    Applicant attachments often include SSN. Please add an option to restrict screeners from being able to view attachments.

  2. Residency discrepancy pop-up needed when adding new student

    Currently users receive a pop-up when adding or changing a student's entry withdrawal record indicating the students residency is set to Yes in their profile but the resident district in their entry/withdraw record is not the same as configured district code.

    This popup does not show up when adding a student for the first time. The default is "Yes" but regardless of district entered in entry screen, no warning is received.

  3. Mass Delete Sub Tracking Transactions in Third Party Workfile

    Add a Mass Delete Sub Tracking transactions under > Third Party Imports > Maintain Sub Tracking Workfile based on selected errors generated by the system.

    There are times when a district has uploaded the ST detail transactions then decides additional records for the same date range need to be added. If using the same date range all the previously added records create a fatal error.

    Create a utility to mass delete the errors, by specific error message from a drop down list, in Maintain ST. Suggest this be hidden behind a # sign or be added under Product Setup> Contact…

  4. View All Assigned Employees - Position Control Groups

    Employee Administration - Position Control Groups

    When the option is selected to View All Assigned Employees, the start and end date for the employee no longer shows. This is applicable when the number of employees exceeds what is initially viewable. This would be very helpful to see for all employees in a position when reviewing posting requests.

  5. Allow a timeframe for references to review and update responses

    It would be beneficial for Skyward's Fast Track module to allow applicant references a window of opportunity to update their responses, especially since the system has great limitations on choosing references and/or allowing HR the ability to manage the references in any way. We often receive calls from users who accidentally pressed enter and submitted the reference several questions short of completion, and currently have no solution, as once submitted, we cannot purge the reference.   6. True Time Reports

    On the True Time Report on the web, it would be nice to have an option to export to excel in order to help calculate paid time for payrolls. Right now we can only print the report. Can there be an option to export to excel? Thanks

  7. Emergency Contact Information upload & manipulation of fields

    Before "Emergency Contacts" was an option in Web H/R, we developed a "Custom Form" that H/R entered the information on the employee.....Years later the "Emergency Contact" was released, we've been utilizing that. Our H/R dept is manually entering information into the "Emergency Contact? We asked Skyward if there was an upload (and there is not). We also asked if we could "downsize/manipulate" all the various fields in the "Emergency Contact" area, since we don't need to know where the contact works etc...   8. PAC Print Que

    Skyward PAC should have a "view my print Queue" option the same as Skyward web does. This would be very helpful for going back to view reports that you did not physically print or Save to your Skyward reports.

  9. Allow credit memo#s/negative amounts on check requests and/or multiple invoice #s per request

    It would be nice to be able to enter multiple invoices for one vendor check request, including credit memo#'s with negative amounts. Instead of having to enter a seperate check request for every invoice#. Also, the system doesn't allow a negative check request, for a credit memo, so those still have to be submitted on paper (unless there is another way, please share :) Thanks!

  10. Add Employment Type "Temporary" to FastTrack

    Add Employment Type "Temporary" to FastTrack since this is different from permanent Part-Time/Full-Time positions. Temporary is also not the same as on-call and needs to be added.

  11. Change default Auto FastTrack status 100 Code "Resume Submitted to HR" to "Application Submitted to HR"

    Current default auto 100 status code description for HR should be changed to Application not Resume submitted because it is the application not resume actually submitted.

  12. Electronic Onboard Module

    We're looking for electronic payroll and HR docs and wondering if Skyward will in the future provide this option to purchase. Fast Track only would help with demographic information and assingnment. We're looking for payroll information like their electronic I9, W4, etc. I overheard that it may be an option with Qmlativ. We already use Task Manager for lots of other data but we're looking for something more robust and interactive. We don't want to add another system.

    2. What system/process do you currently use to work with gathering this payroll information?  Do you utilize something like Custom Forms, FastTrack?


    3. What features/processes are you looking for with this onboarding module (ie. do employees upload the documentation, review/approval process, profile integration, etc...)

    Custom Form & Data Mining: Field selection (Field on Report) > Add/Delete Fields: Add a scroll bar to Custom Profile box <fourth box from left> so we can see entire form name. We have numerous forms with the same first 25 letters (for example) so we aren't able to quickly identify which form we need.

  15. add change history to data mining

    Data mining in HR really needs the option to pull employee change history. We are trying to find a way to know when employees change their name, move to another department and terminate. Running a data mining with this information as a scheduled task would greatly assist with this.

  16. TO Deletions

    Presently, the ability for staff to delete TO requests is either yes or no.
    It would be extremely helpful if it would be possible to allow deletions up to a certain point like 12-24 prior to the scheduled TO. There are other systems out there that are able to do this, so I am hoping others in this group may find value in this type of enhancement.

    a. What would be an instance where you only want to merge a specific prior fiscal year?

    2. Where would you expect to select the fiscal year? Would a single account be merged at a time or multiple?
