  1. Verify funds pie graph for Check Request approvals

    Would like the ability to verify funds with a pie graph like the approval area of requisitions. Would be quicker to verify the funds within the approval screen rather than looking up the account in another screen to verify funds.

  2. Breakdown of paycodes

    The change that I would like to have occur is during the payroll process when pulling hourly data from True Time into payroll. Instead of hours being lumped together with one total I would like to see the breakdown of all pay codes listed individually with hours associated with those codes without having to log into Employee Access to see the breakdown. For example if an employee worked 160 hours for the month and there was a holiday granted and paid time off the totals would look like: hourly 144hrs holiday 8hrs vacation 8hrs.   3. Report to verify Wisconsin Retirement Hours

    To be able to verify per payroll; WRS hours WRS earnings WRS deduction & WRS benefit. The negative impact was the $16000+ we had to pay in back earnings interest & penalties for not deducting WRS on various employees with multiple pay codes plus our time finding those numbers and submitting them to WRS every 6 months for the last 8 years. A report would have been helpful to catch that error years ago and a report would have helped to find the prior year's data vs looking at every single check for every single employee affected.   5. Batch # field to be 1-2 digits longer

    Nassau has requested a longer batch number field (at least 1-2 digits longer) Our runs are getting larger and we try to identify B1 APR30 I'd like to use B10 APR30 Right now we're identifying extra batches as B10APR30 So when researching batches (for auditors) there hasn't been total consistency.

  6. Link Employee Absences into Outlook Calendar

    Our District is interested in having the ability to incorporate the employee absences approved in EA to an Outlook Calendar. This would allow the Supervisors to import the approved absences into their Outlook calendar rather than re-typing the information in on a person by person basis. This would be extremely helpful to those in the Administrative Offices. It would be nice if the option was there to sync the Employee Time Off Calendars in EA with Calendars in Outlook.   7. Requisition Batch Number Message

    I would like at add a Requisition Entry Option to not display the message The batch number on the requisition being cloned does not meet the district specification set in the configuration. The batch number has been set to today's date. Our specification is that the batch be today's date. The system automatically sets this and the person entering the requisition does not need to know they did not create the new requisition on the same day as the last PO. This message creates confusion and the user stops entering the requisition because the believe they have done something wrong.

  8. Mass Clone AP Invoice Does Not Clone Check Type

    When doing a mass clone of an accounts payable invoice the check type comes through as Regular. The invoice entered that is being cloned is ACH. All invoices are payments to employees that are all set up on ACH. We would like the check type to populate correctly with ACH as a true clone of the original invoice rather than needing to edit each invoice. Thank you.

    Add the word Allowances under the word Additional in employee access w4 information Less confusion - When employees view this screen they are confused as they think this should show the additional contributions (made to state or Federal) and not additional state allowances.

  11. Add a custom browse view for assignments

    There are currently on 2 views that we use staff payroll and staff assignments. We would like to create a custom view because there are fields in each one that are unique. We would like to see all the fields in both available for a custom view and we can filter on. Also we need to see more then just 2 accounts. We would dump this report to excel and all the account codes could show then for us.

  12. Manually Imput ACA Hours

    Whenever adding dates the fields are cleared out each time. It would be nice if there was a "Save and Add Another" button that could be clicked when making multiple entries. With this feature the fields would stay populated with the previous data input. Then it would only be necessary to change the date and click "Save and Add Another". Most of the time the Pay Code and Hours are the same. This would be more efficient than inputting repetitive data over and over when multiple days of data need to be manually entered.

    Users are having to scroll left-right excessively to receive POs. This screen should function like other areas and allow users to manipulate the column widths by percentages using the filter application. Allow the columns to be manipulated by percentages like other areas.

  14. Auto Populate Due Date when Invoice Date Changes

    Currently users must first enter the Invoice Date and then the Vendor. After the Vendor is entered the Due Date updates. If the Vendor is chosen first then the Invoice Date the Invoice Due Date does not update to the Due Date per the terms on the Vendor Card. Users should be able to choose the Vendor then populate the Invoice Date and then the Due Date should auto update based on the Vendor Terms.

  15. Notes' option in profile needs reporting options

    I use the Notes option in both Web and PaC profile to record any payroll changes that need to occur. There are hree issues with this:

    1. Program does not allow me record the date as of when I need to make the change.

    2. When reporting on these notes it sorts by 'Create Date' rather than the date I need to make the change.

    3. Options need to be added to sort the notes by Occurrence Date or Implementation Date rather than by Create Date.

    4. The option would be more functional if user could define to report in 'Expected Date' or 'Implementation…

    Create a Custom Form for Note by individual. If you make it as a multi form, you could add more as needed for history or you could use a single form and remove after they have updated what they needed. You are able to include an “Implementation Date” (WH\EP\PS\CF\CF\MS)

    Next, create a Data Mining Report. You will be able to run the report by “Implementation Date” and see the notes associated.

  17. Need ability to set security on form in Profile

    We need an option to set security on an advanced custom form so only specific security groups can see/edit the form in employee profile but still allowing the employees that fall within the selection parameters for that online form to be able to edit the form. Currently when a custom form is secured it becomes read only for employee access users in the online forms workflow. Secure Custom Form in profile but still allow employees in online forms parameters to edit the form.

  18. Adding more space to assignment code field

    We are needing additional space for assignment codes. As our district grows we create more specialized assignments that need to be readily identifiable from other assignments by name. (Ticket submitted 3697953) and was told this is not a field that we can set the length. Surely this is something that should be determined and set by a district. By making the field district set the district would be free to follow their own naming convention and be more specific as more specialized assignments are need to be created.

  19. Calendar Codes need to include 1/2 days

    When setting up calendars for employees we need to be able to enter a 1/2 work day for employees. Currently the system only recognizes full days. We use Employee Management and if I put in all the 1/2 days as full days Employee Management does not calculate the salary correctly (because the day count is over stated). The True Time schedule is able to recognize a half day so when an employee puts in a 1/2 sick day on a true 1/2 day it should show the sick hours correctly but it does not because it is showing a full…

  20. Update as to the new Federal requirement ESSA

    It was my understanding that Skyward was working on this programming update to add an additional digit to the current 3 digit building code. This mandatory update is to take effect starting 7/1/18. Appreciate any update as to progress in this federal requirement.
