Sort option by "complete" worksheets in PAC
Would be a huge efficiency if we could sort by "complete" in PAC. We have around 500 worksheets, so this would be a huge time saver and reduce errors by making sure all the "complete" worksheets are pulled into payroll.

Add dates to Budgetary Data Mining
I honestly thought that these fields were previously available in Budgetary Data Mining. If they were there they are gone now. Notice from my attachments how HR Employee Data Mining can be sorted or found by the creation or last run date. These field are not available in Budgetary Data mining and they should be. This way we can easily sort find use or delete reports based on their creation or last run dates. We have so many data mining reports now it is very difficult to find the one you want without those dates. I've tried to flag them…

calendar reports in Employee Management
When I print the calendar report from employee management calendar codes, it would be nice to have a notation of how many days per month and the total in the year. I often have to prorate contracts and like the physical calendar to be printed to make notes on, etc. I'm often counting days on the calendar, so to save time it would be nice to have the count already there.

Check History -
Check History - Why is there no column listed with hours paid under check history? Check number, Gross Wages, Net Amount, Taxables, etc.... are all available but one of the most important items is hours and you can not view unless you click on the check.

ACA employee category code mass process change request
When populating the employee categories for all employees, the field that indicates "Accepted Coverage" would be better as "Offered Coverage". The employee category codes include employees that are not eligible for benefits. Even if this field is indicated as "NO" it can be misconstrued that they were offered but did not accept when in fact they were not. The enrollment/waiver piece is under the 1095C screen so why would it be here too??? Does not make sense. Please re-visit this.

true time account
True time has the ability to enter two pay codes. However, it does not pull the correct account number from those pay codes. It pulls only from the primary. The system should be able to be set up to do this.

Edit Expense Reimbursement Code Name
The ability to edit expense reimbursement code names. We track mileage between sites, and it would be nice to change so the codes from one school are all grouped together. It would be nice to change the name to allow this for users to find codes easier.

Add Phone Category Codes in Employee Access
Need Employees to be able to select a phone category code when entering their phone numbers in employee access. The category codes are available on Employee Profile/Phone/Email tab. This will allow the district to create category codes that will identify the phone number that employees want to use for third party software list, i.e. school messenger.

PAC Payroll Worksheet Reset Option for Account number
PAC Payroll Worksheet. In the reset processing, add "Account number" to fields to be reset so you can "Reset values from Pay Record" for account numbers that have been changed

Worksheets
I am requesting that worksheets be changed back to the original format before the recent update (last couple of weeks). You have moved the "master" & "detail" columns which I think is confusing. Also, now on the "Detail for Selected Worksheet Master", it is in some sort of Skyward format which cannot be changed. I can no longer see both the amount and the factor which is necessary. I can move the arrow on the bottom, but then the name disappears. Not sure why this change was made........
Also, for the report for the worksheet entries, when I print out…

"Detail for Selected Worksheet Master" the viewing order has changed due to an update.
Payroll Worksheet Screen on the right side "Detail for Selected Worksheet Master" the viewing order has changed. I'm told this is due to the recent update. This is where we quickly double check our entries. Can you please bring back or allow us to change the view on the Detail for Selected Worksheet. We need to view Name, Factor Hours, pay code and amount.

budget requisitions - ability to have multiple accounts
In budget requisitions the account number is limited to one account to expense the requisition to. It would be very helpful if you could put it to multiple accounts. Right now our teachers are having to duplicate budget requisitions if they have more than one general ledger account to post to. This can cause our school district to be charged minimum order charges, minimum shipping charges etc.

Mass Delete Pay Code
In the Mass Processing utility I'd like to see a way to mass delete a pay code with a particular account number even if it has history. We tend to have grants that pay salaries that are only good for a number of years. To be able to mass delete a number of pay codes at the same time would be helpful and time saving.

Employee Cost Report in Employee Management
I would like to see a report under Employee Administration - Employee Management similar to the Employee Cost by Account Report in Salary Negotiations. This report provides all of the costing we need for staff budgeting but cannot be created from the "live" plans.

To include entire PO numbers on Invoices. Right now if a PO starts with a zero, the leading zeros are being left off.
Our PO's start with our entity numbers, however when they are printed on Invoices the leading zeros are being left off. For Example one entity is 001 and so when the PO number shows up on the Invoice it starts with 1 instead of showing 001.

Credit Cards
I've noticed a couple things that could be changed since working with the credit cards and training our staff on how to submit their transactions. I would like to see a pop up to flag the user to select a PO or something along those lines. It's too easy to add detail and acct codes without selecting a PO. Also, there is some confusion when assigning the PO detail to the transaction with the Assign All PO lines and Close as the options. I particularly like the Assign all PO lines option but it seems to confuse some. And if…

Daily Maximums - Time Off in Buildings
We currently have daily maximums for time off set for each building in Aesop, but this is currently not a feature in Employee Access. For example, only four employees can be absent for personal reasons from each building, each day. Right now, supervisors have to monitor this but things do slip through the cracks and it ends up being a bigger issue after the fact.
