Credits earned prior to 9th grade
I want high school credits earned in middle school to appear on the high school transcript under the actual grade that they were earned in (8th grade, 7th grade) instead of lumping them all in 9th grade. This is not accurate.

A report for DOE attendance data - (in attendance, 1/2 day absent, excused/unexcused absent)
We need a report (prefer one that dumps an Excel spreadsheet) that provides the DOE attendance calculation. It would be amazing if calculation results could be stored in a table, like the Year To Date attendance.
Without it, it is difficult to verify that the DOE has the correct attendance data and it is difficult to identify students who are close to the 94% target.

Attachments to Emails in Student Management
I would like to be able to add an attachment to the Student Management Email tab option. See photo attached.

Activities English Learner
Adding students to Activity based on EL status. When you choose to use the Special Program Link for English Learner, it automatically adds student to an activity group.
Problem is, Skyward is adding Active and Inactive students in to the group.I would like Skyward to adjust their program to only add ACTIVE students to the Activity Rosters.
We do not exit students from EL when they withdraw to another district or out of country, because even though students leave us, they are still classified as an EL Student.

Scheduled Letters under Attendance Letters - Discipline
We would like the possibility to select whether the discipline entered for the student through the Scheduled Letters is an Offense or a Referral. We utilize this for tardies and once a student hits a certain amount of tardies no action is assigned and the Assistant Principal needs to call the student in. This should be categorized as a Referral and not an Offense since I'm not assigning an action.

It would be helpful to be able to pull an entity count as of a certain date.

Online Registration
After address entry, add a checkbox for RENT or OWN.
This will help with residency issues, etc.

We would like to have a quick filter on the Online Registration Approval area.
We have clerical staff approving some areas and nurses approving other areas, so it would be nice for them to be able to filter by Area.

Custody Calendar
Blended 50/50 families should be attached to a custody calendar that follows according to the agreement and can be automated to switch Family 1 and 2, much like scheduling or scheduled tasks. The days that mom has the child-she's family 1. The days dad has the child, he's family 1. Busing, emergency contacts, and attendance (and possibly discipline) should be able to be tracked according to the custody calendar. This would provide valuable information for intermediaries to see where the student thrives.

Add Option to Mass Change Display On Student Schedules in Mass Change Course Master Fields Utilty
The option to mass change/update the display on student schedules checkbox under each meet would be a great option instead of having to go into each meet and uncheck this if we do not want to display the meet on student schedules.

Secondary guardian for invoices/statement notices
It is important that invoices/statements go to both the primary and secondary guardians. Currently this is not an option. Thank you for considering.

Food Service Application Federal Wording
Under Add a Food Service Application we would like the sentence that reads "I do not qualify for benefits or do not wish to complete an application" to be updated to read only "I do not qualify for benefits" and remove the wording that says "or do not wish to complete an application". We would like all families to complete the application if possible and not skip the step to help our school with funding.

mass add students to Course/Class final report alphabetized
Change the mass add students to Course/Class final report to be alphabetized by student last name. It currently isn't alphabetized by last or first name.

The Income chart needs updated to include Twice per month and every two weeks eligibility to the letter

Utility to mass update grade card family to Family 1
When we update / correct family and family connections, it sometimes makes the connection of the family to the old report cards invalid. If we had a mass update utility, we could run it to set report cards to Family 1, whichever is the current valid family.
