1. Allow for some attachments to be required and others to be optional

Processing New Student Online Enrollment application, allow change order of Emergency Contacts
Scenario: A parent submits a new student application and fails to check the emergency contact box for either/both guardians.
During processing of application, if the registrar then checks the emergency contact box after, they are added after any other emergency contacts in the order added.We would like the ability to change the emergency contact order at time of processing a new application so the registrar can appropriately have the correct order prior to completing the application and not have to go back and change after processing.
We do allow guardians to change the order at time of yearly registration.

Textbook Quick Entry continuously scan without switching between fields
Having the ability to continuously scan without clicking between the student and scan code fields.

allow overlapping enrollments
In certain scenarios, it would be useful to be able to set certain Withdrawal codes to be able to allow overlapping enrollments. For example, if an enrollment was created and submitted to our State Reporting authority in error, we may need to retain a record of that erroneous enrollment, but would need to overlap a new, corrected enrollment.

Create Mass Add for Portfolio Highlights
We add highlights for all of our HS students. Most of the time we add the same highlight to several hundred students. Currently they must be entered one student at a time. Having a mass add with the ability to utilize a processing list would be a huge time saver.

Family Access Missing Assignments
When we get a new student in our school the assignments that were given prior to their enrollment show up as missing assignments. Parents/Students get confused or upset about the number of missing assignments that then show up. Past assignments should not show up for new students that enroll into a entity.

USE OF TEAMS IN REPORTS-ATTENDANCE
In Day Summary Report I need to print this out by Team but can only print it out by grade. If you can add the option to print by Team it would save me a lot of work. Right now I have to use a Processing List for each Team and we have 10 Teams. There are other reports that we can't use for Teams as well that if added would be great and save time and trouble.

Family Access Username Sync to NameKey
Automatically update username for parents in family access when their name is changed and they are assigned a new namekey. This would help keep the namekey/username in sync.

Course Requests Configuration by Grade Level
In the Course Request Configuration in Student Access, we can choose the option to Use Course Request Time Periods to Determine if a Window is Open, and set up the time period by Grade Level. This option is helpful, but we need to also Limit the Number of Requested Credits by grade level. Sometimes the request windows can overlap.

clone processing list
I would like to be able to clone a processing list. Many times we need to use the majority of a list but take a few kids out and it's time consuming to have to manually add them all again.

Blank-out Student Search
It would be beneficial to have the student fields blank-out when an attempt to search for a student using the Student Search yields no results. Currently the first alpha student in the system and their associated data displays. If a user is not paying attention, which can and does occur frequently in a large district, an incorrect student is updated.

Currently, the Mass Generate At-Risk Identification Records utility allows the use of Criteria Codes to mass generate At Risk records for students with a LEP record. This is very helpful but the utility will also code if you have students in a Dual Language Program that are not LEP but are participating as At Risk. These non-LEP students have a LEP record, as required, for funding purposes.
I propose that an additional "sub-criteria" option is created for At Risk Reason Code 10 - Is of Limited English Proficiency. The "sub-criteria" should allow districts to select from the list of Parental…

Enable Future Schedules in EA+
Students can see future schedules but teachers can't except via a printed report. Please give teachers the same future schedule view (for "next" year) in EA+.

create grade buckets to import current grades into without posting
Trying to provide local districts with daily grades for CTE students. We are able to export the current grades but are not able to import them into the local district without them posting to the transcript. Having grade buckets to import into that don't automatically appear on the transcript would be beneficial. Perhaps grade buckets that could be activated to post when needed but otherwise do not.

autoemail building registrar when NSOE is approved for their building
NSOE applications are approved by the Central office staff who then "forward" them on to the building registrars. Building registrars have no way of knowing that the NSOE approval has taken place or that it is being forwarded to them. It would be helpful if, upon approval, an auto email would generate letting the building registrar know that it has been approved and is available to them for completion.

Add option to “Link Industry Cert ID to course 0000000” to the “Mass Change Class Roll Worksheet Data” utility template
It will be very helpful to have the option to “Link Industry Cert ID to course 0000000” added to the “Mass Change Class Roll Worksheet Data” utility template. We use the “Mass Change Class Roll Worksheet Data” utility to mass populate the Industry Certifications/Digital Tools with an “F” Fail outcome using a processing list. The “Link Industry Cert ID to course 0000000” option is already available in the Career/Tech Ed>Industry Certs when adding Digital Tool records manually for the elementary grades. The Digital Tools for elementary grades are reported under course 0000000 only, we are adding hundreds of Digital Tools…

Students Current Scheduling - allow filtering of dropped courses
Include a "dropped" field in the actual List View so that Dropped Courses can be Filtered out. Will make it much cleaner for counselors to view and at the same time easier to match with Student Fees. I realize they are color coded, but it still junks up the schedule.
