Add configuration feature in Health Records so that defaults can be Updated for health users for state-mandated screening entries (vision hearing scoliosis and physical); this would help assure fields are correctly completed for state reports (see Office Visits Configuration "Update Users Office Visit Defaults" WS\OF\HR\OV\PO\CF\OV)
This would assure that fields critical for state reports are defaulted correctly to pull accurate Texas state health reports.
