Request the ability to Reset an Online Assignment
Currently a teacher can allow a student to Resume an On-line Assignment to finish an assignment they started. However if the teacher would like them to retake the assignment Resume leaves all the previous answers in place so the student just needs to correct the wrong answers rather than answer all the questions again. In order to allow the student to truly retake the on-line assignment it has to be cloned and then set to excused for all other students. This clutters the gradebook over the term of the course. Include report description on the header
TO INCLUDE REPORT DESCRIPTION ON THE HEADER OF THE REPORT GENERATED. IT COULD BE THE THIRD LINE OF THE TITLE ON REPORT. WE HAVE CHOICES TO CREATE DIFFERENT REPORTS BUT EACH TIME WE PRINT A REPORT IT HAS THE SAME TITLE AND IT CAN GET CONFUSING ON WHICH REPORT YOU PRINTED. EXPECTED OUTCOME IS TO HAVE THE DESCRIPTION OF THE REPORT (WE DO CREATE IT WHEN WE CREATE THE REPORT) ON THE HEADER OF THE REPORT.

Employee Profile Master
I would like there to be an option to only show active employees on PaC in the Search tab in the Employee Profile Master screen. It takes me a long time to get to my employees when I have to search and filter through the non active employees. I think you could create a button that shows active non active and both.

Mass assign the missing without the zero
When mass entering scores in EA+/Gradebook if left blank can missing be mass added? Right now it will mass add a zero and missing. We want to get rid of the zero being mass added.

Timekeeping Rule-Tracking hours only
Right now as it stands for timekeeping rules that are set up to track hours only there is no way to get the time sheet back to edit after it's been approved by the supervisor. For example a coach has clocked in out for most of the week. The AD approves the time sheet. The coach then says they forgot to clock in out on Friday. Since the time keeping rule is set up to track hours only there is not a way to get those hours added in. I'd like to see a way to be able to get…

Identify Tier 2 TRS like IMRF
We need to have a check box to identify Tier 2 plan in TRS just like there is one for IMRF. We also need a an additional box to put in the wage limit because it changes every year. Currently we have 3 TRS employees that are tier2 over the wage limit and it caused problems in reporting.

Invoice adjustment field considered in avail funds
When entering a budget transfer the available funds doesn't reflect any adjustments being made on invoices that may be in a batch status. Say for instance an account has a balance of $1600 and there is a PO entered for $1500 leaving a balance of $100. Then an invoice comes in on that PO for $1510 then really all that is available is $90. However what is reflected in the available funds in budget transfer is $100. If that budget transfer gets done for full $100 then when that invoice that's in batch gets updated now the account is over…

retirement hours not populating
When running a retirement report in data mining the 1/1/-6/30 hours are not populating. The monies come in and the year to date hours and monies come in but not the other hours needed. This causes us to have to run 2 reports for the end of the year retirement reporting to be able to get those hours.

How to change cash account to be an ACH origin
We are in the process of centralizing activity funds and have set up a new bank account to process and pay purchase orders called Activity Funds. I attempted to ACH pay a vendor in AP and received the message The selected cash Account is not set up to be an ACH origin bank. Message attached. How do we change this cash account to be an ACH origin bank?

Cash Receipt Screen
I would like to be able to see the total of my cash receipts on the main cash receipt screen. Right now there is Batch Description Created Fiscal Year Rev Source Status etc. Unless I click into each batch I cannot see the total amount If there could be a column between the description column and the Created column with a total that would be extremely helpful for our district.

Credit Card vendor match
Yesterday when doing the vendor match a few of the vendors looked very familiar but they weren't available when I looked further the vendors were inactive. Could inactive vendors at least show up to let you know that they are in the system? If I wouldn't have been here so long those names wouldn't have been familiar and may have added a new vendor.

Site based accounting in sub tracking
The state of Illinois is requiring Site (School Building) based accounting. Trying to figure out a way to assign substitute Detail Account Distribution to be selected from the building. See attached. I see a select from Subbed for or a Select from Substitute Can you add a Select from Building ? Tie account distribution number to the building code

Option to perform rollback prior to incrementing
Rollback/move of balance overage is based on the years of service at the time of rollback/move. As currently configured employee is allowed to roll/move balances based on a higher experience value because years are incremented for an anniversary which may not occur for 8 months after the year-end process is performed. Employee rollback and move rules should be checked prior to incrementing years of service.

New Column Added to Vendor-Payor Report
The Vendor-Payor Report needs a column for account number. By having this number on the report users will not have to go back to each individual entry to determine the account source. School bookkeepers will save time by not having to open many screens.

New Column Added to SBAA Report
Need a column on Balance Sheet Account Ledger Report for Vendor/Payor from the Cash Receipt screen and Check Request screen. Users will be able to see vendor/payor description or name without opening another screen.

Control Check Number Printing Order
Please add the option to print checks in reverse number order during the payroll process. Some of our printers don't print in the same order that our checks are shipped. During large paper check runs the stack of checks have to be manually re-sorted.
A single option to print in the normal 1-10 order or in the reverse 10-1 order. This is a common feature in most bookkeeping software that I've used including my own personal finance software at home.5 votes -
Require a separate approval for certain vendors
We would like to monitor purchases from a particular vendor Amazon. By having an approval by vendor we can approve prior to the purchase regardless of the dollar amount of the purchase. Without this enhancement we either don't have prior authorization for the purchase or we have to approve all purchase orders (which is not currently a requirement for our district). This would put a significant burden on our Purchasing Department. Staff consistently purchase items from Amazon that are not necessarily appropriate for school use (via pcard). We are adding Amazon as an ECommerce vendor so we can ensure these…

True Time Comp Time Max
We currently have a group who has a 56 hour comp time max clause in their contract. TT is set up to allow 56 hours per year but for our purposes we need to cap at 56 as an overall total. TT allows the employee to continue to request comp in excess of 56 hours.
Is there a way to remove the "Maximum yearly balance starts at the beginning of ___________" piece in the timekeeping rule?44 votes -

Show Account Detail on WIP Report & Grand Total $
We are hoping that the account detail can be included on the WIP report for requisitions and amount total. The end users feel that the report is a quicker way to verify entry of details than expanding a view for each requisition submitted. The expected outcome would be to view the account detail for submitted WIP requisitions and a grand total amount of requisitions in WIP status.
