I would like to see if it would be possible to have a contract inactivated from a vendors profile based on the contract expiration date. I don't want the contract deleted. I am not aware of a way to pull up the expiration date in order to inactivate a contract from a vendors profile other than placing the expiration date on the description. We have another software that inactivates contracts based on the expiration date. Could a date calendar be placed in the contract area to help with this request? I do see the active button on each contract but this has to manually done to inactive a contract. I am hopeful this process can be automated. Using a calendar date drop-down might help in achieving this request. My hope is to automate the contract inactivation process.
