Conference Tracking
I would like for there to be a tracker for the conferences our employees attend. We currently do this with a Google Form but it would be beneficial to have this in Skyward under Employee Access. This tracker would have fields for the employee to input what conferences they are attending and details about the conference. It would also have a place for the employee to estimated the cost of the conference. There would need to be an approval process after completing the form.

Remove the link to "Forgot your Login/Password?" link on rwetru09.html (True Time) login page.
Would it be possible to have the ability to remove the link to "Forgot your Login/Password?" link on rwetru09.html (True Time) login page and keep the link on the regular Skyward login page? Since we are using Access Code Only for login to True Time, the forgot login is a bit confusing for some users.

Flag for High Priority Days
Is there a way to be able to set up High Priority Days that would set a flag when an employee submits for the particular day. At the beginning of the year we would have to set these days to be flagged.

Mass assigning the Employment Type & SOC Field, allowing datamining of these 2 fields
Allow mass assigning of the Employment Type and SOC field that was recently added. Also to be able to choose these in a Data Mine Report. Currently there is no way to see if anyone has been missed. This reports as a blank on the Unemployment tab and this would be helpful to see who was missed or didn't have a code.

Choose Invoice Status to See
For invoice entry screen change the "status" to have the ability to check a box next to which ones you want to see. You can simplify the choices and allow greater control. For example I would like to be able to see those in batch and those waiting approval at the same time, but I can't because it is not a separate option to select.

Add an option to void a check using original dates.
It would be much easier to void a check with the option to void using original dates vs. having to find the dates.

sick leave approval settings
In the time off approver settings, have a setting that allows you to select a primary approver for sick leave using the primary pay code.

Linking to the URL from our mobile app is OK (yawn) ... but why not allow linking into the Skyward App?

True Time: Note for who they sub for
It would be nice if a feature could be add to True Time where under certain groups you could have a pop up window where a person could click on who they are subbing for. Example: John Smith is subbing for Jane Doe at the Middle School, he clocks in, selects the MS Code and then a window pops up and he could select Jane Doe from the list of staff at the MS.

When using Salary & Negotiations, Employee Mgmt, and uploading in to Payroll, it would be extremely helpful if the Employee Selection Parameters would be the same for all three - instead of having to set each one up separately.

Add "Job Type" to ADDITIONAL CODES AND SETTINGS option for sorting, breaking down selection parameters.
Please add "job type" to ADDITIONAL CODES AND SETTINGS, so that it can be used as a selection parameter for printing. I use this field to note temporary jobs that I don't want to print or roll.

Specific pay dates for Extra Curricular Contracts with 2 pays
We have 200+ contracts that pay only 2 or 6 times, on non consecutive pay dates. For example, an athletic season paid in the middle and end of the season. We need an option when entering contracts to specify exact dates for the system to pay the contracts when they are not consecutive pay-dates.

Online Form - Add view: Not Completed Online Forms (to include In Progress and Not Started)
We use Online Forms to send out contracts and addendums to employees and to collect electronic signatures. Currently, we have 20 Online Forms set up for the different contracts and employee groups. Within the Online Form there are two Views, In Progress Online Forms and Not Started Online Forms, that can be used to email reminders to employees. We would like an additional view added, Not Completed Online Forms, that includes both In Progress and Not Started Online Forms. ACA Tracker highlights
The ACA Tracker report highlights changes. These changes do not export to excel. When viewing almost 2000 records, it would be easier to just view the changes. Viewing that many records on the screen is not very user friendly

Cash Receipts Import File Error Failure
When importing a file through Cash Receipts import, if an error occurs the other line items within the file go ahead and import into the batch. Then you have to fix the items in your file and add one by one OR delete the batch and start over to re-upload your file. Another similar software I worked with would allow you to choose an option to "Decline File if Failures Occur" meaning, if there are ANY fatal failures then the entire file would need to be fixed and re-uploaded.

Separate cascading group codes in Employee Access
Cascading group codes should not be grouped together in "My Time Off Status". When they are lumped together it is difficult for the employee to know how much time of each code they have remaining. Yes, they can drill down to see the balances, but in my experience they do not. Per our policy employees must take PTO before they can take sick leave and we have a cascading group set up for this.
