Browse option on Card User's screen
As a credit card user they don't have the "Description or Account number" available in the browse (as the approvers do). These 2 fields are imperative to have for some of our end users (secretaries that are responsible for reconciling several cards and various accounts numbers are being used). By having these 2 fields they could dump to excel which will help them extensively to be able to sort by account number or description to assign the correct account number (example if it's all "musical supplies" she knows all of them will have the same account number etc...). Now she has to go into each separate transaction and EDIT to take a look at the description and account number there and change account number if necessary. It's a very inefficient process and if the approver has these 2 fields why can't the card holder?
