Add Entered By and Date Entered as Report options
For customers who used Time Off LTD where time off is entered by someone else, need these fields to assist with verification on a time off transactions that have been entered. TO LTD only launches the Detail Transaction Report.
Add both Entered By and Date Entered as report options on Detail Transaction Report so the report can be limited to only include these transactions.

In vendor information the 2nd Name needs more characters. Some vendors need 2 names listed for the 1099s and the 2nd name field is to small
Need more characters in the 2nd Name field. Some vendors need 2 names listed for the 1099 reporting and the 2nd Name field is too small to fit most vendor names.

Would it be possible to add Employee Ranges for Inactive Profiles to be Included, Excluded, or Processed Alone when working with Online Forms the same as when you are Building Letters in Employee Administration?

Wrong PSD code prints in box 20 on our W2's
We have been informed by our local tax bureau, Berks Earned Income Tax Bureau that the PSD code in box 20 of our W2's should have the PSD code where our employees work not where they live. This makes it easier for them to locate and collect the money for people working outside the county. They said this was changed about 10 years ago but we are still using the wrong PSD code on our W2's. Could this please be corrected before year end of 23?

Can there be an additional area added to the Pseudo Approval area for confirmation of the change request where the individual approving or denying the request is reminded to contact the employee before the change is to be completed. With the hackers getting more aggressive and people doing thing more things electronically, it would be just one step in ensuring the employee information still remains safe.
I would imagine the area simply being "Did you contact the employee? Yes or No." If No, then the request cannot be completed until the employee is contacted. If Yes, then the request can…

Add option to restrict applicant attachments from Screeners
Applicant attachments often include SSN. Please add an option to restrict screeners from being able to view attachments.

Residency discrepancy pop-up needed when adding new student
Currently users receive a pop-up when adding or changing a student's entry withdrawal record indicating the students residency is set to Yes in their profile but the resident district in their entry/withdraw record is not the same as configured district code.
This popup does not show up when adding a student for the first time. The default is "Yes" but regardless of district entered in entry screen, no warning is received.

View All Assigned Employees - Position Control Groups
Employee Administration - Position Control Groups
When the option is selected to View All Assigned Employees, the start and end date for the employee no longer shows. This is applicable when the number of employees exceeds what is initially viewable. This would be very helpful to see for all employees in a position when reviewing posting requests.

PAC Print Que
Skyward PAC should have a "view my print Queue" option the same as Skyward web does. This would be very helpful for going back to view reports that you did not physically print or Save to your Skyward reports.

Custom Form & Data Mining: Field selection (Field on Report) > Add/Delete Fields: Add a scroll bar to Custom Profile box <fourth box from left> so we can see entire form name. We have numerous forms with the same first 25 letters (for example) so we aren't able to quickly identify which form we need.

TO Deletions
Presently, the ability for staff to delete TO requests is either yes or no.
It would be extremely helpful if it would be possible to allow deletions up to a certain point like 12-24 prior to the scheduled TO. There are other systems out there that are able to do this, so I am hoping others in this group may find value in this type of enhancement.2 votes -
commodity code
Would it be possible for the commodity code to inform us once it reaches a set threshold? In our case, we would set it at $49,999.99. We want to continue to use the code, in the event we have a contract referenced for that purchase. Maybe a message could pop up that informs the requisitioner "The commodity code has reached the maximum threshold and a contract must be referenced on the PO to use this code" Otherwise select another code that matches the purchase.

Teacher Incentive Allotment Designation (TEXAS)
Would it be possible to include a field for the Employee Profile who qualifies for the Teacher Incentive Allotment Designation that includes all 3 indicators (i.e. Recognized, Exemplary and Master)? Additionally START and END date fields for the same TIA designation.
Right now there's only a field that has codes (01, 02, 03 and 04), but no way to find out what designation the teacher could have.

Insurance Tracking: Employee's info (DOB, Gender, SSN, and address) added to OE print form after changes made
First of all, much appreciation to the powers at Skyward for the enhanced detail that is provided on the Open Enrollment print form that is generated after an employee makes changes! It is SOOOO helpful to have the gender AND the social security numbers print on the report. Now, the only other WISH I would have is that the Employee's information is also on the report (DOB, Gender, SSN, even address would be awesome).

Add Payor as option on Check Reconciliation Format
Add Payor as option on Check Reconciliation format. This would allow customer to review to determine if there is possibly a fraudulent check on the file produced by the bank. This field should show as well as the Payor currently in Skyward to confirm that they are the same before continuing with the import.

UTILITY TO PURGE COMMODITY CODES NOT USED
Add a Utility to purge commodity codes that are not used in a specific time frame.

You are able to delete the commodity codes through Web Financial Management > Purchasing > Product Setup > Codes > Commodity Codes.
These codes cannot be tied to an active requisition when being deleted.
If you are unable to delete these codes or the "Delete" button does not appear, you will likely need to look at security access. At least level 3 security access is required to be able to edit or delete. If you do need help assigning the correct security access, a service call to our customer success team would be a great place to start.

Need a way to reduce the number of Fiscal Years shown in Chart of Accounts and other areas of FM
Right now, our Skyward's FM shows 18 Fiscal Years when you click on Chart of Accounts. We did not even get Skyward FM until the 2012-2013 FY, so 2007-2008 until 2011-2012 are completely devoid of data. How can we reduce the number of FY's showing in our Chart of Accounts and in other areas of FM? See attached screen shot. Going to get more ridiculous as the years go on.
