It would be nice to be able to have documentation or definitions for setting up for own label templates when creating address or information labels in Skyward. I can't find documentation on the definition of margins, label dimensions, or pitch. It would also be nice to be able to see if the templates in our system are Skyward templates or label templates created by our internal users.

Vision Screenings - It would be helpful if the students previous Lens Code would appear each time a new screening is added.

CAREER PLAN - Identifying the class from AP/Honors/Regular better by name and weight classification/add course number too.
CAREER PLAN -- It would be VERY helpful if in the Career Plan screen, where the name of the class shows, if either the full name shows or the shortened name of the class shows, and the course numbers. It is not helpful to see a partial name because you cannot see if it is an Honors class or not. We typically have the course code reflect if it is an honors class, as well as having the word or at least the letter 'H' tacked on to reflect that it is honors. Also, in the weight area, the first…

Family Access Users login history
It would be nice to be able to see the Family Access user login history. We can see it on the student but not the parent. This would come in handy for us to help the parent get logged in. By seeing time, date operating system and browser, just like the student login history.

Need to export F1 and F2 information in separate record line for Transfinder Transportation Export/Import
Using Transfinder transportation software, we need to be able to export a separate record for Family 1 and Family 2, so that Transfinder can assign bus routes for both addresses for a student.
Right now only one address is being exported for students with two families so only one set of stops can be created and imported.

It would be great if we could allow visiting vendors a way to make online payments to their lunch accounts.

Early Grad Class Rank
When a student graduates a full year early, there is no way to include them in the class rank for the cohort that they are actually graduating with. This is due to DPI requiring that they stay in their same cohort. I had to find a workaround to get these students to be included. It would be nice if there was a dropdown or field for "Grad Year for Rank" that could be 12, even though they are still in 11.

Add 2nd Family
Under the report Payor Notification by Email (under Administrations, Free Management, Reports) I would like to email 2nd families at the same time I am email the primary family that fees are due/past due. Right now I can only email primary.

PA: Economically Disadvantaged record start or end created when lunch code effective date changes
When lunch codes change, so does the Economically Disadvantaged special programs record. Unfortunately, one does not "trigger" the other. Since you cannot schedule a task for mass adding a special programs ED record, you cannot fully automate the process. If you eliminate the process of Previewing then Updating then it can be a scheduled task. OR add economically disadvantaged to your list of importable program type. Currently, you can only import immigration status and method of instruction. SEE ATTACHMENT

Gradebook report in spreadsheet format
It would be really helpful to be able to pull a report in spreadsheet format of student grades. The Student Assignments report under Student Management > Educator Access Plus > Gradebook > Reports is close, but I need a csv that I can edit and upload to other systems.

Schedule Gradebook reports by term
It would be helpful to allow Teachers or Office the ability to schedule an email to parents for Gradebook Report by term.

Mass change Web access based on grade level
It would be helpful to be able to add/remove Web Access for students based on a grade level. We do not want our 4k-1 grade student to have Web Access on but would need to turn on Web access for 2nd grade.

Grading & Attendance Summary Report - Add Included Activities to Report
This reports allows the user to choose certain activities, but the activity is not listed on the report. Adding the activity to the report will be very helpful when more than one activity is included. This will eliminate running the report per activity.

Enrollment Report - Default Entity Option
I love the Enrollment Report (WS\OF\AT\RE\AR\ER). I use it often and it is a helpful doublecheck for our WI membership reporting.
This report would be even better if we had the option to only include students in their default entity. Sometimes I only want the students that have a particular default entity and sometimes I want to know all of the students in the entity.

Survey Error Total Report Should be exportable to Excel
State reporting reports should be excel compatible due to large amounts of data that needs analyzing. The totals report especially. Dumping to excel takes cleanup because of the extra page titles and no spaces between formats. All reports should be Excel compatible as it is the way to analyse data easily.

Survey edit error reports option to print error decriptions at the end of the format and export function to Excel
Error reports are lengthy due to printing each error description and overwhelms school staff. If they could export to excel they could manage the reports better and sort and view by error numbers. Plus putting the error description sheet separately so they can choose to print it or not.

Hide Specific Courses in the Course Master
I would like the ability to pick specific courses in the course master using a check box and hide them. We run a computerized credit recovery program and those courses need to stay active. There are a lot of them that I would like to hide similar to how I can hide rows or columns in an Excel or Google sheet. This would allow me to see only the active courses offered to the majority of students.

attendance eligibility
Our school is focusing on attendance and eligibility - right now, there is no way to schedule the Academic Eligibility report to run daily. It would be nice to add a "Today Less number of School Days" option for the date so I can schedule it to run daily instead of having to pull it daily.

Scheduling - Print Teacher Schedules
When printing out Teacher Schedules (WS/OF/CS/RE/TS), it would be nice to have the option to choose specific teachers, but more than one teacher at a time. We have multiple teachers who teach in different departments, so just choosing a department or a subject, doesn't get us what we need. We would like to have the option to checkbox more than one teacher at a time.

Add the ability for custom district report cards to be emailed along with the option to be posted to portfolio.
We still print and mail report cards home, it would save us a great deal of time and money if we had the ability to send the report cards to email, allow us to select Home email and family 1 or 2 Guardian email addresses. Give us the option to send Via email and/or post to portfolio.
