when in fact they were not. The enrollment/waiver piece is under the 1095C screen so why would it be here too??? Does not make sense. Please re-visit this.

Mass assigning the Employment Type & SOC Field, allowing datamining of these 2 fields
Allow mass assigning of the Employment Type and SOC field that was recently added. Also to be able to choose these in a Data Mine Report. Currently there is no way to see if anyone has been missed. This reports as a blank on the Unemployment tab and this would be helpful to see who was missed or didn't have a code.

budget requisitions - ability to have multiple accounts
In budget requisitions the account number is limited to one account to expense the requisition to. It would be very helpful if you could put it to multiple accounts. Right now our teachers are having to duplicate budget requisitions if they have more than one general ledger account to post to. This can cause our school district to be charged minimum order charges, minimum shipping charges etc.

Daily Maximums - Time Off in Buildings
We currently have daily maximums for time off set for each building in Aesop, but this is currently not a feature in Employee Access. For example, only four employees can be absent for personal reasons from each building, each day. Right now, supervisors have to monitor this but things do slip through the cracks and it ends up being a bigger issue after the fact.

To have the option under datamining to print term code long description.
To have the option to select and print a termination code long description. The report is only printing the short description and this can be difficult for some to understand the code.
