Medication Delete Option

Have an option to delete a medication entered for a student that was entered wrong or as a test. If this info must be preserved for legal reasons this option could be in an administrative area.

    I believe there are legal implications of allowing a delete feature on a health medication record. Use filters to not display voided records. You can also select Ranges to not print voided records on data mining reports. Maybe check with your district about a training database which is very helpful to test things.

    This option already exists to void a medication or administrations of a medication. The standard for the health area is to void with notes of why the error occurred, not delete.

    Could it be allowed to be deleted due to error or test before the first dispensation?
