Grand Total line needed in report
The report used in the web under Payroll - RE - HI - AD, needs a grand total line at the end of the report for all deductions that are selected. It only totals each one separately.

Grand total lines already exist on this report, but there are a lot of different ways/options to run this report.
Could you explain the specific scenario and settings you’ve selected where you want a Grand Total but are not getting it on the report?

In Data Mining, please add the option back to create a Raw Text file. This makes it easier/faster to parse data.

Add a number of User Defined Fields to Personnel Tab that are Reportable.
There are a couple of fields we would get great use out of that we would like added to Skyward, but we realize that each district is different, so it would be great if each district could define those fields themselves, and report on them.
Example: We very much would benefit from an Insurance Eligibility Date, an OPEB Eligibility Date (would be even better if this one had history similar to Leave History, but also with an FTE field linked to it), and an OPEB Eligible field with Yes/No as drop-drop down or radio button.

Processing TRS in 2 FY
Distinguishing between July, August and September Starts. Documentation suggests that Employee Types are tied to paid start dates. We should have the option to generate a list using Employee Types and then delete specific employees before processing.

Add Utility to import Access Codes to True TIme.
Currently, must use Create Badge Import with Create Access Code option. Recommend splitting the Create Access Code option from the Badge Import to make it easier to import Access Codes that are not tied to a badge.

History Report should include name and address of employee
2 votesThe ability to print an employee’s name and address is available in SMS. Employee Access > Employee Information > Personal Information > Payroll > History Report check the box for “Employee Information”

When doing a purchase order requisition and pull in the account number-show the balance in that account.

Ability to select multiple checks when reconciling checks using mass add statement date
Currently, mass add statement date provides no option to select multiple checks at one time on WF\AP\CR\CR screen in a simple manner (you can use filters, but they are clunky at best). You should be able to select the first check in a range, then press shift & select the last check in a range to select all checks in that range.

Add Fields to Retirement Screen to Ease Research
Adding the following fields to the Retirement Screen would greatly assist and ease our ability to research employees: Received Vacation Payoff at Entry, Date Received, Check Number and Amount of Hours.

UID Mass Update
Being able to have a mass delete UID utility with parameter options would be very helpful. Currently only way to update employees in TSDS is the delete UID one by one and then be able to extract to upload to TSDS. With a UID in the profile record will not extract. The majority of our staff is still showing location from initial upload to TSDS. Or sometimes when staff return after resigning but were employed in another location, UID is still in profile due to being needed on service records. Customizable Assignment Category
It would be helpful to have a customizable category in assignments so I can name it what I want.
Example, we have core components that have to be passed at 80% or better. If they were color coded and labeled by my terms, it would be super easy to see who I need to work with for that category in my gradebook and in reports.

Custom Form Lookup Warning
It would be great if there was a warning when you try to modify/rename a Custom Field for a custom form. I forgot that the fielc on Custom Form does not update, so it appears orphaned.

The Ability to Choose the Bank for Benefit and Deduction AP Claims Created During Payroll
In Indiana, most of us are probably utilize the consolidated fund set up for our AP claims created during a payroll process due to the number of funds Indiana has. There needs to be a way to allow us to choose more than one bank account for all of these AP claims to be paid from. Currently all of ours are set up to be paid from our payroll bank. However, all of our FICA, Medicare, PERF, TRF, AUL, VALIC, Health Ins benefits are ACH'd from our AP bank. The only way to make our scenario work is to 1)…

Thanks for the updates
I really appreciate the simple updates for the current school year: being able to organize students in the list by first or last name is so helpful when I'm doing online grading with Moodle or Google classroom and the scores automatically go into their spreadsheets by first name. So that has been really helpful. Another thing I really appreciate that you've done this year is adding the "all absent" button. wellness screening fields
It would be helpful to have the "employee type" field appear on the wellness screening reports. This way when there is a failed or incomplete response, we can filter by employee type and inform the correct supervisor that their employees did not complete/failed the responses.

Make sure there is a phone number listed in Family Access when family edits or changes info.
Is there a way to prompt families when they remove their landline in Family Access? When a family edits or removed the number, they are not getting called for negative balances of Food Lunch Account because we pull from there. Many families do not have landlines so they take that number out but are not replacing it with anything else. A prompt to put their cell # there would be great. Thank you

Substitute Tracking pulling into payroll by account number and corresponding payroll runs
Our payroll system is setup with separate payroll run's for restricted fund accounting purposes. However, substitute tracking is not setup that way. It would be extremely helpful if there was a way for substitute tracking to be pulled into a specific payroll run or by account numbers. Currently the district is having to pull all of the substitute transactions into the largest payroll run, then manually delete that do not belong in that payroll run out of the system, process the payroll. Once that payroll run is complete, then the district has to manually re enter the deleted substitute transactions…

1099 Type in SBAA
Why is there only one option for 1099 type in SBAA: 1099NEC
The drop down, as you can see from the attached, is only a blank space.
We have several vendors that are not NEC types that our schools use.
