Track Probation
Support Staff are eligible for time off after they have completed 90 days of employment. It would be helpful to have a field on the Salary Information/Term of Position screen which would calculate that date based on 90 days from their start date using the calendar in their Salary Information in Assignment Maintenance.

Navigate to Web Human Resources > Time Off > Setup > Utilities > Run the Probation Utility to Calculate Time Off Eligibility.
Next, navigate to My Print Queue, select the Probation Utility to Calculate Time Off, which you just ran, then click on “Tasks”.
Next, click on “Schedule This” to create a Scheduled Task with the selected utility (Probation Utility to Calculate Time Off).

Security Groupds - 1099M 3rd Party Import
Per support ticket 3960037, appears this option is not driven by the security groups and is only available to users who have system wide access. This option needs to be added to the security group settings.

Wisconsin Retirement System
The current Wisconsin Retirement System requirements dictate that a percentage gets applied to each the employee benefit and deduction. Can there be a payroll exception added, similar to FICA and Medicare, that will identify if there is a pay code with one or the other, but not both?

Inactivate funds
We need to be able to in activate funds. The funds have changed over the years and so some are no longer used. Having them show up on our cash summary as zero's takes up unneeded space. It would be cleaner and more clear to the user if the funds could be inactivated and not show up on reports.

Check for duplicate Employee Expense Reimbursement requests
Would like to be able to check for duplicate payment history of expense reimbursements within the expense reimbursement itself instead of having to perform a lookup in the vendor area.

Utility to Mass Add Active Screener by Employee Type
Now that the process has changed in Skyward that someone has to be in a screener group and also be an active screeners . It would be helpful to have a utility that we could mass add active screener to a certain employee type (ex. principles, counselors, etc). If the utility is not an option at least have a way to update active screener from the screener group area.

Fix the programming so we can get 1/1-6/30 retirement hours to be reported
When running a retirement report in data mining the 1/1-6/30 hours are not populating. The monies for that time frame come in and the calendar hours come in but not the 1st half of the year hours.
I worked with a tech 2 years ago and he realized the problem and was going to write up a report for programming but after that and 3 other requests it still has not been fixed. This is essential when doing the annual retirement reporting.

Employee Letter/Task Mgr - Add digital signature & template to be able to add one by one without creating new every time
We want to be able to create an agreement for our coaches/advisors that allow us to pull data from Employee Management into an Employee Letter that the coach would digitally sign. We would then embed the letter into a Task Manager process that allows us to have a building admin or secretary initiate a request in Task Manager, that first goes to HR for review/approval, then HR generates the employee letter that is e-mailed to the coach in the next step. Auto-generated e-mail to teacher when student punches the tardy kiosk. This would let the teacher know that the student was coming and the teacher could notify the office if the student did not arrive. This would eliminate students punching the kiosk and then not going to class.

Time Off - past/future
Right now with time off an employee can request time off anytime in the past or future.
1. Would it be possible to have a utility/setting that does not allow time off to be requested more than 30 days out??

An employee gets a time off accrual semi-monthly. The employee is currently out of time off. On 10/26 the employee is out sick. However on 10/31 the employee accrues 4 hours of sick leave. Requesting warning message for Bank Routing Info
Issue When entering direct deposit information it seems like (to my payroll specialists) the system finds the closest routing number in the library. They key in the routing number and select the bank name that comes up. We just found an incident where the payroll specialist entered a routing number & that bank was not in our library - but she did not realize it - and the bank name selected was the next closest. Can something be changed to warn them during data entry that the routing number is not in the library. Kind of like it does with…

To have the option under datamining to print term code long description.
To have the option to select and print a termination code long description. The report is only printing the short description and this can be difficult for some to understand the code.

Please add the option of "Hours" and not just days to the time off area of the CRDC report.

Michigan passed PMLA (Paid Medical Leave Act) effective 3/29/19
Need to be able to track non union employees who will accrue sick time. An eligible employee earns 1 hour of paid medical leave for every 35 hours they work. I wish it were that simple. As with any Act that is passed there are other stipulations that go along with this. An employee is not eligible for benefits under the PMLA if he/she averages fewer than 25 hrs per week in the immediately preceding calendar year or if he/she is employed for fewer than 25 weeks in a calendar year for a job scheduled for 25 weeks or fewer.

1. Customer should be able to create a new Time Off Code and have it Accrue if they are qualified.
2. Time Off Code will have to be created with a code of PMLA or something to that sort
3. Districts will have to keep track of individuals who work 35 or more hours per week to be eligible to accrue an hour of PMLA, -
posting to inactive cash accounts
We switched banks a number of years ago and have some inactive cash accounts. Did you know that when entering cash receipts you can choose the inactive bank account and it will then post to that account when you update. It does show up on the cash receipts update report as inactive on the second page but my feeling is that it should tell you the account is inactive when selecting the bank or at least give you a warning PRIOR to the update report.

Report Print Options at All Levels
The goal is to allow any/all pre-verifiers and approvers the options of printing the Reimbursement Report for their records is necessary. Currently only the employee submitting the Expense Reimbursement and AP staff have the capability of printing this report. Make the Print option button available to any pre-verify or approver throughout the Expense Reimbursement process.

budget requistions
I want to be able to clone the entire prior year budget requisitions at one time. Currently the clone option is only for an individual prior year budget requisition to clone. A mass clone option would be very helpful!
