Can we get 1080 resolution support. When i print PO's and do other things it open the document off of the screen and i have to drop the resolution just to hit the print button.

CRDC - time off
Please add the option of "Hours" and not just days to the time off area of the CRDC report.

Michigan passed PMLA (Paid Medical Leave Act) effective 3/29/19
Need to be able to track non union employees who will accrue sick time. An eligible employee earns 1 hour of paid medical leave for every 35 hours they work. I wish it were that simple. As with any Act that is passed there are other stipulations that go along with this. An employee is not eligible for benefits under the PMLA if he/she averages fewer than 25 hrs per week in the immediately preceding calendar year or if he/she is employed for fewer than 25 weeks in a calendar year for a job scheduled for 25 weeks or fewer.

1. Customer should be able to create a new Time Off Code and have it Accrue if they are qualified.
2. Time Off Code will have to be created with a code of PMLA or something to that sort
3. Districts will have to keep track of individuals who work 35 or more hours per week to be eligible to accrue an hour of PMLA, -
posting to inactive cash accounts
We switched banks a number of years ago and have some inactive cash accounts. Did you know that when entering cash receipts you can choose the inactive bank account and it will then post to that account when you update. It does show up on the cash receipts update report as inactive on the second page but my feeling is that it should tell you the account is inactive when selecting the bank or at least give you a warning PRIOR to the update report.

Report Print Options at All Levels
The goal is to allow any/all pre-verifiers and approvers the options of printing the Reimbursement Report for their records is necessary. Currently only the employee submitting the Expense Reimbursement and AP staff have the capability of printing this report. Make the Print option button available to any pre-verify or approver throughout the Expense Reimbursement process.

budget requistions
I want to be able to clone the entire prior year budget requisitions at one time. Currently the clone option is only for an individual prior year budget requisition to clone. A mass clone option would be very helpful!

I would like automated emails with finance to be able to notify our business office when I add an invoice type category and/or attachment to
I would like automated emails to be added to the finance side of skyward. They are very handy in making certain data in is good and also that the appropriate people are notified to update other systems or pay purchase orders when adding invoices or attachment with category type of invoice. That way they know it can be paid and we are not waiting in October for a May PO to be paid.

Entity Id Entry on the Certification Screen
Please enable the ability to enter the Entity ID in the Certification tab. Right now, the field is visible there, but you cannot enter it there, you have to go out to the Name tab. This is time consuming when you are already in the certification field and could just enter it there.

PBIS Model
Where would an administrator enter in positive behavior for students. Even though skyward calls the discipline area PBIS, there is technically no area to add positive behaviors anywhere.

Place Tracker Add-On Export/Import
Need the ability to Export/Import placement tracker records that are associated to add-ons. Only option thru the existing utility is placement records attached to the actual assignment.

FastTrack - Enter or Modify Scores
When a screener selects "Enter or Modify Scores" for an application, the comments and notes cannot be seen by HR Admins. HR Admin can see the question and score, but not the comments/notes. HR Admin should be able to see all data entered by screeners.

Denial reason shown in email sent to originator
If a check request is denied the denial reason is not shown in the email that is sent to the originator. This causes inefficiencies because then the person has to call the business office to find out why their check request was denied. Further confusion is caused by the fact that a Notes field is in the email that the employee receives it's just left blank. Therefore they don't think to go into Skyward to check if there is a denial reason because the field in the email is blank. It's currently confusing to people in our District because we…

Mass Process for Changing check and building locat
Starting a new school year we have a lot of changes between campuses it would be nice to have a mass process to change check locations and building locations. Also for summer assignments we had everyone clock in under True Time so their check location was changed for the summer assignment a mass process would allow us to change them back to their primary assignment. Having a mass process would be easier than changing each employee at the start of school when lots of changes are being made.

Add Detail Line Description in Vendor Check History Reports
When submitting check requests through the web there is a space for "Detail Line Description" where a user can input a more detailed description than the Invoice Description. When running a Vendor Check History report the only description that shows is the Invoice Description. There is no option to add the Detail Line Description in the field selection. Could the Detail Line Description be added in the field selection where it would show the Detail Line Description if there is one and if there is no Detail Line Description (PAC entered invoices) then it would just show the Invoice Description?

Reocurring Invoices and purchse orders
It would be nice on the reoccurring purchase orders is there was a mass update for the fiscal year. The way it is now you have to log into PAC and then you have to update each vendor separately with the new fiscal year. Add filter option for Time Off Transactions Details screen.
Add filter option for Time Off Transactions Details screen. When preference is set to use larger font, viewing Time Off transactions doesn't show allocated, used, and left without scrolling. The column widths should only be as wide as that column allows (group, code, date, etc.) or it should only extend to width of the largest entry.

Contract inactivated based on expiration date
I would like to see if it would be possible to have a contract inactivated from a vendors profile based on the contract expiration date. I don't want the contract deleted. I am not aware of a way to pull up the expiration date in order to inactivate a contract from a vendors profile other than placing the expiration date on the description. We have another software that inactivates contracts based on the expiration date. Could a date calendar be placed in the contract area to help with this request? Correct Reimbursement Report Totals
The goal of this enhancement is to accurately show the reimbursement total in the various fields within the Expense Reimbursement process and on the printed report. Currently the totals include the Direct Bill Amounts which is not made clear to the users/approvers. We would like to see a grand total for all expenses incurred by the employee less the Direct Bill items and then a final balance for the actual Reimbursement amount. It appears that Skyward is already capturing the reimbursement amounts separately in the activity screens but not clearly reporting them throughout the process.

Attachments in Employee Access, Prof Development
Employees that don't keep copies of their transcripts or grade reports need to have access to the attachments HR adds in their profile for credits. They can see their credits and classes in Employee Access, Employee Information, Personnel, Prof Development but the attachments don't show up. It would be extremely helpful if they could view any attachments here.
