DEPENDENT REPORT ENHANCEMENT REQUEST
Elimination of dependent data for employees who are no longer active in insurance tracking. I have employees who have left employment do not have an active insurance tracking record and they and their dependents still appear on the dependent report.
No need for them to continue appearing on the report.

additionally trying to see who was actually added or termed during the open enrollment process is almost is impossible if there was no plan change

Adding to a new plan each time there is a change is a pain - you should be able to just add dependents and check a box next to the plans they are enrolled in not have to add all dependents to new plan when changing from EE& Spouse to a family plan..... very cumbersome
