Nursing/Custom Forms
Our nurses would like to get an alert or an email if a parent checks a box stating any health issues on our custom form. Is this something that can be done.

Ability to import Sports Physical field
We were able to import in a list of students who had physicals but we had to go into each record manually and click the Sports Physical box. This field was not available for import through Skybuild. Please add this field so that it can be imported or at the very least a utility that can mass update via a processing list.

Health Conditions to Flow to Critical Alert
We would like the option to have Health Condition flow to the Critical Alert area in Student Profile however this option needs to be at the nurse's discretion so a button to select Show in Critical Alert would be the preference.

Update Student Records for all Letters sent
The goal of this enhancement is to have all letters that are sent to parents become part of the student record. The negative impact is that now we have no record of the letter being sent and nothing to refer back to if a parent would question what they received.
If all of the reports that can be done as letters would have the same check box that the vaccine report done in letters has it would provide a well documented health record for all students. The check box for vaccines is Update the records of the students that letters…6 votes -

Please add Report Type Print Options of "letters" to Medication reports. Also include email parent options. (see vaccination reports). Include standing merge fields for building letters and include Medication-specific merge fields including but not necessarily limited to:
Medication description
Medication long description
Med Start date
Med End date
Expiration date
Current Inventory (current running total)
Medication route

Ability to create letters from office visit area
Would like to have the ability to create a letter that is populated by the information on an office visit. The letter would be a referral for physicians related to illness exclusion and readmission reminder (fever lice etc). The letter could serve as a notification to parents for example: head injury. Would like for the feature to include parent email options like the vaccination area. Work flow for nurses is to document an office visit note at the bottom of the entry that a referral was sent write/fill out the letter on paper and then send home. Would be great…

injury report comments do not print all comments
The accident injury report does not print all comments/notes. A user can add free form comments on the Body Injuries table for EACH body part added. When you select to print free form comments on the Accident/Injury report it only prints the Health Notes from the main body of the Injury entry.
Either add another printing option to include the Body Part comments OR connect all comment/notes with the current Print Free Form comments in additional printing ranges. This will assure a user can print a complete injury report with all notes/free form comment areas.would also need a data…

Medication Inventory crosswalk for milligrams/tablets
Currently the medication inventory is set up to match the record's unit. For instance if you enter the medication as 200 mg you will have to count your medications in mg. With a 30 day supply there is likely to be a very large number for the inventory. When the nurse counts her inventory every week they will have to count the tablets and then multiply that by the number of mg each tablet has. Seperate Security for Emergency Info and Contacts
The goal of our request is to allow Campus Nurse staff to edit Critical Alert/Emergency information and to not allow them to change Emergency Contacts.
We have been directed to only allow the registration staff role to edit profile address and contact information. We need to limit the ability to change emergency contacts. At this time Nurses are not allowed to edit this area however they are responsible for the Emergency Info.
Negative impact: Forcing this screen to ReadOnly for staff that is responsible for editing alert information because giving edit ability for Emergency Info also allows them to edit…

Health Records Vision and Hearing addition
This is our second year using your program. I noticed that when I use entry by home room for hearing and vision that what is required is not documented. I will begin by noting for you what needs documented then show you the nurse's proposal for modification of the entry by homeroom document.
All grades K-12 are required to have near and far vision screening and this documented. K+ or First grade are required to have Plus lens screening/Color vision screening and sterio depth perception screening completed and documented.Attached is our proposal for entry by homeroom for vision screening.

parent notification
I would like to request that rather than a number pre-populating when a contact is selected as "notified" (in Office Visit) that we are able to choose from the list of numbers listed for that emergency contact and the option to choose email if we have emailed parents. The option to chart multiple contacts would also be helpful as custody situations. As it currently functions the system pulls in the first number for the contact. Add configuration feature in Health Records so that defaults can be Updated for health users for state-mandated screening entries (vision hearing scoliosis and physical); this would help assure fields are correctly completed for state reports (see Office Visits Configuration "Update Users Office Visit Defaults" WS\OF\HR\OV\PO\CF\OV)

Medication:Link End Status with Stop Date
Currently the End Status drop down field is not connect to the End Date. So a Med can be stopped by the End Date and the End Status can remain as "Normal". The Medication tab in Student Profile will display the Medication as red "stopped" but the End Status drop down may still be selected as "Normal". This causes issues on Medication Reports and Data Mining. You cannot run a report for Stopped Medications based on the End Status.

Add what vaccines are linked to prompt message
When adding a vaccination record to a student that has linked vaccines there is a message that appears asking a user if they'd like to add the date record to the linked vaccines. On this prompt the linked vaccines are not listed so you do not know where the date records will be added.

School Health Record Report
Add health notes as well as office visit notes.
Our nurses have indicated that the School Health Report should also include notes. They are pleased that this report has been created but would also like notes to send as a student transfers to a new district. Texas state hearing screening laws require that students who fail their first hearing screening are rescreened. Please add additional hearing merge fields so that the hearing letters accurately print all of the screening results.

Need More Characters!
We submitted this last year but really need this addressed. Currently our medication dosage unit codes only allow for 5 characters. We enter the dose unit of medications and have run into this more than once that if a dose is in the 10000s we are unable to qualify WHAT the measurement is. For example: 10000mg 10000units etc. This is a safety concern because we need to be able to denote WHAT the measurement is for that medication. I have attached a screen shot. Add Lice Screening to Entry By Homeroom
Please add a Health Test of "Lice Screening" to be able to be entered by Homeroom (and Class?) It would save countless hours for nurses input of this screen for lice.
