Invoice Entry View in Web
When I am in Pac I can see all the invoice that have not been processed in one screen. For example Batch/Open/ AP It is a big issue for us that we can not see AP batch invoices on the same screen and Batch and open on the web. Can we please have the same view that we get in Pac on the web.

Vendor Address change during A/P invoice processing
When there is one Vendor that has multiple remit address instead of creating a different address for each remittance, to be able to edit it during the a/p process and to all add "note" on a memo line of a check, currently there isn't a "memo" line for the checks.

Add Description to Check Request screens
Currently our Admin's are entering check requests and required to enter Budget or Internal as the first word of their description. We have two processors and their workload is based on Budget and Internal accounts. If the Admin forgets to enter budget/internal name they could be overlooked by a specific processor. Our Admin's have asked that the description be a filter field so they can see all their submitted check requests with the detail and description so they ensure they have entered budget/internal. Area to attach employee licences certifications
We'd like to attach a copy of a teacher license to the employee profile - preferably to the certification tab...could there be a field to attach a file at this point - much like in A/P where there is an option to upload an invoice? Having an organized place to keep a teacher license.

Create a sales tax button in the cash receipt screen on the business side to figure sales tax.
Create a sales tax button on the business side of Skyward in the cash receipt screen to be able to figure sales tax, just as the SBAA side does.

Mass Reactivate/Deactivate Time Off Code Utility
Currently there is no way to deactivate or reactivate a time off code. In the time off code set up I can select that a particular code cannot be seen in Employee Access. However I'd like to be able to mass deactivate a time off code that is no longer used. I would like to be able to reactivate a time off code that used to be used. For example we have used the time off code Protected Discretionary for a number of years for certified staff. However in negotiations they want it to be called Personal Leave. I want…

My understanding is you currently need to go into every profile and check the "Active?" box to either deactivate or reactivate. I just want to make sure we are understanding completely before diving further into this.

Inactive Employee does not display Online Form
When an employee is inactivated you can no longer view completed online forms even when the form is still active. You have to activate the employee to see history on the completed online form.

Untie link from Inactive Employee to SMS
With a merged DB. When an employee is entered into the HR side they are forever unable to make changes to the record when they are also in the SM side (it says they are an employee and changes need to be made on that side). Even when the employee is inactive and has not worked her for years. That make it a problem when we add that person as an emergency contact or parent grandparent for phone and address changes. Once an Employee is inactivated on the HR side we should be able to break that tie to them…

Limiting Time Off Requests to 1 per day
It would be helpful if there was a configuration option to limit the requested number of Time Off transactions to 1 per day. There currently is an option to 'Prevent employees from requesting more than one day off with a single Time Off transaction' but no option to limit the number of requests to 1 per day. ie: Option to stop the entry of 1 sick day and then 1 authorized day on the same date/time.

Account Transaction Ledger
We can run a report to show the transactions on an account but cannot see the other side. We want to be able to track all the transactions against an account - both debits and credits to see both sides of the transactions. For instance we want to see the activity for our discount GL but need to see the other side of that posting. For now we have to drill into each transaction to look for the debit/credit against that transaction - for every transaction.

Add Mass Change Assignment Breakdown utility to SN
Employee Management has a utility Mass Change Assignment Breakdown Fields but it is missing from the Salary Negotiations utility menu. It would be very helpful to add this utility here since we rely on SN for the KS Licensed Personnel Report.

Ability to import data into Personnel records
We need the ability to import information into the Name table. Currently we have a need to move the phone number from the primary phone field into the second phone field as it is blank for most users. The second phone will be used to call for emergency school closures as the primary phone field contains the school number pulled in state reporting. Currently we use PowerSchool for our Student information. They have the ability using the key field for the table as Entry 1 and then specifying the field where the information is to be placed.

Add ability to create a customized filter
I would like to request the ability to add my own customizable filter to the credit card approval screen as well as account detail similar to that on the Approve Requisitions page. As the business manager/final approve I approve all cc transactions so it would be easier to see only the info I want vs scrolling to the right = waste of time. It would be awesome if this screen showed the account detail / usage as the Approve Requisitions screen does. Making the verification and approval of credit card transactions more efficient and accurate.

Fixed Asset has a field call "Create Date". This field needs to be populated for all records regardless of how the record is created. Would greatly improve the ability to search for errors when you know that something happened within a date range.

Ability to mass change expiration dates for certif
MDE (MN Dept of Education) is upgrading to a tiered licensing system. To achieve this they will be extending all existing teacher licenses by one year from their current expiration date. All licenses expiring 6/30/18 will be extended to 6/30/19. Similarly 19 will go to 20 20 will go to 21 21 will go to 22 and 22 will go to 23. If not able to mass change it will require all schools in MN to manually update the expiration date of all teachers. This will increase the possibility of errors in the future.

We’ve researched this request and current SMS 2.0 functionality and we suggest trying this instead:
Create a Data Mining Report from Human Resources > Employee> Data Mining to pull certification information. You can export the Data Mining Report to an excel spreadsheet to mass update expiration dates.
Then, navigate to Human Resources > Employee > Product Setup> Utilities > Certifications Import. You can re-import the Data Mining spreadsheet with all the updated certification expiration dates.
Please be sure to verify the Expiration Date is not checked for the Creation Criteria on the import. This process will allow you to mass update all certification expiration dates.

Changing PO account numbers
As the PO processor I would like to be able to change account numbers as needed regardless of the PO group. In PAC I can pick whatever account number is needed for the PO no matter what PO group the requisitioner chose or is a member of. For instance I've got a librarian in my high school who orders a certain program for all of my buildings but she's only got access to the HS library accounts not the accounts for each building. Option for items in bank rec to be unchecked
Currently when working on the bank reconciliation the system opens the reconciliation with all items "checked" as if they are all cleared. It would be nice to have the items come in as "unchecked" so that you could check them off as you clear them. Or at least an option to select them all to "uncheck". It is really easy to miss an item that has not cleared especially when many of the items are the same amount i.e. textbook fees and there can be hundreds of fee management entries in that one months statement.

Allow Export of Employee Data
Allow export of employee data that can be scheduled similar to how skybuild works in student mgmt. allow export to a CSV file that will allow the file to retain any leading zeros in the ssn or other codes. data mining does not accomplish this as it will only export to excel, and it changes the formatting.

Check Request Approval
Immediately see account code & overage alert for check request on the bottom of screen like we currently do for POs. Also make check request approval available in mobile app in same area as POs.

Ability to Attach multiple documents at once
Regarding Cash Receipts and Journal Entries (ATTACHMENTS). I would like the ability to attach multiple saved attachments at the same time (by using the control key for example) to my cash receipt batches and journal entries. Currently we need to attach one document at a time and it is very time consuming. I think this request would benefit all Skyward software users not just my District. In a windows environment the control key within Windows Explorer usually allows the user to choose multiple files to upload or attach to emails for example.
